Sea house in Baosici

My wife and I stayed here for 2 nights. The establishment was absolutely beautiful. The rooms were modern and comfortable and the Hosts were so polite. Nothing was too much. The breakfast which was a mixture of everything was so nice. A lovely stay and made Montenegro a place to remember. Thank You

This is the best hotel I have been to in my life. The rooms are beautiful and so is the view. The location is amazing and the owners are sooo lovely. Thank you to Nemanja, his father and his brother. The atmosphere here is extraordinary. The place is owned by a man with his two sons. They are all making sure you are having a great holiday and feeling welcomed. In addition to this, they help you plan your vacation.

The beach is private and beautiful, restaurant is amazing (food, service and feeling), rooms are nice and they are the only place in the area that has greenery.

I have travelled quite a lot around the world in all kind of hotels and hostels. But this goes definitely on top of my list on all the categories. Other hotel should take example of this place.

This was, without a doubt, one of the most special places I’ve ever stayed at. I’ve traveled a lot and stayed in various hotels, but this experience stood out in every way. The room was cozy, beautifully maintained, and spotlessly clean – but what took my breath away was the view. Through one window, we could see both the majestic mountains and the calm, shimmering bay.
The balcony was like an extra living space – peaceful, private, and perfect for morning coffee or a quiet evening. The location itself is ideal – tucked away just enough to feel serene, but close to everything we wanted to see or do.
Breakfasts were absolutely delicious – fresh ingredients, thoughtful variety, and a true highlight of each morning. But most of all, what made this place unforgettable were the hosts. From the very beginning, they welcomed us with genuine warmth and care. Throughout the stay, they were always there to check in, offer help, and share amazing local tips – from hidden spots to visit to where to eat like a local.
It felt more like visiting close friends than staying at a hotel. Their kindness and attention made the whole experience feel personal and truly memorable. I left with not just good memories, but a sense of connection to the place and people. Highly, highly recommended.

This family is going to make you feel welcomed and at home, the minute you arrive! The property is run by a father and two sons, with a high degree of hospitality and attention to detail! We can’t recommend the property high enough, and would stay with them again without hesitation!

We felt at home during our stay. The host was incredibly warm and friendly, always giving us helpful tips about what to do in the area. The breakfasts were amazing. Working on the balcony with a sea view was such a pleasure. It’s a very peaceful and relaxing place. Highly recommended!
