Knowing that the air conditioning was not working, they didn't tell me before checking in. The weather was hot and humid, so it was impossible to stay. The service was poor, the towels were like floor towels, and the bathroom smelled...

Bad overall experience. Booked day of around 5pm arrived at the hotel at 8pm with no one there but online states checkin is until 11pm. Called the number listed for the property, a lady answered the first time then hung up once I started talking. Tried to call again multiple times and no one was answering. Then tried to call the number listed at the front desk on WhatsApp, no one answered so I sent a message. Was sitting there for 30 minutes looking to have to book elsewhere. Received a call back on WhatsApp to say they finished at 5pm and she doesn’t know anything about my booking but said to go to level 2 where the keys are already in the door and go stay in that room. Next day, once again didn’t see anyone at the front desk the whole day, no one came to our room to properly check us in, look at ID, apologise for the confusion… nothing. Rooms were cold and no extra blankets, couldn’t even ask anyone since I didn’t see any workers the whole time I was there. Then came the day of checkout and we had a worker knocking on our door at 10am saying we need to checkout as checkout is 10am but my booking states 12pm. Said we will leave at 11 but terrible that the only time we see anyone who works at this hotel is to tell us we have to get out of our room?

Terrible experience, we booked two rooms in 15 May for three nights in July, non refundable by booking. Before two days of our arrival I called them to confirm the reservation because they didn’t withdraw the money, they said “sure no problem your rooms will be ready”! In the day of arrival, after 8 hours of driving we had a terrible surprise, they had only one room in the building and the other in other place, the funny part if I can say it’s that they blamed on booking. After all the reviews i read about this property the conclusion is that the rule is to overbooked and they don’t respect the reservation! For us was better that it’s happened like this because the pictures in booking are very good, it’s not the reality and I can confirm that they don’t have AC!

Just don’t go there!

It seems that’s a rule for them to overbook and on arrival propose another accomodation for a night or two, to return to your original accomodation after that.

As a result we were left with no accomodation at 6 PM, trying to find something else last minute, as we did not accept their scam.

There was no one at the reception, just the cleaning lady that did not speak english. She called the manager who told us on the phone the situation and her proposal that 1 couple to remain in the room available and the other to sleep to their offices for 1-2 nights. Terrible news after a long drive.

There are a lot of other beautiful accomodations in Montenegro to choose from. Just don’t ruin your vacation with this one.
