Hotel Perla delivers and lives up to its good reputation. Friendly staff, always helpful. Good restaurant. Nice and clean rooms. We felt well taken care of. Rooms facing the sea and easy access to a 4 km. beach promenade. Highly recommended. Here you can relax and enjoy or have excursions :-)

The Perla was just an all around lovely experience. Both the breakfast and supper buffets were delicious, varied, and artfully displayed.

This was our 3rd visit and each time we enjoy it more. We had a lovely room facing the sea, views were fabulous. Reception staff are excellent as are the cleaning staff , the hotel is spotless. Lovely hotel, great location and range of facilities. Bedroom (14) was airy, clean and large. It did not have a sea view and was near the garbage area, so one morning garbage lorry arrived around 5.45am. The breakfast buffet offered incredible choices and you could also order omelette, poached eggs etc. We would happily recommend to others and we would stay there again.

Nice hotel, food expensive onsite

The hotel is new and elegant, and the reception is friendly. The rooms are a bit small. The rooms overlooking the sea are better than the rooms at the back, because the rooms at the back have a river or stream that needs maintenance and have a bad smell. I recommend the rooms overlooking the sea.

Second time here, but this time in a new building. Nice room, excellent soundproofing between rooms. Everything you need (water, tea, coffee capsules, slippers, robes…) is available. We had a room with a view of the bay, quiet and beautiful. The Internet was disconnected a couple of times, but this problem was quickly solved after contacting the reception. Pleasant hotel on the outskirts of Heceg Novi, nice clean reception and rooms with modern facilities. Only downside is that the pool and spa doesn’t open until 6pm for a couple of hours and you have to notify the hotel if you plan on using it so they can prepare it. Seven years ago, I visited Montenegro and stayed at an Aman hotel. With fond memories, I returned and stayed at One&Only, but unfortunately, I was generally disappointed. My third stay at this hotel, the best in Montenegro. It truly lives up to its One Only status. The hotel's yacht service (extra charge) is worth trying. The restaurant's cuisine may not be to Chinese tastes.

The hotel is designed like an apartment near a marina. The service is good, and the environment is very peaceful. It's next to the One & Only Resort Hotel, and it's not far from the Blue Grotto. However, this 3-bedroom apartment only has 2 bathrooms, not 3. If you need to wash up when you come back at night, you'll have to plan your order.

Luxurious, private, expensive If you are looking for a high-end gateway this is probably one of the best options in the Balkans. The Location and the setting was amazing. Rooms and property (and in suite) pools were great. Service was friendly and accommodating. Included breakfast was good. The in-room amenities and beach club were ok.

This was our second trip to Portonovi inside a year and that’s all the more remarkable given that we’ve never gone anywhere twice. It’s a niche destination, for sure, and it can be beaten on price. But it offers a touch of quiet luxury, terrific accommodation, spectacular scenery, every amenity under the Montenegrin sun and much more besides.

Once marvelous complex,built approximately 40 years ago,still standing proud even though no investment or refurbishment has been done since it was built. Grandioso brutalist architecture is somewhat a reminder of the former glory and wealth of the 80s socialist Yugoslavia. I had room on the 7th floor with beautiful views of the bay.Yes room is a bit dated but at 50 euro per night in the high season...

Marvelous! It's not enough to say the food is delicious, it's fan-tas-tic! They even prepare wonderful vegetarian and vegan meals. The staff is so willing to please. I haven't tried the massages and therapies, but, considering their tradition, they must be the same quality as the food. Go there to enjoy!

Very nice hotel in a good location, staff very helpful, very clean, rooms well kept. Nice breakfast, disappointing that despite being there for seven nights and on the first morning they run out of black tea and even though I mentioned this it was not restocked for the remainder of our stay and a shop 100 yards up the road sold it. Nice hotel with friendly staff. Very good breakfast with high quality. Access to garage. Otherwise parking in front of the hotel so it felt very safe. You have access to private beach and beach club (be aware that it’s a lot of steps to get there if you eventually have problems with that) with free sun beds. Just stayed here for 5 nights and the hotel room and staff was amazing, staff were very helpful and dispite not getting many guest from the UK,which is common for the area, they all spoke very good English. Good food. A little away from commercial part of Igalo, but good service and good food. I havent seen the accommodation.

Hotel is renovated but it is not really good.Rooms are fine but ants are coming trough the holes on the windows and in some room sunblinds can't be closed becous they're broken.The food is ok , beach is near but there aren't any kiosks near only one gas station where you don't have much to buy.

The property exceeded my expectations. Good size of the apartment, well decorated with all good facilities. It is a walk distance from the front beach where there are lots of shops, groceries and restaurants.

Truly enjoyed our stay in the 1bdr apartment. Very comfortable. It’s 10 minutes from the city and beach by walking. Parking and garage also available. Had to wait for the receptionist during check out time- was annoying maybe you put a mailbox next to reception.
