Very low quality. If you can avoid and find another place you should.

The worst experience we've had in Montenegro so far. 100 euros were stolen from our room just the day before our departure. The host did nothing to investigate the situation. The air conditioner wasn't working for 4 days and the staff wasn't responsive to our requests to fix it. The window (well, it's not actually a window, but a balcony door) faces the wall of a neighbouring house making the room appear very dark. Overall, don't recommend it.
UPD: After receiving a really odd comment to this review from the host, I have to clarify some details. First of all, we were travelling as a family and did not invite any strangers to our room. And secondly, at the reception we were told that we have to pay extra to use a safety deposit box. Considering our previous experience (we have visited Montenegro several times and never had anything stolen from our room before), we decided that we didn't need it.

STAFF ARE ABUSIVE AND AGGRESSIVE. Do not support this business in order to ensure your safety. Never before have we been so disrespected in the 8 months we have been traveling the world. The woman at the hotel assaulted me and left marks on my arm-see attached picture.

My husband and I had the misfortune of mistaking the property for one that we had booked. As such, while I was verifying this information with the man at reception, my husband went to use the bathroom but came back to the front desk when he couldn’t find it. A woman then started yelling at him at the front desk and barricading him from moving past her. When my husband asked what her problem was, the man behind reception got up and started pushing my husband and said he’d call the cops. My husband then looked at me and in exasperation asked if this was the right hotel and I said “no” so he motioned to get his things but the man started pushing my husband and grabbing his bags. I said “what is happening!?” (in total shock as to the disproportionate aggression from the hotel staff over my husband attempting to use a bathroom in a hotel he thought we had booked), then the woman assaulted me by grabbing my arm trying to pull me inside the hotel. She left marks on my arm-see attached picture. She then said she’s calling the police (ironically, our family knows the chief of police in Montenegro) and slammed the door in my face, keeping me out and locking my husband in. Finally my husband was able to push past them and leave with his bags. As we proceeded to go across the street to the right hotel, the woman chased after us and yelled at us.

We promptly canceled our reservation across the street because we didn’t feel safe in the neighborhood. We decided not to press charges because we simply want to enjoy our vacation and not have this issue consume any more of our time.

l can’t figure out why the staff assaulted us over a misunderstanding-perhaps it was discrimination (we are Americans and I am of South Asian descent).

Avoid this place altogether if you want to ensure your safety.

it is labeled as a 4 star hotel but is a 2 star in real. the room does not have a kitchen like on pictures and it is really small. there isn't any table or chairs. the fridge is in the wardrobe, and no microwave in the room. you only have 2 small plates, 2 mugs, spoons and forks but no knifes lol. The view from the hotel is basically buildings and constructions. The only positive thing is they cleaned the room every day
