Apartment Hotels in Kotor

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. Everything was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The place had a great atmosphere and made our trip even more enjoyable. The host was very helpful and responsive, making the whole experience smooth from check-in to check-out. The location was also perfect for exploring the area. We truly enjoyed our time here and would...

An older but pleasant hotel. The view from the window is beyond compare! There's private parking, which was very convenient for us. The owner is very helpful, always willing to help and give advice. Kotor is a 25-minute walk away, or 6 minutes by car. There's a small local shop right next door, and a larger supermarket is only in Kotor.

We were greeted warmly by kind and helpful people. The location was good. Our room was lovely. Waking up overlooking the sea in Kotor was lovely, but the cold wind while we were there put us off a bit. Still, we had a wonderful time.

Clean and cozy room located in the Muo area of beautiful Kotor, overlooking the town of Kotor just outside the hotel. Everything was perfect; however, there are a few things I hope the owner of this place could rectify: there’s no hook in the bathroom for me to hang my towels and clothes, and no shower gel or shampoo was provided. Self-driving is highly recommended.

We were there in September 2024. We stayed for 2 weeks. 1. Location. Suburb of Kotor. Leisurely 25-30 minutes walk to the center. Pleasure. Everything is along the bay. Beauty. There is a store nearby - 3 minutes. Restaurant - 10 minutes walk. The area is quiet. If you need dancing and music, then this is not it. If you need peace and quiet - choose this place. 2. Take a room on the top floor with...

Good service and excellent location. Friendly staff love it

Great location in Old Town. About 15 mins walk along the waterfront to Kotor bus terminal. The apartment is at the back part of the Old Town so it’s very quiet. Comes with full kitchen. Plenty of eateries nearby. The host is very nice and responsive to my questions. My suggestions for improvements is to provide indoor slippers for the guests as the floor is cold in winter. And also a microwave in the...

The cozy apartment is located inside of Kotor old town. It takes about 12 minutes between main bus station and apartment. It’s better to consider carefully if there are heavy luggage because of no elevator.

The place noisy surrounding at night.

Located inside the old town. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location is convenient, check-in was easy, and the host was very helpful. Definitely worth staying again.

Excellent! Right inside the ancient city, the room was spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. The owner was also very kind and enthusiastic! The room had all the amenities you could need, and the hot water and heating were great. Very good value for money.

Charming Stay in the Heart of Kotor Old Town! I had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment located right in the heart of Kotor’s Old Town. The atmosphere is truly unique – surrounded by centuries-old stone walls, charming rustic decor, and a peaceful vibe that makes you feel like you’ve stepped back in time, but with all the modern comforts. The apartment was exceptionally clean, from the spotless...

Great place, spacious and clean. Free parking and pool, short distance to old town. Would easily stay here again!

The apartmani's location was unreal, with a pool and view overlooking Kotor Bay and the mountains! It's a very steep climb to get there, so not optimal for people who have a hard time walking, but very pretty.

Perfect view of kotor The perfect place to stay just out of kotor! It took 20 minutes to walk into town and the balcony has the perfect view of the town! Well presented apartment with all you need to self cater, and the pool was lovely - we had it to ourselves (but we did stay in October!) The host, Zeljko was fabulous and communicated really well throughout!

The host is very nice and approachable.

Highly recommend for your visit in Kotor!! The apartments are very spacious and private, each apartment felt like we had so much of our own outdoor space too! We loved how easy it was to walk to the old town and there are several little markets and restaurants near by that are walkable too! The view is incredible from each apartment and the pool is stunning!! The bed was very comfy and the hot water...

We stayed here for 5 nights and safe to say this apartment has one of the best views of the Kotor bay. It's a very short walk down to old town and only a few minutes away from the local bakery what sells the best pastries :) Apartment itself was clean and quiet and owner of the place was very helpful and welcoming. We really had the best time and will definitely be back! Would highly recommend this...

Great quiet location Amazing views over the bay from top floor balconies Good size pool and a great pool bar with honesty payments The owners who live on site were so helpful and friendly Very clean

Great location with friendly helpful hostess. Free onsite covered parking. Great view from balcony. Comfortable bed. Good wifi. Good block out curtains. Swimming pool but we didn’t use as we walked 2 minutes to the sea to swim. Washing machine available downstairs- just ask We requested beach towels and they were issued immediately

4 j s. We enjoyed our stay very much, the rooms were well equipped and very spacious, and a lovely balcony looking over the sea. The pool was very clean .the owner and staff were very helpful.I would recommend these apartments

Wonderful place to stay in Kotor Bay. Comfortable, clean, well equipped apartment. Great location. Lovely pool and friendly helpful hosts.

Loved the location, with beautiful views. Comfy beds and rooms were perfect and the pool and sun deck a great bonus. The owners and staff were absolutely lovely, it was a great stay - totally recommend.

Excellent accommodation and location

The view is spectacular. The owner is very helpful and a very nice guy! The apartaments are very clean and they have everything you may need.

I didn’t even realize this was also a cafe until too late in our trip. Cute terrace, great service. Limited menu but the breakfast plate is the best breakfast in kotor.

Great location near the sea coast with beautiful views. Cozy, relatively big apartments with everything you need

Everything was perfect! Very clean & tidy. Nice view, seaside & close to city center. Goran (owner) was very helpful & kind. Thanks for the surprises & presents...

The proprietor was very helpful and accommodating. We had a really delicious pizza in the adjoining restaurant/bar. The room was incredibly clean and had all the modern comforts you could want. This has clearly been a labor of love for the proprietor. The apartment is just a short walk (maybe five minutes) along the beautiful harbor to the gates of the old city. We hope to return again someday!

Nice apartment with private beach view and access worth for the view with green mountains,The apartment was clean and has a nice terrace. You can walk to the city center in half an hour. Parking spaces are available. The owner is Uber cool friendly, daring and dashing. The sea is right across the street. You have your own sunbed. Restaurants are very close. I definitely recommend it.

We had 5 nights in Kotor which unfortunately coincided with my husband becoming very ill with bronchitis. I had to walk from the apartment a lot on my own and I felt very safe (I am a 62 year old little woman). The apartment had a lovely little balcony with a magnificent view of the water (and the big cruise ships coming in). Bathroom was fine with the added bonus of a washing machine! There were many...

Excellent host. We got free upgrade to the largest apartment. Gorgeous view on Boka bay from all apartments. Free bikes, kayak, private beach, chairs and ambrelas for guest to use.

Very friendly owner with a nice and clean place. Definitely the place to be for the swim, the owner keeps it there very clean. Apartments worth the visit! Update: Reduced to 4 stars because we got shoo’d away by the woman. Man is very friendly, woman not.

Perfect location, perfect host 👏👏👏

The location and the little beach just in front of the facility was superb and the free bikes we were provided was great to take a stroll around the bay which we enjoyed much. The owners were friendly and they always checked if we were comfortable. However the room we had had very little windows so it was dark despite being on the 2nd floor. The ground of the shower was leaking, it definitely needs...

Great apartment with fabulous views over Kotor. Beds were comfortable, clean apartment and delicious pomegranates from the owner’s garden! Be careful driving along the road that side of the bay as it’s narrow and close to the water!

Seeing the apartment and view on Booking.com we thought it’d be too good to be true to be real for that price for 2 people (roughly €480 for 7 nights). But in reality it was just as shown on the page. The view was amazing and the location perfect. There’s a little market next to the place where you can get drinks and some necessities like bread, meat etc. (All cash though). The apartment itself is...

Choosing Apartments Bella Vista in Kotor was the best possible choice. Our host was friendly and very helpful. A wonderful person. Truly a great apartment – excellent amenities, location, and parking. Thank you and see you again!

We had a wonderful stay at Apartment Bella Vista in Kotor. The location is perfect — in a quiet area just a short walk from the Old Town, making it ideal for exploring while still being peaceful. The highlight was definitely the stunning view of the Kotor Bay right from the apartment. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we truly enjoyed our time here. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Kotor

30 minutes walking distance to the old city. I recommend you choose the 3-room apartment, which has air conditioning in both rooms, comfortable beds, and a balcony with a wonderful bay view for breakfast and dinner.

Perfect location overlooking the bay. Great views from the balcony but it is also private due to the trees. Swimming locations opposite and many restaurants and bars nearby plus a supermarket. Pleasant 20min walk to the old town. This is the perfect place to stay and so relaxing being opposite the water. Thank goodness we stayed here rather than the old town or Kotor centre. Tamara is a very welcoming...

We absolutely loved this place, the owners are so kind and helpful and helped us arrange transport when we needed it. The location is fantastic, you are close to the old town but far enough to have peace. We will stay again!

We had a very very warm welcome by Tamara and the family, the apartment (1st floor) was great and clean - beautiful view on the bay - away from the crowd in a quiet area but on walking distance from the old Kotor town; nice beach-bar and other cafes very nearby. Perfect location for few days !

We loved our 3 night stay at our 2 bed seaview apartment. Tamara was very friendly welcoming us with pancakes and coffee and nothing was too much trouble. She was very helpful arranging taxi for us and information too. We had a small balcony but very quaint with fab views overlooking the waterfront and mountains. The accommodation was just right for our needs, there was a terrace with deck chairs...

Hotel was in a fantastic location, both in terms of tranquility and proximity to the center. Comfort of the beds, adequacy of kitchen supplies, cleanliness of house – in short, everything was perfect. Tamara was one of the kindest and most sensitive-hearted people I've ever met. She made crepes for us, prepared and served fruit on plates. She also gave her small gifts for my friend's birthday. We are...

nice location, nice view from apartment, very nice host, very helpful and welcoming

Comfortable Stay at a Fair Price Our stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. Its cleanliness and central location were big advantages. The kitchen and bathroom were sufficient. Having the air conditioning turned on before our arrival and the room already cooled was a very thoughtful detail, which we really appreciated. However, the lack of a balcony and the absence of an elevator were a bit disappointing...

Very kind and quick response We made a reservation on that day.But he made a very quick response and welcome us very much. When we left,he brought us by his car to bus station because of rainning.

Great apartment in Kotor Great apartment! I stayed only one night since I wanted to hike in Lovcen NP the next day but wish I stayed longer. It was a nice size apartment fully equipped with a kitchen and living room area with a separate bedroom. Srdjan greeted me on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. He recommended a great pizza place just up the street for dinner. The location is also good...

Amazing place to stay, locating within walking distance to the old town. Staff are very helpful and accommodating. Thanks for hosting us, we would recommend our friends and family to stay here.

We had a good stay even though we didn't stay much. The apartment is clean and has a nice view of the mountains. It is well located (a few minutes from the beach, the bus station or the old town). It is well equipped too. Be careful, there is no elevator. The owners are nice. I recommend this apartment.

It is a family apartment-style hotel. The room is a one-bedroom unit with a kitchen for cooking. In your spare time, you can sit on the balcony to drink coffee and enjoy the mountain view. The air is very good. The owner is very enthusiastic to explain various matters. The location is very convenient. It takes ten minutes to walk to the old town. There is a supermarket opposite. There are also bakeries...

Wonderful experience!! The waiter , 10 points!!! Excellent! Food delicious. Atmosphere with nice music not too loud so you can interact very well. I would recommend it to anyone!

A great place for meat lovers and a very good change from the typical seafood, pasta, and pizza options around Kotor. They do have great seafood as well, but the meat options were honestly the highlight for us. The portions are generous, the food tastes fresh, and the salads were amazing. The only downside was that our order seemed to be forgotten, so it took around 40 minutes to be served. That said...

An absolute feast at Dobrotski Dvori! 🇲🇪 If you want a true taste of Montenegro, this is the spot. From the Black Risotto to the Octopus Salad and perfectly fried squid, every bite was incredible. The service and the view of the bay make it a meal I won’t soon forget!

Excellent food, everything is fresh and delicios. The stuffed calamary was absolutely amazing, tender and beautifully seasoned. I loved the way they cooked blitva and potatoes with more greens than potatoes. The service was excellent, quick, unobtrusive and all the food was served very quickly. The atmosphere is cool, they don't allow smoking cigaretted inside, which is a great thing. The ambience...

Griled squids are served with spinach , mixed meat are served with fried potatoes, spaghetti bolognese is served with parmigiana. All portions are so big and filling. Service is fine and everything is delicious and tasteful. If there were a sea view , this restaurant would be perfect.

They service traditional local cuisine (grilled meat and seafood) at a very reasonable price, overall cheaper than the other restaurants in the same area, and portions are big. It is very popular with locals. Highly recommend their grilled meat platter and octopus salad. The French fries are, however, the only letdown.

The location is 6.5 km from Kotor city center, but the view is incredible. There are markets, restaurants, and beaches nearby. It's a quiet, peaceful place to relax. The host is very kind and hospitable. I would choose this place again if I come back.

Panoramic views and first class host We stayed in an apartment with truly panoramic view over the bay of Kotor. The owner was a particularly helpful and friendly lady, who helped making our stay unforgettable. The apartment had a large terrace facing the bay as well as a smaller one facing south, which we enjoyed very much.

Excellent place, very clean with the best view of the Adriatic Sea your money can buy in Montenegro. The owners are very friendly. The location is close to a 5 star beach and a supermarket, also there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance. The rooms are spacious, they have a fully equiped kitchen and they all come with a long balcony overviewing the sea.

Beautiful, clean, everything you need🥰

Very good place. I felt very comfortable there. I was enjoying my vacation

The hotel is located in a small alley in the center of the old town, and it was a bit hard to find; I had to ask several times. The first floor is a small restaurant, and the three floors above each have two rooms; there is no elevator. The rooms are reasonably sized and have air conditioning, a kettle, and an induction cooker, but the bathroom is rather small. Although it faces the street, the windows...

An excellent hotel in the heart of Kotor Fortress. The atmosphere is atmospheric, and the staff is very friendly. During my three-day stay, I felt like I was in a fairy tale. The streets of the fortress are very lively and fun at night. You can join the crowd, or stay home in the cozy hotel or on the balcony. The thick window frames provide ample protection from outside noise.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at our appartment at the Winehouse. The location in the heart of the old town was perfect. The appartment was charming, decorated tastefully and oozing with rustic charm. Mert, could not have been more helpful and was a charming host.

I was really surprised at the quality of the apartment in Kotor. It's was spotlessly clean and finished to a really good standard. The location itself is perfect and the hosts couldn't have been more helpful or friendly, being eager to help with your entire stay, not just the apartment.

Beautiful apartment . Very comfortable . Very friendly and helpful staff. Locations is right in the centre of everything . Loads of lovely shops and restaurants . People are very friendly and helpful . We did a returb bus trip from Dubrovnik to Montenagro. The scenery was out of this world .

Fantastic location, large room with all facilities. Toilet shower kitchen sink and cupboards. Wardrobe and windows that shut out the sound. Highly recommended! Good patisserie in the ground floor with high quality tasty cakes and range of options.

Nice apartment and amazing location! Nearby bar is really nice, the owner invited us for coffee and was super friendly. He also showed us where to park and helped with our luggage. We enjoyed our stay here, until next time!

Good location in the old town and accessible price considering the holiday and summer season. Note that os located close to a loud bar and the music goes on passed midnight. The apartment is basic but contained everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The owner is attentive and tries his best to make the stay as nice as possible.

Perfect location to visit Kotor. Just be aware that it is just above a popular pub, so this won't suit to everyone. Very friendly host, he took time to discuss with us and provided good tips on what to do and visit in the area.

We stayed here for a 3-day trip and couldn’t be happier with the location—it was ideal for exploring Kotor. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed. The host was very kind and responsive whenever we had a question. When we arrived, he gave us a Turkish map of Kotor Old Town and shared useful tips about the city. He even offered us coffee, which was a nice touch. If I ever come...

This studio apartment was fantastic for our stay in Kotor! The location is unbeatable - right in the heart of the Old Town, with everything just steps away. The room itself was comfortable, spotless, and had everything we needed. But what truly impressed us was the incredible hospitality of the host. He went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He helped us find parking (even coming to our...

Very nice vacation apartment, the balcony is large with a fantastic view over the Bay of Kotor with the majestic mountains behind. Several farm animals nearby give it a very calm and serene vibe complementing the city life in the old town just a 7-10 minute walk away. Goran (owner) is easygoing and very helpfull for trips and transfer, driving us himself if no other drivers are available. He is also...

We had a fantastic stay with Goran who is a wonderful host. He is on hand to answer any queries. The views from the balcony are just stunning, we just spent so much time sitting out enjoying looking at the views. The apartment is so clean, spacious and so comfortable. It’s so well kitted out, a washing machine, coffee maker etc so you won’t be stuck. Just a ten minute walk to the old town, but so quiet...

Very good location, shops are nearby. At the same time, it is away from the hectic, noisy old town. The accommodation was exceptionally clean and comfortable. The view from the balcony was the main reason why I booked and I was not disappointed with the result. The owners are extremely nice people.

Me and my daughter spent a week at this beautiful place with this wonderful family. They are all very kind, helpful and give you tips for your vacation. They can also arrange transfer back and forth to Dubrovnik airport at a reasonable amount of euros. We absolutely loved our stay at Kotor, Montenegro and at the apartments Lazarevic. With love I give my very best compliments to Goran with family. Anna...

Goran was a fantastic host, we also got airport transfers with him. The apartment was clean & basic but with everything you need for a weeks stay. Our terrace got sun from around 1pm- sunset so it was beautiful. The walk up to the apartments is uphill, so bear this in mind! It’s around a 10min walk to the beach & old town. Would definitely recommend ☀️😊

This is a fantastic, clean, comfortable, well equipped property owned by a lovely, welcoming family. We couldnt have asked for a better place to stay for our first visit to montenegro! The view from the balcony is Amazing and we.spent.many evenings watching the sun set and taking in the view. Kotor is a 10-15 minute walk, yes its a steep hill on the way back - wear comfy shoes. The whole country is...
