Great place, with great views. Nice host, very friendly. One of the biggest rooms I see in a place like this. They have to fix the wi-fi.

This accommodation has an amazing view, with the sea right at your doorstep. Loved spending time on the terrace admiring the views. The Vila is beautiful, with comfortable rooms. The pool was a nice addition. Tre Sorelle, a mediaval house, is right next to the accommodations. Plenty of restaurants.nearby. We really liked that part of Kotor.

Breathtaking views, lovely, big clean rooms, amazingly friendly hosts that make you feel at home. Access to kitchen, sauna and gym. Outdoor swimming pool available during summer months. Only negative for us was there wasn't always hot water. We would definitely rebook to stay here again if we ever return to Kotor.

We stayed in the king deluxe room. Breathtaking view from the terrace, sea front. Space for parking for up to three cars. Hosts are super sweet, helpful and responsive when needed. About 45 minutes to 1 hr walk to Kotor downtown. Taxi costs around 5-8 euros per way. Kettle, water and coffee/tea in the room would be good additions. We loved the room and We enjoyed our stay.

A beautiful location, with some very kind and welcoming hosts. Lots of quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the center. Diversified and rich breakfast. I recommend with confidence.

Pleasant stay, the only downside was not having a car as it's a bit far from the center... Everything was spotless and very well equipped for a more than reasonable price...

Very nice villa. The pool is also awesome. The rooms are very nicely decorated and actually look much better than the photos on the internet suggest. The villa is located slightly above the bay, so you have a wonderful view from here.

Great location, close to grocery stores and restaurants and view from the window was beautiful. We found the bathrooms and shared kitchen wasn't super clean. Staff were lovely and friendly and helpful. Overall a good experience.

Everything was great, even though the toilets were shared, they were very clean, they were constantly cleaned, there was equipment in the kitchen where you could do whatever you wanted. I preferred a private room, but you can also choose dormitories, they take care of cleaning.

I had such a lovely stay. The place is well located making it easier.

Right next to the beach with an absolutely amazing view,5 min walk to the old town and shops, clean rooms and lovely staff and host!

The room is clean, but the shared bathroom is small. 15 minutes walk from the bus station. The main gate is not easy to find. There is a small door with access control just after passing the building, which is very inconspicuous. There are many travelers from different countries to make friends with. City tax is 1 euro per person per day. There is no elevator, so the luggage has to be carried upstairs

Awesome place. The hostess is Russian. Such a friendly, attentive. Everything will tell you and show. The hotel is in the heart of the old city - live music is heard around restaurants, foreigners are around. Nice room with a kitchen, great air con, washing machine (which we used free of charge) and a lovely hostess. Room has nice old-style character. Kotor is very small so this is well located within the old town. Wifi not great.

The host were friendly and even let us store our bags there for the day when we went on a boat tour. Location was perfect. Room has a kitchen and washing machine. Wifi was intermittent.

The hosts were great and helpfull, the place is in the middle od old town but without bars on the same street do Hood for sleepong (no noise).

The price is very good considering the performance. You can stop by and relax while walking around the city. I thought it was very good. I recommend it. The views from the window were magnificent, and it was also nice to wake up to the sound of birds in the morning.

Good view from the window. Contact the host in advance about checking in. Very steep stairs. There is a "club" with wild music nearby. Check in only if you came to club) There was no hair dryer, Wi-Fi and the TV did not work. The air conditioner did not cope. It was cold.

The location is great. Cleanliness and service are excellent. Right in the very center of the old city. For non-athletic people and elderly people it may be uncomfortable to go up to the room, the stairs are very steep. Another personal disappointment: we were not able to have breakfast, because the reception opens at 9, although it is written in the room that breakfast starts at 7.30. We left hungry...

Best rooms in center of kotor old town,its inside the wall of kotor,room and services was really good,lady who checked us in was very kind and helpful in the process,just note parking is away from the property, the only issue was bell from the street,since we were on street side we were disturbed a bit but thats totally outside of htels country

Very clean and comfortable bed. Easy to reach in the old town. Owners are great, they help you with anything and guide you honestly.

It's in the old city center, so you can walk anywhere and the atmosphere is nice.

It is the finest crafted hungarian beer mostly and also other really great beers. Best beer in Montenegro. The servers are also really good at their job they make good suggestions, are funny and also fast. Don’t skip this place.😉

The host is an older woman and is very welcoming and friendly. Providing easy directions to get to the apartment which is quite easy to find with the directions and just off the Main Street, so not a whole lot of carrying out all the luggage, just one flight of stairs. I loved the place and the owner! The owner is 70 something year old lady and she is very kind and friendly. The place is in the old town, the location is perfect, and the room is spacious and clean!

Simple guesthouse but very well located in front of the bay of Kotor and very close to the Old Town, there are great restaurants in front of the guesthouse! And don't forget to take the boat trip to the Blue Cave, you can take a nice swim inside! And the landscape is beautiful!

If there was a sixth star I would give it.. The hosts are very very nice and kind, the service is also, the accommodation is excellent, neat, clean.. We are really satisfied and we will come back to them next year for sure..
