The owner provides excellent service and is very easy to reach. No matter at what time of the day there is plenty of parking at least during off season, during peak season it might be different.

Owner was very helpful and attentive. They let me check out 4 hours late. View from the balcony was awesome and it's a short walk down to the beautiful rocky shoreline. Enjoyed my stay!

Very fine views over the trees to the Adriatic. Room spacious and clean with excellent facilities, including a working desk and good wifi. Grocery 5 mins up hill, beach and restaurants 10 mins down hill. The host, Ramzes, is the most welcoming of fine fellows, and most informative in conversation in broken English. When I slipped over, he took me to hospital and checked on my health like a son. A very good man.

Beautifully located with amazing and most beautiful views of the city, superbly clean and a very helpful and polite stuff.
We loved it and definitely we’re going back.
I strongly recommend this place :)

Best hotel, best view, the man in the reception is an asset to the hotel, his name was Rudi. Clean, nice big rooms with this breathtaking sea view of Ulcinj. Very nice staff. 5 stars more than deserved, this is my second time here and I honestly have to say the hotel has done well. Keep it up!!!!! Always happy!

In search of accommodation I became aware of the "Villa Delux". The pictures looked very promising, the view of the old town and the "small beach" and air conditioning in each room and the private pool area convinced me. So I have from 04.08. - 10.08.19 booked and I was not disappointed. The hotel is super clean, a great breakfast buffet and young friendly staff. I got in touch with the staff pretty quickly and they told me the hotel is just two years old. Since I was in Ulqin for the first time, the staff always had a Loctation ready, depending on what I felt like, which I then visited.
