A lot of space (3br for the great price with a parking), nice location & reception lady was very helpful but … too loud due constructions in 100m, there are swallow nests on the balcony and as a result there is a lot of bird droppings every day; our 1st apartments were very smoky and we changed to others; refrigerator without freezer; cleaning service 1* - poor quality, they forget to clean, they wash the floors with the same rag as the balcony with bird droppings; there was not a single teaspoon; There are no air conditioners in the bedrooms - it is impossible to sleep in the heat; the washing machine is dirty (see photo); the parking lot is quite narrow and if you have a large car this may be a problem; the frying pans were destroyed, some of the curtains were torn off; The shower stall was leaking and there was no plug in the bathroom. Conclusion: very good apartments that were brought to this state without adequate maintenance - this is very sad.
