The hotel staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious. The only downside is that the location is a bit out of the way; we had to take a taxi every time we wanted to go downtown.

The room is spaceous and well equipped with a huge balcony with an outside hot tub. It's located near the sea beach and you can see it from the balcony. The location is perfect if you wanna stay very close to Kotor bay. One of the best if you compare it to other properties nearby. The best thing we loved about Huma is their restaurant service, especially the manager there Mr Gul who ensured that we had a comfortable stay. They have huge underground paid parking, very accessible location if you wanna tour around Montenegro.. Stunning!

I don't think this is a 5 star hotel in any sense, 4 star max. Rooms are not clean and there is nothing much to praise about service.  having said that the view from the hotel is really nice and surrounding areas are also peaceful and fun to walk around

I really liked the hotel. The room is well-equipped with a kitchen and everything around it. The water pressure is strong and the water is hot. The breakfast is excellent and varied, with a sea view. The access road is narrow in some parts and requires extra caution. Free parking is available, and there are shuttles to the airport and to the city

The hotel is very new looking and equipped well. The reception team was nice. The gym is good due they have a problem with the treadmill (the only one they got) so if you are not 40 kilo, you can't run because it will shut down during the run. Good hotel for a good price, with incredible views and good facilities. The pool is stunning. Excellent service. However I didn’t like the breakfast so much, it could probably be improved. Couldn't be a better location, right inside the walls of old town. Room was huge, and the bathroom super modern. The hotel is located inside the old town. It's very easy to find if you enter from the main gate, but it's a bit more complicated if you enter from other gates. The hotel is a converted old building and is close to other buildings. The interior is dimly lit, the breakfast is simple, and the front desk staff are basically unresponsive.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week. We arrived at the hotel a bit late and we weren't able to eat dinner prior. Sandra helped us to call restaurants and recommend as well. They call taxi too as when we need it. Unfortunately, their restaurants are not open 24H due to winter time schedule and the room doesn't have kettle upon arrival but you can ask at the reception. This hotel is very cute and located in the middle of old town. Very easy to get around. Even though it is on the main walking road, it is very quiet and we didn’t have problems sleeping. There is a terrace which has a good view of the old town, but we were told that reservation is needed. Would be great if there is more variety of breakfast options.

Located in Old Town where all the action is. There was a public car park nearby for our rental. We were so excited they had a small lift so we didn’t need to carry our luggage. The breakfast was amazing. The only downside (or not) is that the club nearby will be playing music until around 1:30am.

This is a very nice apartment-style guesthouse located in an old villa in the old town. The rooms are spacious, and the kitchen is equipped with tableware so you can cook your own meals. There's a coffee machine for making complimentary coffee. It's very close to the intercity long-distance bus station, less than a 10-minute walk, where you can catch buses to surrounding cities.

The hotel has a fantastic location, although it can be noisy in the evenings. It's in the heart of the old town, and everything in Kotor is within walking distance. The interior invites you to soak in the atmosphere.

Me and my friend stopped here for 3 nights in August. We had a motorbike accident and went to the hospital where they wouldn’t dress my wounds or really want to help at all. When we got back to the hotel the receptionist was really concerned and got a member of staff who was a first aider (Mateja). The hotel is a bit worn, but this is more than made up for by the kindness of the staff and the excellent location. We had a great stay at this wonderful hotel. Breakfast food is well prepared and thought off. Rooms are clean and spacious, they use well branded shampoo, conditioners and body wash in the bathroom. The staff are amazingly attentive, polite, respectful and helpful. Being in the center of Old Town Kotor, it allows you access to everything you need during your stay.

Best rooms in center of kotor old town,its inside the wall of kotor,room and services was really good,lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process,just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street,since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country

Great location in Old Town. About 15 mins walk along the waterfront to Kotor bus terminal. The apartment is at the back part of the Old Town so it’s very quiet. Comes with full kitchen. Plenty of eateries nearby. The host is very nice and responsive to my questions. My suggestions for improvements is to provide indoor slippers for the guests as the floor is cold in winter. The cozy apartment is located inside of Kotor old town. It takes about 12 minutes between main bus station and apartment. It’s better to consider carefully if there are heavy luggage because of no elevator.

Located inside the old town. The apartment was very comfortable, clean, and well equipped. The location is convenient, check-in was easy, and the host was very helpful. Definitely worth staying again.

Excellent! Right inside the ancient city, the room was spacious and looked exactly like the pictures. The owner was also very kind and enthusiastic! The room had all the amenities you could need, and the hot water and heating were great. Very good value for money.
