Pros: Free parking and an excellent price – a night was just under 2000₽. The decor is simple and a bit worn, and the bed linen, though clean, has some pilling. We asked for an extra blanket and it was brought without any hassle. The host speaks both Russian and English.

Cons: The main issue is in the bathroom – the shower floor doesn't slope correctly, so water collects in the corner. This corner leaks, causing water to seep onto the main bathroom floor. Because of the dampness, there's an unpleasant smell, and insect larvae are appearing from somewhere. Also, the kitchen outlet isn't working.

If they fix the water problem, these would be great apartments for the price.

They respond quickly to messages. You can even write to them in Russian.
When we arrived, we were greeted and checked in very fast. Paid the tourist tax in a minute.
Towels were changed exactly as agreed – on schedule.
The bed had a comfortable mattress. There was a set of dishes for cooking. The bathroom was clean with a hairdryer and soap/shampoo. Free parking. A hypermarket and an inexpensive cafe with local food are just a minute's walk away.

I stayed for two nights with my child (he got extra attention, which I'm so grateful for – he was very happy!), and everything was great! The apartment was very clean, with fresh linens and a soft, high bed. There's private parking. I highly recommend it!

Regarding this hotel:

1. No front desk, very hard to find, poor soundproofing.

2. The room is very small and does not match the pictures on Ctrip. I booked a 20-square-meter room with a balcony, but the actual room was only 10 square meters, and the bathroom and balcony were also 10 square meters (this is the first time I've seen a hotel calculate square meters like this).

3. There were no blankets in the room, only thin towels.

4. The owner's attitude was terrible.

In short, I do not recommend choosing this apartment.

Very nice apartments, the host is very helpful. When you get the apartment it looks and smells clean what is not a common thing in MNE. Very good equipment, parking. Perfect location- close to the hipermarket and good restaurant. Perfect place!

A renovated place with very nice rooms and balconies. The only thing is that you have to make a 15min walk to the sea.
