We were able to choose our breakfast, and they even put it in a takeaway container for us to eat in our room. The room was clean and comfortable.

I really liked the guesthouse. It was cleaned daily, there was coffee for breakfast, and you could choose one dish, which was cooked right in front of you. Everything was delicious!
The location was great, with lots of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby. Car rentals were also available.

Located a short walk from the bus station and a further 15 minutes walk will take you to the beach. Dalia and her staff are lovely. Bedroom was well maintained and comfortable. Location was quiet and convenient. There is no lift so this may be a consideration for anyone with kids or accessibility issues.

The guesthouse is around 20' on foot from the city center. The room is spatious and kept fresh with a good functioning AC. I personally didn't find it too clean, they only come in to change the towels and nothing else, no floor cleaning. The breakfast is good and varied, and even if it is not buffet you have a good selection of plates. However the girl serving you could not be more annoyed of doing so. She was inside and when we had to call her she would often roll her eyes. Very little knowledge of English. Daria is very kind but quite never present, everytime we needed to meet up we would have to agree to do so. Internet was down for 2 days for no reason and as we asked the reason for it it was simply "it happens every 2 weeks". I would have given 2 star but the third one is to suggest to do better, the building is worth it.

A nice guesthouse with a good location
We had a really nice stay in Budva. The guesthouse was nice, comfortable and clean and the host was really helpful and nice.
It was within walking distance to everything we needed, and it was really nice (and necessary) with air condition. The shops were right around the corner (a two minutes walk) and the nearest ATM could be seen from the entrance of the restaurant (a one minute walk to get there).
Some recommendations:
- it is necessary to agree on a fixed price with taxi drivers before the ride in order to get a decent price.
- it is worth it to arrange airport transportation with the guesthouse before arrival.
- the beaches are beautiful and it is worth it to get on a boat ride to see the coast.
- the old city is really worth a visit.

The distance to center of Budva is around 1.5 maximum. Lots of stores and places to eat around. Very friendly owners and staff. Very good breakfast options, very good drinks (Virgin Mojito is great!). Nice rooms, comfy beds, wi-fi and A/C. Definitely a place to recommend for a good price.
