4 star hotels in Rafailovici

Beautiful room with stunning sea view. The hotel is lovely - new, clean, good small spa and breakfast buffet very good. BUT, the balcony was rarely usable due to the building works on all around the hotel all day and by next year the view will be much reduced. Such a shame.

It’s rare to meet a team that combines friendliness with such efficiency and care. I left with a smile and wonderful memories, and I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Elid is a great staff 5 stars for him alone x.

Excellent experience at the hotel. The service was truly exceptional, especially from Elid Catovic the head waiter. He made our stay so much easier by serving us with smiles and joy! Thank you!

Absolutely perfect attentative staff. Friendly, beautiful beach. Nothing is too much. I have been laid up with flu (caught on aeroplane) even though, the vacation was not ruined, room service at a charge of 5euro. With the beautiful views, it was not a wasted vacation. Highly recommend this hotel and uts staff.

We stayed 15-22 September 2025. Great relaxing beach holiday. I would recommend room 202. Only one room to the left no one to the right so quiet, lovely balcony, you do overlook the car park but so what. We paid for a premium sea view room, definitely worth it; more room, higher spec, huge bed and extremely comfortable. Powerful shower. Air con, safe, plenty of storage. Noise minimal sleep very good...

Fantastic stay at Hotel Katamare! The accommodation was spotless and comfy, the breakfast buffet was huge and delicious with great variety, and the Budva location couldn’t be better. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, and the spa was pristine, relaxing, and such a treat. Amazing facility and beach access, next to Budva, without the fuss of Budva.

Pros: The sea view from the room was magnificent, and the location was convenient. The room had everything we needed. Cons: The breakfast was very sparse, and there was no sign on the beach side, so it took us a while to find it.

The room we got was with the Best view. Great service. Breakfast was too good.. Only drawback was they did not offer us a heads up that hotel parking will cost us extra. We paid 10 EUR per day for parking. But in summer I think it would be 20 EUR per day. There is a short walk to a beautiful beach which was worth a visit! Beautiful, not crowded (maybe because we visited in december).. but anyway...

We really enjoyed our family stay in this hotel. The room was clean and spacious, the staff was super friendly. They have good breakfast.

As a large family we stayed in a 3 bedroom 2 storey huge apartment, its size was impressive. Views from its 2 balconies were fantastic! All rooms, furniture and equipment are a bit old, but clean and fully functional. It is well made for the winter as well, bathrooms are heated, there are radiators. Air conditioners were weak, they need the refrigerant refills! Mini-kitchen is packed with utensils...

Exceptional Stay at Marian Hotel! I had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Marian Hotel. From the moment I arrived, everything was smooth, comfortable, and welcoming. The hotel itself is beautifully maintained, with clean, stylish rooms and all the amenities you could need. What truly made the stay exceptional, though, was the staff — especially Efa. She went above and beyond to ensure everything...

We stayed at Meridian Hotel during our trip to Budva and had a fantastic experience. The hotel was spotless, and the rooms were spacious with a breathtaking view of the sea and the city — it was a pleasure to wake up to such a beautiful scene every morning. One of the big advantages was the private parking, which made everything much more convenient, especially in a busy area like Budva. What truly...

Hotel la mer is a very beautiful hotel both the staff and the owner are very friendly and helpful, kind always willing to help you enjoy your stay there, apart from having a very neat environment, you have a great view of the area and is worth the cost, they celebrate their guests special days, as I was given a surprised birthday gift when I woke up, it was the best experience I ever had, I will always...

Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, everything is perfectly clean, food is excellent. Any recommendation for this hotel.

We stayed at La MER in August 2024. The stay was excellent, the room was clean, everything worked perfectly except the air conditioning. But after telling the reception about the problem, a handyman was called the same day and everything was fixed. The receptionists were very nice and friendly. However, we didn't really like the food at the hotel. Breakfast may have been okay, but dinner was definitely...

Michelle and I stayed in Hotel La Mer from the 12th to the 18th September 2024. The hotel is close to all amenities - beach, shops and sea. We were looked after very well, given excellent information re coastal walk to Sveti Stefan and Budva, daytrips and restaurants. Room had all modcons with daily room service, pool towels on request, air con. Staff were excellent especially Tanja, Jelena and Lidija

Nice clean room, perfect breakfast, and everything is close. I was staying with my family and we really enjoyed our stay. Definitely can recommend for families and couples for a nice time. I will be visiting soon on business alone and I'm staying here for sure.

Great staff , rooms are clean , breakfast with a lot of options. Close to the beach and restaurants. The only thing is not a lot parking space but the staff try to help !!!

I travelled to Montenegro with a friend, and we decided to stay around Budva. We chose the 2 bedroom suites, and they were large and comfortable, there was a small fridge in the kitchen area (that was full of unpaid snacks and alcohol). The bathroom was clean and functional. Breakfasts were pretty good, there was everything you could want, including coffee machine, and there were some healthy options...

We would like to thank everyone at Invictus Hotel for their wonderful support throughout our stay. As Fotobahar Plato, we carried out a special bride and groom photoshoot, and the team assisted us in every detail — from location arrangements to car rentals and logistics. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made everything seamless. Highly recommended.

Kitchen had no pan, but didn't need it to be fair.

Very lovely stay at Hotel Invictus. The rooms were spacious, the beds were comfortable. We had a two bed suite at a very reasonable price - was so lovely to have a big sofa to relax on. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Breakfasts delicious and fresh.

It was a pleasure to stay at this hotel. Our room was great. Just as I wanted. Friendly team. Special thanks for the breakfasts. Delicious and varied. It was a bit noisy at night, as there were night parties in the neighboring hotel and on the upper tier (where we slept) you could hear the sewage drain very well. And the cleaning was not very thorough. Otherwise, it was very cozy and close to the sea...

Great hotel, good location. Reception staff is amazing, specially the guy named Lazar, he does literally everything, such an amazing energy, he made our stay so much better. Breakfast is good, super tasty. However the housekeeping is not the best, our entire stay they never changed sheets or mopped the floor and cleaned the terrace, they only changed our towels which is bare minimum. Shame because...

Lovely hotel overall. The rooms were clean and room service came in everyday. The hotel is so close to the beach you only need to walk 50m to get to the water. Staff was friendly and accomodating; made my birthday feel special. It's close to other restaurants and a 15 mins drive from the Old Town.

The rooms are quite small and the bathrooms have not been well maintained which have signs of mold. The restaurant food was average.

Beautiful place, right at the beach with exquisite food. Service is top notch.

This hotel has a very good view and almost everything you need surrounding it. We had the best host(Slađa ) she made our stay really seamless and very much enjoyable. She’s very professional and hospitable. The hotel has the best view especially the rooms with the beach front view. If I visit Montenegro again I’ll definitely stay here. Lots of local shops like supermarkets and street food vendors close...

This hotel was such a great place to land and enjoy the beginning of our vacation. The room had a beautiful view of the sea. The room was spacious. The shower was great. The restaurant was great! The staff in hotel and restaurant were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect with a private beach. It was a long walk to downtown Budva, but we enjoyed the walk and enjoyed not being in the busy...

Best option for sleeping in Rafailovici, Also best restorant in Rafailovici

The vacation was excellent! A quiet and cozy apartment with a soft bed and a well-equipped kitchen. There are charging stations for cars. Highly recommend visiting.

Great location, close to beach and tourist attractions both ways - Budva on one side and Sveti Stefan on the other. The apartment is new, modern, well equipped, comfortable beds. Parking inside (garage) is available at 50 euro deposit for remote to open garage doors, otherwise you cannot open it - this was not communicated prior to our stay and during reservation, so you need to count on this cost...

Beautiful and comforting place for relaxing. Spacious apartments with a fully equipped kitchen, offering a stunning view of the sea from the terrace, including a view of the island of Sveti Stefan 😍. Friendly staff and an incredibly beautiful infinity pool.

Stuff are super nice, specially the receptionists huge thanks to them ❤️ Breakfast is good, room service interactive and clean.

Not a great location. Service and breakfast was not upto standard. Air conditioning in room was not enough to cool the room.

I stayed at this hotel at the end of May 2024, in a two-room room 14, on the second floor. Furniture and plumbing, everything is new, towels were changed every day, sun loungers on the beach from the hotel were free, perhaps because the season had just begun. The beach, small pebbles, the water in May is very warm and there are a minimum of people. Breakfasts are very tasty, you can ask for something...

Excellent hotel to stay in Becici. Staff is very nice and friendly. Food is too good. Rooms are big and comfort. You have sea view and beach is very close (5 minutes walk). Beach is nice too with good deckchairs.

We are resting here now, everything is super, we did not even expect that it would be so cool. Wi-Fi catches everywhere in the hotel, even in the room. Also wifi on the beach, the speed is great everywhere! There is an elevator. The room is small but cozy, nice furniture, bathroom, clean, large bed, comfortable mattress. Conder blowing on the bed is a small minus, but if you put it on 28 and slightly...

Comfortable, clean, calm! Very good housekeeping, friendly staff, distance from the sea does not bother at all, the beach from the hotel is clean with a very convenient entry into the sea, recently rested side by side in Akacia apartments, so of all the beaches we chose Bella Vista beach) I really like this hotel, I think in the next season, it’s the place to spend time here, boarding excursions 1...

We stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved our time. The room was spacious, spotless, and came with a balcony, air-conditioning, and even a bubble bath in the bathtub. Also they provided us with beach towels and an umbrella. The staff were genuinely friendly and welcoming throughout. Breakfast was outstanding with a wide variety of fresh options every morning. The hotel is in a perfect location...

Excellent price/quality ratio. Amazing staff, very helpful. Breakfast was superb, varied options, always fresh. Rooms and premises are a bit outdated, however, it did not affect our stay in any negative way. The hotel can also provide beach umbrella and towels for free. If you want a tour around Montenegro, the staff know very nice drivers. There are shops and bakeries nearby. Overall, we really enjoyed...

Stay at the Hotel Stella di Mare was an exceptional experience! The service was on the highest level possible, staff were super nice and were eager to help with any inquiries we had. The room was clean, the towels were changed every day. The hotel offered only breakfasts, but the breakfasts were good, diverse and tasty. The walk from the hotel to the beach takes around 10 min, there are also a bakery...

Very god hotel in nice and comfortable location. The breakfasts are delicious and various. Everyone will find something on his/her taste. The staff is very polite and will do their best to resolve any issues. One of the best combination of the price and conditions in Montenegro! Highly recommend this place!

Amazing staff. Clean and tidy rooms. Delicious breakfast. 5 min walk to the beautiful beaches of Budva.

Very nice place to stay, all personnel are very friendly. Food for breakfast was very good.

Perfect location for a trip to discover the Montenegrian riviera. 500m from the beach and the boulevard leading towards Budva, free parking in the streets, peaceful area where the hotel is situated and just very lovely and warm staff. Really recommend this hotel if you don't have the biggest budget you want to spend. Ali the GM was just a lovely person to have a conversation with. Thanks again and...

Everything was great, we had a great time. The location is very good, the environment is very beautiful, the staff is very kind and helpful.

The best cuisine/breakfasts, room and service. The owner, Ali, keeps a good eye on the hotel!

At this hotel breakfast was very good!👍Also the location is well, because it takes only 5 minutes to get to the beach⛱️

Super quiet place to relax have good breakfast friendly stuff can order coffee any time in restaurant I find very good waterfall near by walking 10 minutes and 5 minutes to beach you can find parking in hotel and around for night you can order beer and cocktail I recommended

Nice place to stay. Staff are hardworking. And The bussesines manager Lady is so polite and helpful. Thanks a lot.

Thank you very much to the lovely receptionist for arranging a second room for my friends when the hotel was fully booked. Great service and communication!

I liked this place. Everything was good about it. The only thing the sheets haven’t been changed once within 5 days of our stay and also guests don’t follow pool rules, they bring food and glass bottles, making mess and leave it this way, but staff don’t seem to care about it.

We had an amazing 4-night stay at ApartHotel Belvedere Residence as a couple, and it truly made our visit to Budva memorable. We booked a sea view room with a terrace, and from the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the setup. The room was fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a well-stocked kitchen, cookware, and even a washing machine, which made it feel like...

Great view, well designed room, amazing experience.

Big room, have everything you need. Our apartment was on 0 floor, with easy access to the pool from balcony. Sea could be closer, it will take like 10 minutes to reach it. Wifi is ok, sometimes lost connection by the pool, but it was working perfect in room.

Spotlessly clean and very well kept accommodation. Pool area beautiful with a fantastic view of the mountains and sea. Reception staff and cleaners lovely. There is no restaurant on site which is a shame. Having somewhere on hand to grab a drink or something to eat would of made the stay even better. This Aparthotel is not suitable for people with walking difficulties due to the amount of steps...

Everything was superlative! I highly recommend it! Excellent location, clean and spacious apartment...easy access to the beach, very clean and well-kept pool! A plus for the girl at the reception who was very kind and waited for us until 23:30 PM so we could check in.

The room itself was great, the staff super friendly. Pool amazing. The views amazing. The bed super comfy. Balcony was good view was very pretty.Easy access to the beach. However the bathroom smelled horribly of drains ( not sure if its because of the heatwave). We appreciated all the shower gels and shampoos. Parking very limited. My only con of the villa is the access to it. You need to access it...

I higly recommend this place ! Great area, very close to the beach. 10 minutes to Budva by car. About Villa I can say only good words, our host Katharina is very kind and helpful person. Rooms are big, with all conveniences. Great swimming pool for childrens and adults. It waspleasure to spend our holidays here.

Strongly recommended for family holidays. We were at Villa Allende from 3 till 16 June. Everything was cool. The kitchen facility is well-equipped. The apartment was cleaned every day. The pool area is good for little kids and older ones. The water is clean. The sun beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly, if you have any questions, they help you immediately. We are planning to spend our next holidays...

We rested in an apartment with a large balcony overlooking the sea. The view is just great! The room is clean, daily cleaning is carried out, the entire territory is guarded. To the sea 2 minutes. To get to the sea, you need to go down the stairs and cross the road. We drove up by car, right next to the beach there is a large parking lot, so there is where to leave the car. Parking near the beach is...

Everything is super! We really enjoyed!
