Best staff ever This hotel was probably amazing about 10 years ago. No spa, no pool, no sun beds. Amazing people working there. But would not go back. Sorry, loved the staff, not worth it. Do hotell California insted. Probly what this was.

We stayed at this hotel for six nights. It's not a bad hotel, but it has some drawbacks. There's no elevator, so you have to lug your luggage up the stairs to the fourth floor. There are no toiletries in the bathroom, and the breakfasts are meager and monotonous.

The hotel is conveniently located. There's construction going on around the area right now, but with the windows closed, it wasn't a bother. It's clean, and the breakfast is delicious. The room lacks a trash can, and it's odd that there's no free drinking water. You only have to pay for it at the bar. The hammam is like a sauna—very hot right away. Great hotel with big, clean, and comfortable rooms. The staff were very polite and helpful, and the location is excellent. The spa is a little small, but still very nice. I would happily stay here again.

Good and modern. Room has almost everything, except kettle,. Location is 10 minutes walk from the old city, but also near loud music played in the night, so the balcony door has to be closed... Only one elevator, and often, there is a queue. breakfast is good.

The hotel is average, the girl at the front desk wasn't welcoming, and she was doing us a favor when she spoke to us! It's located far from the shore! I booked an EasyJet holiday. Hotel Fagus was within a 10-15min walk to the beach, marina and the Old Town. The breakfas it was exceptional and the room was always clean. I did use the roof top pool to relax ater a day of walking and discovering Budva. The only suggestion would be if they had lounge chairs instead of just chairs on the roof top.

We arrived very early and were allowed to check in pleasingly. Staff are friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was a little underwhelming, hit and miss with what comes out each day. This is not a Resort Hotel as such as it has no beach. The hotel pool is small. It is however well located and the Old Town, Tourist Office and Central Bus Station are all easily walkable. Once we dined here we just found ourselves coming back every evening. The beautiful atmosphere and views aside, the menu is diverse and food is very tasty. i also recommend you try the rosemary fizz !

What a location! Spent new years here and it was right at the heart of everything. Wonderful staff, lovely rooms and fantastic breakfast. The beach terrace was literally rocking each day with live bands in the winter sunshine… a true gem of a place

Located in old town. Great views. Hotel is simple and service is good. Great breakfast. Parking like all places in Budva is not available at hotel, you have to use the private parking which would cost you approx. 20 euros per day

Beautiful location with three areas to eat. Safe, quiet, clean. Air con worked great. Bed comfortable, staff great. Nicely appointed room. Park at the very last parking lot of town, you just have to queue until a spot becomes available. I paid 17euro for about 15:00 to 08:30

A memorable first in Budva A truly beautiful boutique hotel. Located in the old town and right on the beach. A lovely beach front restaurant with a great selection of food and drinks. The room was absolutely stunning with views of the beach and city walls. A gorgeous rooftop restaurant with a smaller menu however still beautiful with views to die for. The rating system needs more than 5 stars for location. Steps away from not just a magnificent private beach but also the walls of Budva's wonderful old town. The hotel itself is first rate, our sea-facing balcony was had a bigger footprint than most hotel rooms I've seen. Breakfast was pretty good.

This hotel was absolutely amazing. We had a suite and they upgraded us and our room was enormous. They have a real workout gym and a beautiful pool area. I also had a massage and facial and booth were excellent. The breakfast is also plentiful. Would highly recommend

This was a really nice hotel. The location in Old Town Budva was absolutely perfect, super close to everything and the beach was gorgeous. The wait staff was quick and friendly whenever we needed drinks or food. Our villa was spacious and had a big balcony where we could just kick back and relax. Overall, it was a great experience. I’d definitely stay here again!

Words are not enough to say to express how wonderful this hotel is. One of the best hotels I've ever stayed in! The breakfast is fantastic, with a variety of choice, and great coffee. Fresh fruit, pudding, cheese, and fresh pastry. The location is perfect in the city centre, close to everything, with a private beach accesibile via an elevator! The interior of the hotel is a work of art! Highly recommended...

The room is a view room, and you can see the wall of the old city from the balcony, which is great! The hotel is very grand, with complete public facilities, but the facilities in the room are a bit old. If they can be upgraded, it will be more perfect. I will stay here next time. A beautiful lady at the front desk was very good. I like her. I forgot her name.
