Overall, a convenient place to stay in Tivat at a reasonable price.
Positive points: rooms are clean; WiFi is fast; air-conditioned (important when outside temperature is 33-34 deg), mini-market is only 2 mn walk (100m away), good restaurant at Hotel Carubba is 100m away on the beach
Medium points: cutlery and tableware (dishes, mugs, glasses etc.) for only 3 persons; unique air-conditioner is in the living room so expect the bedroom to be warmer; shower cabin is only 70 cm wide. Only 6 parking places.
To be honest: it's not a "hotel", it's a "guest house": one bedroom, one living room with kitchenette and sofa-bed. Don't expect any gorgeous panoramic view, but a good comfortable place to sleep.

We got an Appartment for 2 nights. It has a good location, beach, supermarkets, restaurants are all in walking distance.
Unfortunately the Appartement was not very clean. Especially the kitchen and the bathroom were dirty. In the kitchen was sauce hollandaise in the cupboard, open probably for a while. Also the fridge was very dirty. If you would like to cook in the Appartement it is not well equipped, for example there were no forks. The bedrooms and sheets were clean and tidy.
Maybe we were just unlucky. However the Appartement is really okay for the little money you pay.

Great place to stay for vacation in Montenegro. Good beach is in 250 metres. You can safety leave a car in front of hotel. Everything you need you might find in Tivat. The owners Niko and Filip are very friendly and ready to help 24/7. Highly recommend this hotel and city to discover incredible Montenegro.
