This property was outstanding. We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference. The breakfast was outstanding and its a 10 minute walk to the old town so location could not be better. We only ate at the restaurant upstairs for lunch and were very impressed by it. The prices were great for the sandwiches and they even had a small indoor playground for our 4 year old son. The view was amazing and the service was great.

The hotel has a fantastic location, and while the prices are on the higher side, they are fair for what you get. The rooms were good, though mine in particular was small, and the bathrooms could use some remodeling. The terrace would benefit from better furniture. The staff was really kind and helpful. The hotel was really clean, we had clean towels and blankets every day. The breakfast was really amazing. The view was beautiful. Beautiful view of the wide sandy Long beach in Ulcinj. Breakfast and dinner were okay, but could be improved. Only one elevator, so sometimes we had to wait. The staff were always smiling, friendly, and very helpful – every compliment to them!

Well, we got lowkey scamed because u have 2 buildings modern and old frist one is ofcorse full and good but other one is old with old furniture. One more ting is bad that u need to cross the swimming pool

Room was basic but clean. No plug sockets for charging so had to unplug TV. Nice balcony space. Breakfast choice was limited. 10 min walk to the beach. Pizza place next door. Bakery next to that was good. Small pool outside, and possible offer to use larger pool 1.5km away. Small shops nearby but closed on Sundays.

Very good service and smiley faces with very welcoming attitude. Very good location for Velika Plaza or anywhere else (Ulcinj is very small city with quick access.) However, the price paid for the suit did not quite correspond with what hotel offers. There is no elevator, though the staff are quite helpful to give a Hand with luggage on arrival. Everything was fine, but one day our room was not cleaned. And everyday we had to get up at 5am because the hotel is right next to a mosque and they were calling to prayer over loudspeakers.

Florina and her family are wonderful hosts and the place is amazing. Views and breakfast are legendary!!! They went out of their way to take care of us -- our 2 year old got sick while we were there and their concern and care was amazing. Wonderful people and place to stay.

The person at the service desk was very helpful and attentive! Breakfast was good, we were there at the end of summer season so we were almost alone in the Hotel. There was a kitchenette in the room, but no appliances to cook or eat. This is not a problem as there are mant great restaurants close to the hotel. The location and view was fantastic!

That said: Hotel Zan is by far one of the places I would love to visit again. As we arrived a bit late, around midnight to be exact, we were greeted by the owner himself, Mr. Tony Curanaj. He was very welcoming and made us feel at home in no time...

It was a diffirent experiment. Bcz hotel is in outside the city. You'll go to sea nearly 10mins by foot. Foods are normal. Not good or not bad. But no restaurant around the hotel.

Has a miniscule ants problem and the beds are a bit on the rough side, but overall it's a great place to stay for a few days (around 3-4)

Place is amazing.. The view is a perfect one for a coffee or a morning tea. The service is changed now and refilled with a new waiters and it is a fast service. The coffee itselfs isn't good isn't tasty. Restrooms are new but not so clean.. Everything what this place is for is the amazing view that it has got.

Property is very near the beach, which is very convenient for families with small children. Property is next to local seaman's mosque, which makes you fell like you are at home. Property is on walking distance from Old Town, and other historical sites, like Pasha's mosque.

Location is really nice, the beach and water is close. Apartments are well equipped, rooms are clean. The only downside is that the place requires to go up stairs so it is not for everyone. Overall I really recommend.

I am delighted with this hotel. Small, quiet, neighbors are not heard at all, perfect soundproofing. All rooms have a sea view. The owner is very polite and sociable, speaks Russian well. They clean the room every day, downstairs there is a good cafe, in a word, super !!!

It was My first time going to Ulcinj and it was good to book a place between the city and the beach because it was 10 min with car on both sides. The apartments were good clean and spacious. It was very nice and we were satisfied with everything especially with the staff and the owners. I sincerely recommend it.

This place is beautiful. The beach is very close (8 minutes walking), the store is very close (2 minutes walking)... Rooms are great. The hotel hosts are wonderful people. They fully deserve 5 stars.
