It is the finest crafted hungarian beer mostly and also other really great beers. Best beer in Montenegro. The servers are also really good at their job they make good suggestions, are funny and also fast. Don’t skip this place.😉

The host is an older woman and is very welcoming and friendly. Providing easy directions to get to the apartment which is quite easy to find with the directions and just off the Main Street, so not a whole lot of carrying out all the luggage, just one flight of stairs. I loved the place and the owner! The owner is 70 something year old lady and she is very kind and friendly. The place is in the old town, the location is perfect, and the room is spacious and clean!

Amazing apartments! Hospitable hosts. Convenient location - near the beach, shops, restaurant. There is parking. The place is very quiet, you can't hear your neighbors. There is a mini kitchen and everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Friendly owner, parking spot, room with good airco and balcony. Bed and bedsheets were also excellent.

Contact with the facility is very good. The staff is very helpful and nice. Unfortunately - due to Covid-19 we had to cancel the visit, however because of online contact there is no doubt that I can recommend this place to.

12 of us were offered a ride from the train station to the apartment. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were neat. The kitchen was functional. The view was gorgeous from the terrace. I would recommend it to anyone! We really enjoyed our stay here

The panorama is very beautiful, a perfect sea experience. The accommodation is clean and well equipped. The hosts are kind and helpful. Language: English, Russian. Budva 5 minutes by car. 3 beaches are also within reach. Parking is a bit difficult, but this is common in the Mediterranean. I've reached the end! 😎😁

Clean, comfortable, there is everything you need for living: dishes, washing machine, air conditioner, hairdryer, iron, etc., a lot of towels, even beach towels. Hospitable, helpful hosts who will help with everything, answer all questions, meet you at the airport, and help with car rental. And it is better to heed the advice, they were very useful to us))...

We had a great 3 night stay in early June. I booked directly with Jovan and received excellent service. The sea view top floor apartment was lovely, immaculately clean and with stunning views over Sveti Stefan. Jovan was extremely welcoming and very kindly managed a parking place for us. We enjoyed using the lovely pool which was always quiet. The town beaches were very nice and it was an easy walk...

I can’t say enough good things about this place! Absolutely amazing! Super clean as the cleaner cleans everyday, nice pool, great breakfast, good location, bus stop just 5 steps away and the owners were the most accommodating people I have met on a holiday! Super helpful with all of our queries. Treated like a good friend and not just another customer! I would highly recommend!

Every thing was lovely. Jovan and his family are very nice. I got a sea view room. It was wery clean and tidy. We use the pool every day. Jovan told me that Septembar is the best month to visit Sveti Stefan.

Had a great experience. We stayed here 8 days with a group of 5 people. Enough room for all of us for sure. Had minor issues here and there, such as no running tapwater and having to ask for cleaning of our room. However, these things solved themselves quite quickly. The room I was in is small and clean with air conditioning and TV and a balcony. The hosts are very friendly, payment by card is also possible. The parking lot is okay. The only complaint is the slightly uncomfortable and small beds. Unfortunately, the room did not have a stove or a shared kitchen, but there was a refrigerator. We rested here for 9 days, towels and bedding were never changed, the room was not cleaned. Not very comfortable. There is not even an electric kettle. The kitchen is not equipped for cooking, and you need to cook like food twice. Small rooms. Beautiful beaches are approximately 3.5 km away.

Bad communication. We called that we would be late for the reservation because of the convoy at the border. Plus it is extremely hard to find on the street. They don't have numbers on all the houses and the navigation only found the street. It took us a while to understand that the surrounding streets are actually part of the same street. The people around don't know it and neither do the police sitting...

Normal guesthouse. Pleasant area. There was no air conditioning, no fan, no kettle in the room.

Nice room with a kitchen, great air con, washing machine (which we used free of charge) and a lovely hostess. Room has nice old-style character. Kotor is very small so this is well located within the old town. Wifi not great.

I was quite worried after reading the negative comments. But everything was fine, check in within 5 minutes after calling. The room equipment is older, but everything was clean. The price is very good considering the performance. You can stop by and relax while walking around the city. I thought it was very good. I recommend it. The views from the window were magnificent, and it was also nice to wake up to the sound of birds in the morning.

Good view from the window. Contact the host in advance about checking in. Very steep stairs. There is a "club" with wild music nearby. Check in only if you came to club) There was no hair dryer, Wi-Fi and the TV did not work. The air conditioner did not cope. It was cold.

The location is great. Cleanliness and service are excellent. Right in the very center of the old city. For non-athletic people and elderly people it may be uncomfortable to go up to the room, the stairs are very steep. Another personal disappointment: we were not able to have breakfast, because the reception opens at 9, although it is written in the room that breakfast starts at 7.30. We left hungry...

Location is excellent, the host Ferid is awesome man who is always on your service and I must say that the women who was cooking our breakfast was very kind and she cooked delicious meals. The rooms were very clean and the view from the balcony was fantastic.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days between 23/11 /25 - 27/11/25 and we had an excellent experience. From the friendly chauffer that picked us up from Tivat airport, to the warm welcome we got at the reception upon our arrival, to the attentive staff at the dinning room and the team at the sauna, everything was amazing. My reservation was for June 27, but I arrived in the morning on the 28th. Unfortunately, early check-in was not available, and I entered the room only at 14:00. However, overall, I really liked the hotel — cozy, clean, and with a great atmosphere.

The hotel is conveniently located - quite close to both Becici and Rafailovici with their long good beach, and to Budva with its infrastructure. The hotel is very clean. Excellent buffet breakfast in the Benedict cafe, and you can also have a great lunch and dinner there. You need to understand that if you want to swim, you will need to walk about 10 minutes to any beach.

Breakfast and room were perfect.

You do need to take a Taxi from the bus station to the hotel. But it was every penny! Located at the peaceful end of the town, and the path along the sea to the old town is a must😊 - beautiful views and great atmosphere. We did have a tech issue with our door key but it was sorted very quickly. The breakfast selections were excellent and at 5 starts’ level of quality👍.
