We booked a room with a big balcony with shadow and this beautiful view over Sveti Stefan, Budva in the distance, and sunsets behind the mountains. It was My first time going to Ulcinj and it was good to book a place between the city and the beach because it was 10 min with car on both sides. The apartments were good clean and spacious. About 45 minutes to 1 hr walk to Kotor downtown. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros per way. Kettle, water and coffee/tea in the room would be good additions. We loved the room and We enjoyed our stay.

We had a fantastic stay here, our host was azing, so hospitable and kind. She cooked us delicious breakfasts, including an 'Easter Special' on Easter Sunday and gave us all the best tips of where to hike, she really made our trip. I will give this one a 5/10. The local itself presented nice with both indoor and outdoor places to eat. The food they served on the other hand was no so great. I booked tickets at a villa nearby and the lunch meal was included. They gave us the same taste-less meals almost every day. Everything is OK, except breakfast. The Swedish table was very scarce, the coffee was just terrible. The taste was like the coffee grounds were boild couple times more, food seemed like leftovers from yesterday. The best place I have stayed here in Montenegro. The room was big and clean and the owner and his mom were really nice, which makes the difference. For the price you can't really argue. Rooms were cosy and clean, shared bathroom was big enough with 2 showers and toilets and breakfast was included. Owner is really friendly and cares about the people who stay there.

Price is fair for what You get- it is the cheapest place in whole Zabljak, owner does not show the place as hight end hotel. The issue that is clear to everyone who stayed there is the bathroom - one for all the guests and the owner, which means queues in the morning, even up to one hour of waiting. Tip: you better eat breakfast somewhere else.

Everything is fair - the guesthouse with no claims on any stars, but if you want to stay overnight in a tourist place and at the same time save your money, then this place is perfect for this.
