This hotel is awesome,their food is so delicious on good location with outstanding service and stuff is really helpful nice and clean hotel.Its on good location they have parking in front of hotel their pools are lovely and 5* stay if you ask me.Totally recommend.Big hello for hotel receptionist Reina and boss of hotel you guys make our stay tremendous!

I was with a family of 4 children. I made a reservation for 7 nights. I paid for 5 nights on condition that I show them one night in advance if I continue for two more nights. I went a night earlier and I told them that I would continue and they said okay tomorrow morning I will make the payment. At 8 o'clock in the morning they called me saying that I had to vacate the room because someone else had booked it and they were ruining my vacation. Hotel that is irresponsible towards the customer. Unbelievable. No responsibility whatsoever. The worst experience I have had in this hotel. For me it has a score of 0.

Pretty good actually, nice rooms, decent view, decent breakfast, easy to get in and out. Negatives - the pool closes quite early, service was a little mixed (we went without soap for the first night, even after asking). But I would go again

This hotel is elegant, comfortable and reasonably priced.
We made a last minute reservation here and I’m glad we did. The staff is very friendly, the room is spacious and very clean.
In the morning we could eat a very nice breakfast wich was included in the price and the food was fresh.
Also the place of the hotel is perfect.
Would definitely stay here again.

Was in Kasmi hotel was amazing service excellent, breakfast included was amazing, rooms are amazing, all i have to say is the best hotel in Ulcin

Good things: clean room and people who work there, transport to the beach.
Bad things: the breakfast was the same every day and not so good, the hotel is located near the street and it was very noisy. The cleaning women worked late at night and in the early morning. Not so good for resting.

Good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, rooms were large and we had a perfect view. Breakfast was okay but had little variety.
