As a large family we stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 storey huge apartment, its size was impressive. Views from its 2 balconies were fantastic! All rooms, furniture and equipment are a bit old, but clean and fully functional

Air conditioners were weak, they need the refrigerant refills! Mini-kitchen is packed with utensils and pottery, there are oven and hob, large refrigerator, so you can cook a lot! I wish there was a microwave oven

There is a nice small pool, towels are available in the clothes changing room. I did not try their breakfast, as I heard negative reviews. And I didn't even need, had lots of stuff in the refrigerator

The parking is on the roof top accessible from the highway, it is paid, 20 EUR per day - quite biting, and requires booking. But it is convenient, little chance to find free parking anywhere else

Everything you need from one hotel. Great location, just 2 minutes walk to the Rafailovici beach, room with amazing view to the sea, free safe parking on the top, just 5km away from Budva

Very lovely stay at Hotel Invictus. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. We had a two bed suite at a very reasonable price - was so lovely to have a big sofa to relax on

It was a bit noisy at night, as there were night parties in the neighboring hotel and on the upper tier (where we slept) you could hear the sewage drain very well. And the cleaning was not very thorough

Reception staff is amazing, specially the guy named Lazar, he does literally everything, such an amazing energy, he made our stay so much better. Breakfast is good, super tasty

The food is excellent, fresh and replenished. In addition, there is coffee, tea, juice, whatever you like. The room is cleaned once during the stay, at least for us and the bed linen is changed once

Although, as already written earlier, you need to walk a little to the beach, for us this was not a significant minus, since it is very noisy near the beach and we preferred silence in the room :) Before checking in, we were warned that breakfasts are ordered from a nearby restaurant, so this is not was news to us

Parking near the beach is paid, but I don’t think this is something surprising, since it is difficult to find free parking in Europe, and you just don’t want to leave your car somewhere

To get to the sea, you need to go down the stairs and cross the road. We drove up by car, right next to the beach there is a large parking lot, so there is where to leave the car

We rested in an apartment with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The view is just great! The room is clean, daily cleaning is carried out, the entire territory is guarded

I was staying at family apartment for 1 week. Comfortable and spacious rooms. Excellent service. Very close to the sea and supermarket.

Great expirience, the internet was abit down due to tech difficulty all around budva but still no need for net when you got an amazing apartment to make up for it!

We have stayed here for one week. The apartment was very modern and clean and huge. Unfortunetly the balcony wasnt good to sit out. It was surrounded by other houses. The staff was very friendly and helpful

Bad Restaurant, not fresh food sometimes, My son was in hospital about intoxication from pool or food.

The facilities are more than adequate and the masseuse Valetta knows what she is doing and is very knowledgeable about medical conditions. The location is outside of Budva but has shops and restaurants close enough

Nice, spacious, clean apartments, beautiful view. Breakfasts seemed a bit monotonous, but tasty anyway. Plus the stuff is extremely friendly and easy-going, so it was a pleasure to come to breakfast every morning

Excellent apartments, equipped with everything you need. Beautiful view of the sea from the rooms. Accessibility is difficult for those who do not have a car, since the complex is located on a mountain

Location is a bit difficult as you have to climb up a hill, but - yay fitness! On the other hand, from there it's much closer to the ancient (2000 y. !) olive tree, 100% worth seeing

What a great hotel with wonderful staff. The rooms are are clean and adequately equipped with a washing machine in the bathroom. There was good air conditioning throughout

Taxi fares can vary into Budva and cost between 8 Euros and 20. Give Montenegro a chance you will love it
