Hotels with beach in Kotor

Everything feels new and well maintained, from the rooms to the private beach area. The view across the bay is unreal, especially in the early morning or right before sunset

An excellent hotel with good rooms, facilities and breakfast. The Kotor Bay view from the hotel room is also excellent. Only downside is its location. You need to drive a few KM on a narrow road to reach the hotel.

Rooms are clean, modern, and quiet no weird smells, no awkward design. Staff keeps things smooth without hovering. Pool’s a solid bonus, but honestly I spent most of my time down by the water

For kids there is NOTHING extra. 35 euro rent for the surf board. you need to get your towels with a card and return to get the towel card back. coffee at breakfast is horrific 9

The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way; we had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go downtown.

The hotel is already decorated for Christmas with a real ginger bread house in the middle of the restaurant, the food is great with a verity of eggs, Pastries and seasonal fruits, we are off season so they work a la carte and not bouffe so it takes a little longer to eat breakfast

The hotel was clean and staff would help with anything you need. The location was great with shops right outside the hotel and the beach being a 2 minute walk from the hotel

The combination of beachfront and portside dining right by the bay of Kotor is unique, and the place has a tranquil and relaxed atmosphere to it

Me and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldn’t dress my wounds or really want to help at all

They came to the room to clean and dress my wounds, they returned twice after that to re dress my wounds before going back home. I couldn’t thank Mateja enough for her help and concern

Location couldn't be more wonderful, they have tables just by the sea. And the building itself is also fascinating, one of those typical stone palaces you can find in beautiful Prĉanj

Had a lovely dinner at the restaurant of Hotel Splendido: a fresh and tasty Balcan classic salad with tasty tomatoes, vegetables and feta cheese, and good Margherita pizza

The spa was nice and the restaurant was good, but expensive - there are nearby options with very good value. The beach area had nice chaise lounges, ample towels and a protected swimming area

From the moment you step into this hotel you feel like you’re in an exclusive club. The services are excellent, the spa, pools, sunbathing area and restaurant are lovely and the breakfast is amazing

Wonderful Stay at Terra Forza Hotel Kotor I spent an unforgettable week at Terra Forza Hotel Kotor with my daughter. From the moment we arrived, we were incredibly well taken care of

We were in room 204 which was the Dior room and it was lovely, spacious and spotless. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. We had lunch here but not dinner and that was also lovely

The restaurant next door Timun is worth a visit along with cafe Del mare and Portun, avoiding La Ricetta. We hired the bikes for a day and cycled to Tivat which was a great day

My daughter accidentally left her backpack in the taxi, and within 30 minutes the hotel had already arranged for it to be returned, amazing service

The hotel offers a delicious à la carte breakfast. The hotel has a picturesque courtyard and a stunning terrace overlooking the sea. The hotel's beach is small, clean, and has a well-maintained pebble entrance

A truly cozy and charming small hotel, with just the right number of guests, which makes the stay feel peaceful and personal. The service was excellent — attentive, warm, and always helpful

A cozy hotel on the coast of the Bay of Kotor in an 18th-century house. The interior features preserved walls, furniture, and many details from that time, creating a stunning atmosphere

The location is about a 10-minute drive from Kotor, but it’s absolutely worth it if you want to enjoy the beauty and tranquility of the Bay of Boka Kotorska away from the crowds

We also had a memorable (and slightly wet!) night during a 'Jugo' storm when rainwater leaked through the windows, but Tatiana's care made us feel supported throughout

We had a really enjoyable stay at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable and relaxing experience

I mentioned that we would be leaving early in the morning and wouldn’t be able to stay for breakfast, so they prepared takeaway sandwiches for us in the morning and left them ready

This is a beautiful hotel in every way, immaculately clean, stylish decor and set in most the tranquil and peaceful surroundings

The views are stunning, waking up in the morning and sitting with a coffee waiting for the sun to appear over the mountains and Kotor Bay was a delight! The hotel staff were all so friendly and helpful and willing to assist with taxis, restaurant bookings and local information, nothing was too much trouble

All-in-one: access to beach, on-site pool, simple breakfast to start the day. Getting there is a challenge to drivers that do not know how to maneuver on one street roads that de-facto are two way.

Lovely hotel right next to the sea in beautiful Kotor Bay, rooms clean and bed super comfy. Pool area and pier loungers both clean and well appointed. Staff helpful and happy to help with any questions you have

Capasanta is a beautiful seafood restaurant within easy walking distance of the hotel. We would really recommend Galion restaurant in Kotor which overlooks the Bay where you can choose your fresh fish

We accidentally booked for one person instead of 3 and she only had 2 beds and she went out of her way to help us. The family that runs this place are some of the nicest people I have met and the place is beautiful

If you are in Kotor this is the place to stay. Bay access straight out the door, it is quiet and so picturesque

The family who owns the place is very welcoming and great hosts. If you're nervous about the distance, you can rent bikes for your stay from a nearby shop. It's also a very easy 45 min walk or a simple bus ride

Stranger Tides Hostel on Dubrota, just in the outskirts of Kotor, is a fantastic hostel. It is right on the water, which makes for the perfect opportunity to swim the minute you wake up in the morning

Any negative review is just complaining about the distance. the distance is a huge plus!! No cruise tourists anywhere. It's quiet but still socialable. Everything is clean and well maintained

Some may consider the distance from Kotor a drawback, but with the fact that it’s right on the water (with access) and a short and cheap bus ride from old town, I don’t see it as an issue

Very nice place. Owner always ready to make free parking spot service right in front of the boarding house the sea just across the street just to cross. Correct room. Quiet and magical place with great private terrace.

A nice baratságos csaladias 3 star staying at the best hotel directly on the beach. The owners speak English and Italian. The breakfast could be more varied, but the quantity is appropriate

We loved this place, thank you so much again for the lovely breakfast. The service was extremely kind and the view the most beautiful in town! We will come again for sure 🙏🏼✨🤍

Very nice little hotel! We love the view from the room and at breakfast The room is clean and the linens smell good Quiet street and you only have to cross the road to swim Beautiful sunset The owners are very friendly Breakfast okay no more

If you want to enjoy the Boka proper way, avoiding sterile Hotels, this is the place for you. You'll find no better host than Pana in whole of Montenegro.

Our best memories in Montenegro - the kindness of the owners, the beauty, the cleanliness and the simplicity of the place

If you’re looking for a place that combines natural beauty, thoughtful design, a sense of peace, and the warmest hospitality, this is it. Palazzo Radomiri is not just a hotel, it’s an experience we’ll never forget

But after one night there, we realized nothing could compare, so we turned around the very next day and came back to Palazzo Radomiri, even though it meant leaving behind a prepaid stay of around €1500

Do bear in mind that Kotor is no longer a well kept secret and has become a bit of a magnet for cruise ships and coaches with traffic jams to match. The area would benefit from a boat taxi

Authentically warm and kind, and attentive in a way that made us feel more like friends than guests. That made all the difference and gave our stay a truly personal touch

During our stay it was often quiet and not crowded, so we were lucky enough to enjoy this magical spot almost entirely to ourselves. The staff were simply amazing

Every corner, every room feels carefully thought through, elegant, stylish, and perfectly in tune with the breathtaking setting of the Bay of Kotor

It was a cozy environment and staffs were friendly. The menu includes pictures and English which is easy for you to make orders. We tried the pesto pasta and tortilla. Both came in generous portions

One of the best meals we had at our stay in Kotor! The service was incredible, extremely friendly and very attentive. The steak and octopus was amazing. Would definitely recommend to anyone coming for the day or holiday.

The restaurant is the best in Kotor! I Personally recommend the Taljata Steak & the bread with greek salad on top. The waiter was Professional, I'm pretty sure his name was Milos

While the room is beautiful, the bathroom feels and smells moldy, but it’s compensated by welcoming staff and clean bed and pillows. The restaurant is high caliber. Very tasty menu and very good service

It’s cobble-stoned ground makes you step to its historic glory in the old days. Both hotel and restaurant are in a convenient location. The hotel has that “medieval” vibe with modern touch all over

Breakfast selections are A’la cartè and though one would feel that you’re limited to one or two drinks, you can ask for another one (in my case, another coffee americano)

Nice apartment with private beach view and access worth for the view with green mountains,The apartment was clean and has a nice terrace. You can walk to the city center in half an hour

The owner is Uber cool friendly, daring and dashing. The sea is right across the street

Excellent host. We got free upgrade to the largest apartment. Gorgeous view on Boka bay from all apartments. Free bikes, kayak, private beach, chairs and ambrelas for guest to use.

It extremely clean and well appointed with crockery, cutlery, glasses and towels were changed 1/2 way through our stay. The family were delightful hosts, even giving us a small gift when we left

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much

Perfect location, perfect host 👏👏👏

A great place for meat lovers and a very good change from the typical seafood, pasta, and pizza options around Kotor. They do have great seafood as well, but the meat options were honestly the highlight for us

Excellent food, everything is fresh and delicios. The stuffed calamary was absolutely amazing, tender and beautifully seasoned. I loved the way they cooked blitva and potatoes with more greens than potatoes

An absolute feast at Dobrotski Dvori! 🇲🇪 If you want a true taste of Montenegro, this is the spot. From the Black Risotto to the Octopus Salad and perfectly fried squid, every bite was incredible

The portions are generous, the food tastes fresh, and the salads were amazing. The only downside was that our order seemed to be forgotten, so it took around 40 minutes to be served

Overall, a very enjoyable place with good food, generous portions, and a welcoming team. Definitely worth visiting, especially if you want a proper meat-focused meal in Kotor

Griled squids are served with spinach , mixed meat are served with fried potatoes, spaghetti bolognese is served with parmigiana. All portions are so big and filling

Located in Old Town Kotor, this is a really gorgeous little Hotel, with yet another close bathroom quarters, could prove interesting finding room for the knees once again on the loo 🤣 Kotor is bit of a cross between Dubrovnik and Venice, beautiful little alleyways with lots of marble walkways and eating plazas

The first floor is a small restaurant, and the three floors above each have two rooms; there is no elevator

The streets of the fortress are very lively and fun at night. You can join the crowd, or stay home in the cozy hotel or on the balcony. The thick window frames provide ample protection from outside noise

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our appartment at the Winehouse. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect. The appartment was charming, decorated tastefully and oozing with rustic charm

An excellent hotel in the heart of Kotor Fortress. The atmosphere is atmospheric, and the staff is very friendly. During my three-day stay, I felt like I was in a fairy tale

The room was very good, it was; clean, well presented, it had a fridge, aircon, sink, kettle, and a small kitchen. The bathroom was small and a little cramped

A really great hotel, 10 meters from the sea. Well designed, clean, the staff were lovely and helping. Really close to some great restaurants, and in really quite and magical place. מלון מצוין, קצת יקר אבל שווה את המיקום

Outstanding authentic Montenegro stay in a family run hotel. My family of four stayed five nights and were sad to leave. The staff were very kind, the room was clean, and the breakfast buffet was amazing

Room are clean and You could take clean towels for private beach and towels for rooms any time you need. They make some soup for our small child when she was with stomach problems this soup

It's one of the best holidays ever. The great beach is in front of the hotel. There are never too many people. The hotel has comfortable rooms and breakfasts are excellent

We ate in the restaurant for lunch big portions low price breakfast views were beautiful We loved the pool deck the water was clear east to get in to and swim minimal rocks lovely setting highly recommend 10/10 our fav stay in Montenegro so far

The hotel staff were excellent! I fell sick on the first day, they organised a driver to take me to hospital, they cooked me soup whilst I was recovering and they made sure I was ok every day

Very nice place and location, it also has a private beach! Staff is super friendly and the rooms are big and luxurious.

You expect, you don't even expect ..! there are goodies. Homemade breakfast, friendly and honest manager, delicious view, pleasant dining room, big rooms ..

Share a great palace with the owner

Great place, with great views. Nice host, very friendly. One of the biggest rooms I see in a place like this. They have to fix the wi-fi.
