Excellent hotel. Very helpful staff. They explain everything and help with everything. The sea is a 10-minute walk away. A large supermarket is 5 minutes away. Breakfast is quite decent; you won't go hungry. The coffee isn't great, and that's probably the only downside.

I really enjoyed staying there in room no. 21, so much so that I extended my stay. It's close to the city center and a megamarket, just 5 minutes away. The conditions are very pleasant, clean, and tidy. I highly recommend it for a relaxing stay. 🖐️

Very nice garden with olive trees, kind staff and everything what you need in the room. Free parking in the yard. Some of the rooms are with windows at the street and is a little bit noisy.

Good location. Beautiful balcony and garden, view of the mountains from the window. The owners treat you to fruit from their own garden. Pleasant homely atmosphere. Opposite there is a mesarnya, a bakery with low prices.

Simple guesthouse but very well located in front of the bay of Kotor and very close to the Old Town, there are great restaurants in front of the guesthouse! And don't forget to take the boat trip to the Blue Cave, you can take a nice swim inside! And the landscape is beautiful!

If there was a sixth star I would give it.. The hosts are very very nice and kind, the service is also, the accommodation is excellent, neat, clean.. We are really satisfied and we will come back to them next year for sure..

Good choice for an overnight stay in Petrovac. Ten minutes walk to the beach. Park on the street in front of the building. Comfortable room with balcony. Friendly host. Shared kitchen was useful to make breakfast - we had our own fridge too. Petrovac is a nice resort. Very relaxing compared to nearby Budvar!

Sweet place with old maslinas in the yard, little restaurant, home-like rooms and really welcoming and professional owners. Very clean and comfortable, no noise or irritating neighbors. Central Beach is 5 minutes from, several supermarkets and a market nearby. Ideal for romantic occasion or for families with children. Recommend!

We had a fantastic stay here, our host was azing, so hospitable and kind. She cooked us delicious breakfasts, including an 'Easter Special' on Easter Sunday and gave us all the best tips of where to hike, she really made our trip. Our studio flat was perfect, cosy and we could cook our own food. Perfect 4 days! We can't wait to come back.

Perfection! Villa Velzon has the best staff in all Montenegro. Receptionists, restaurant workers and cleaning ladies were a blast, they made our holidays so special, helped with everything what we needed and set a perfect “holiday mood” from the day we arrived and until we left. I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. On one evening, though, we decided to eat at Velzon dinner and, to our surprise, the food was good. One more thing...

Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. It would have been a lot better if we didint buy included breakfast, instead had bought some pastry from bakery which was downstairs or ate at the next door restaurant. Room was very tidy....

The best place I have stayed here in Montenegro. The room was big and clean and the owner and his mom were really nice, which makes the difference. Its walking distance just a little bit hard with no condition from the beach and old town and the room has a good view, plus the owner dropped me to the bus station which was a plus, thank you very much!

Good guest house with marvelous views and very nice rooms. When we arrived, they offered us a cold drink and they were very kind. The owner was fabulous. The house is in 5 min to the old town and 7 min to the beach walking. I will recomend it for sure!

Great place! The only downside is that the hostess doesn't speak Russian or English. But there's everything for a comfortable stay, a large shared kitchen with a living room, a shared bathroom, fast Wi-Fi. The windows offer a wonderful view of the mountains. Not far from the center of Zabljak, Black Lake, Savina Kuk and the Djurdjevicha Bridge.

A wonderful place to relax, the Slavic brothers greeted us politely. However, communication in Serbian is preferable. The hostess showed us around and explained everything. Overall, the service was pleasant, the sleep was comfortable, and the morning was wonderful.

We had problems with air conditioning and the heater, but the person we reached took care of us. Thanks to him, we were able to solve the parking problem. The bed was very comfortable. Only stayed here one night, but the host was amazing and it was a lovely short stay!

For the price you can't really argue. Rooms were cosy and clean, shared bathroom was big enough with 2 showers and toilets and breakfast was included. Owner is really friendly and cares about the people who stay there.

Price is fair for what You get- it is the cheapest place in whole Zabljak, owner does not show the place as hight end hotel. The issue that is clear to everyone who stayed there is the bathroom - one for all the guests and the owner, which means queues in the morning, even up to one hour of waiting. Tip: you better eat breakfast somewhere else.

Everything is fair - the guesthouse with no claims on any stars, but if you want to stay overnight in a tourist place and at the same time save your money, then this place is perfect for this. There is one bathroom for all rooms, free breakfast (bread with jam and fanta) from 7 am to 9 am, WiFi and parking.

Nice apartment, colorful owner. Treated with homemade crayfish (local vodka made from grapes or apples) and wine. Clean, inexpensive and sincere. I recommend both for 1 night and for a long stay.

Clean, nice owner with great stories. Speaks only French (his son speaks English if he's around). Room is large but very old. Bed not comfortable. The owner makes his own wine and schnapps!
