I absolutely loved this apartment! It was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed. The host was very friendly and helpful

We booked the hotel last minute and stayed for one night, but the experience was wonderful. The owner was very friendly and gave us a warm welcome upon arrival.
The rooms were clean and luxurious, and the pool was definitely the highlight of our stay. We would love to come back to this place in Ulqin again.

Maybe a tiny hidden gem in Ulcinj, the family that owns it are great, very service minded and eager to please. The pool and bar in the back was an oasis in the very warm days, and the proximity to the best beach in Ulcinj, Velika Plaza was perfect.
The cleanliness could have been better, room-wise, and maybe a little more information on how towels would be handled. Also, we’re not used to having to ask for toilet paper, but in their defense, there were always spare rolls in the common washroom. We got a little worried one night we came back late and were missing enough. We have to add that we didn’t get the refurbished rooms, but the older ones, but even they were air-conditioned. They had a tv, but it was facing nothing and the view from the first floor is nonexistent. The room we had also had so bad WiFi connection that using phones/computers in the room did not work, and simple pages wouldn’t load. However the bar-area had great WiFi.

The apartments and outside space with fantastic pool and super -comfortable bean -bag type of sun loungers were amazing. Neil,the owner was very accommodating and helpful . We booked through Facebook paying a small deposit and the rest on arrival. We were fortunate to find an English speaking taxi driver who went the extra mile without charging the extra mile. We were there before the main holiday season and organised trips hadn't started. I really wanted to go to Lake Skadar so he phoned someone he knew and booked a boat trip for us. He took us on a scenic route there and a different one back, stopping for photo opportunities. There were 6 of us and he charged €25 each. We left at 9 am and got back at 5pm. The boat, which we had to ourselves, was €20 for a 2 hour trip, including drinks. I don't think I'd be allowed to share his name and phone number here so you could message me if you want. The Old Town is beautiful and there and can be reached by a scenic coastal path. It's a stunningly beautiful country.

We had basic room for two persons, stayed last July. Rooms are clean. Pool area was also clean. Owners lives in the same building so if you need ride to city they will fix taxi for you for good price. They are very helpful and nice.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was given an apartment for €14 a night consisting of a bedroom with a separate bathroom located on a large balcony where there are also kitchen facilities, a table and a couple of chairs. The bedroom itself comes with a TV and air conditioner which didn't work very well. When I visited, the temperatures were fairly cool, but the aircon wouldn't cool you down in high Summer. There are car parking areas in front of the building and a,swimming pool behind it. You can easily walk to the nearest supermarket, bakery which also makes food and coffee shop via some steps opposite the front of the building that go up onto a bridge from where it's not a long walk. You can also go to the beach areas on foot or by car. I was very satisfied by this accommodation and wouln't hesitate to stay here again next time I'm in Ulcinj.

The nice owner, clean in rooms, air-conditioners in every room. Swimming pool next to apartments. A lot of shops around and near is a tasty restaurant that the owner recommends. Also you can order some food in Blue Star. Beach is quite near too. Feel free to ask the owner about some tips to take a taxi, rent a car our ideas for a long trips.

Very nice location, amazing pool view, great service and always friendly host. Pool is incredible and always clean. We had everything we need for a nice vacation.
