Heritage Grand Perast in Perast

Our stay at Rixos Heritage Grand Perast was a huge disappointment. The location is indeed great and the breakfast was acceptable, but unfortunately almost everything else was a nightmare.

From the very beginning, the price kept changing when we had to pay, which already gave us a bad impression. We had booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we found one double bed and one very small bed. We were three different girls traveling together, so sharing a bed was not an option. For the price we paid, this was completely unacceptable.

The room itself was extremely expensive for what it offered. We had no view at all — just a wall — which was very disappointing, especially since part of the appeal of the hotel is supposed to be its location. There was also confusion and disorganization during check-in, which gave the impression that the staff were unprofessional and not trustworthy.

On top of that, the spa did not meet expectations, and overall the services were far from the standard you would expect given the high price. Access was another big issue: since the hotel is inside a pedestrian street, cars cannot reach it. They are supposed to provide a golf cart service, but most of the time it was not available, and we had to walk with our luggage, which was very inconvenient and not customer-friendly at all.

Overall, this hotel is overpriced and does not deliver the level of service or comfort promised. Apart from the central location, there is really nothing that justifies the cost.
