The staff are really nice and helpful during my stay in Kotor. The kitchen area is nice and also the common area downstairs. It is a good area to meet other travellers. The hostel is located in front of the water. It is nice to just sit and see the boats. It is a walking distance to the old town, no need to ride a bus. And ut is adjacent to the best bbq place in Kotor. The rooms are with many bunkbeds but I did not see this as a problem. It is just quite tight to have a lugagge. The beds are nice and was able to sleep soundly. The toilets are at tims not so clean aprticularly in the evening becaus eit is only being cleaned every morning. The hostel has a self service laundry with a minimal fee. They also let me borrow an iron for my clothes. This hostel also has hair dryer and flat iron for my hair. This hostel is worth the money and will stay again.

The location is excellent, just outside the old town right on the waterfront. Dorm room was fine, get a lockable drawer each. There was no bin in the room and no way to dry your hands in the bathroom, also there is hardly any privacy to take a shower, only a flimsy shower curtain you can partially see through.

If I were to describe my experience at Hostel Pupa it would be “Great Balkan Vibes”! Kristina and Cevo were such awesome hosts. They provided with more than just an overview when I checked in before New Years eve. I got to know Old Town Kotor city really well. Towels are free and each room is very well heated. Unlike some other hostels, Pupa actually cleans it rooms and bathrooms everyday. As far as socializing and getting to know other guests Pupa provides a tremendous family atmosphere. I’m a very shy person and Kristina went out of her way to make sure I connect with the other guests. Thank you for the memories Pupa!!

This place is really close to bus station and you can get a good nights sleep here ,the staff provide a wonderful explanation to the city and are passionate and make stay enjoyable ,i enjoyed staying here,facilities good and location good too

Very nice hostel, friendly staff, well organized. Each bed has his own light, electra, locker. Clean bedsheets and towel. For a good price!

Suggestions: a bit more space in the rooms and maybe a shelf beside the bed for your private stuff like phone etc.

Location is perfect, close to the old town, and the bus station which is a big plus, the only minor point was my bed, it had its best days

Great experience at Hostel Pupa!! Cool vibes, everythin seems new and works just perfect. Also Kristina is one of the best hostel manager we ever met. She and the owner were so helpful. We recomend it 100%. When we stop by Kotor, we repeat.

Absolutely amazing hostel. I felt kind like part of some kind group of people. The receptionist was great. I thank you for my first experience in hostel.
