Beautiful location, close to the beach. The food is very good and enough, the price is perfect for what you get. But there are no pets allowed !

The pro: located close to the beach, room nice and tidy, also it's cleaned every day and was always neat, the personnel speaks a little english but very good german, welcoming and in a tidy outfit, they are versed in helping and dealing with diferent situations

It was simply over the 3 stars that lay on the wall. Fenomenal!

The cons: even though it has 3 stars, the hotel is a bit old but you can clearly see it had a golden period of glory, the wi-fi is slow and cloggy-but think that it's not the hotel which provides the wi-fi-, the bulb in the room was burned but there were other light sources in the room so and other details which inclines me to think that they might have a lax attention to details, but it does not retract...

the food was good and somewhat varied, the AC worked and helped during the hot nights, our room was a little smaller than the other ones but the space was well managed

So, it's a very well balanced hotel, making "what you pay is what you get" the best way to describe it

Located right at the beginning of Long Beach (plazha e madhe), it's the first hotel on the beach and the closest one to the city, offering the best of both worlds – seaside tranquility and urban convenience

The hotel was on the beach and also there were three pools and one inside pool! We had the best meal of our two week holiday. Pasta with sauce, veal liver, beef mince, rice

Breathtaking views of the ocean from balcony. Clean rooms. Friendly staff. Delicious food. Beautiful pool area. Sauna was super clean. Instructors were super energetic at the pool training class. Definitely will go back.

We stayed here for one night during a tour of the balkan area. didn't have the opportunity to look around the area outside of the hotel apart from the beach directly attached to the hotel

The following morning we opened the balcony door and heard baby bird noises coming from the swallows nest in the corner of our balcony. We tried not to disturb the parent as they swooped in to feed

Everybody was absolutely nice and kind. The pool is excellent after a hot beach day. It was a really guiet place and most of all it wasn't crowded at all

Very clean, new, friendly. The pool is fantastic. Not quite finished yet. I expect it will be really lovely once everything is in place. Loved the home cooked breakfasts.

The staff were friendly and very helpful and welcomed us in the most hospitable way. We were also satisfied with our room, it was perfectly clean and well-arranged, it also had a nice balcony where we could quietly smoke

An incredibly great hotel!! We were there in the summer and it was one of the best holidays ever!! If you prefer a less crowded place, this is the perfect spot

This is my first time vacationing in Ulcinj so I tried to be picky and my choice did not disappoint. If you’re like me and enjoy private, clean beaches, this is the right choice

Rooms are very spacious and clean, the view from the room is sea front and spectacular. Beach beds are extra cozy and free. Drink and foot prices super reasonable

Nice hotel with room for improvement The hotel is nice, private beach, 10 min walk up the hill from the old town and staff is friendly and helpful :) We stayed 2 nights in a standard apartment and 2 nights in an apartment with sea view

This is a lovely place to stay, the staff are welcoming and friendly. The beach is wonderful, with the sun loungers being an added bonus! The location is great as you are a short walk to the city but cannot hear a sound

Parking is included in their private parking. It has restaurant all day, they also own the beachfront. So basically you have everything in 1 place. It's an ireland of peacefulness

Clean modern apartments with all the conveniences and a friendly/welcoming family acting as hosts. A great choice as a place to stay in the town, and only ten minutes walk to the old town and seafront.

This was extremely good value for what you got I would highly recommend it. The host also offered to take us to a local beach for €10 each way and it was so nice and private

Marvelous small hotel above the old city with a superb breakfast and close to beaches and old city.

We had a mix up with the room I booked which was a deluxe villa but got a basic room. The hosts were really apologetic and should be issuing a refund for the difference

We could not find the villa and google maps got it wrong but we popped into a restaurant and they called they owners who met us there and let us follow them

The parking was very challenging so if you are driving this could be an issue its a very step incline with a tight turn into a driveway walls on all sides

The location is exceptional, offering a beautiful view of the sea that makes the whole experience even more enjoyable

The food was delicious and the view of the sea was pretty good. Must visit if you find yourself in Ulcinj.

We only ate at the restaurant upstairs for lunch and were very impressed by it. The prices were great for the sandwiches and they even had a small indoor playground for our 4 year old son

The service was outstanding — the staff were attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish

My personal highlight were the fruit shaped cakes, I tried the strawberry one and it was amazing

A special mention goes to the extremely kind and professional staff member who retrieved our beach towel that had fallen onto the adjacent balcony, even putting his own safety at risk — truly attentive to the guests' needs

The place is very quiet, really just a stone's throw from the sea — an excellent spot for a relaxing and peaceful vacation, made even better by the friendliness of the staff

Beautiful view of the wide sandy Long beach in Ulcinj. Breakfast and dinner were okay, but could be improved. Only one elevator, so sometimes we had to wait

Does one have a sun umbrella 🏖️ at the beach reserved or does one sit on a towel in the sand?

When we weren’t feeling well, the cook and the waiters promptly accommodated our dietary needs during those days

The view is a perfect one for a coffee or a morning tea. The service is changed now and refilled with a new waiters and it is a fast service. The coffee itselfs isn't good isn't tasty. Restrooms are new but not so clean

Beautiful hotel with amazing views, good breakfast buffet and the pool is great of course. Be warned that the party music from the bay below is very loud at night, so bring earplugs!

We are delighted with the stay, the atmosphere and the kindness of the host. They also have a wonderful museum dedicated to pirates which they showed us with an accompanying story. Greetings from the Bojanić family!

It is conveniently situated in the heart of the old town, among and close to the best restaurants, and a short hike to beach clubs to the west and north. It also has one of the prettiest and chilled restaurants in town

Living in the old town is a special pleasure. The staff is friendly, and all questions are answered promptly. The room is comfortable and has everything you need. There's a small pool and sun loungers on the grounds

Palate was the jewel in our time in Montenegro. Our hotel room with its own terrace provided a restful space to relax and enjoy the view of the Small Beach without crowds pn the beach.

The only reason I rated the room 4stars is the bathroom that could use a little renovation. Everything is functional and whatever we requested was given to us with extra kindness and care

We went there for the labour day holidays, when weather is not so nice, so we were almost only guests in the hotel but staff made us feel welcomed and taken care of

AM Palace located in Ulcinj, Montenegro 🇲🇪 is a beautiful and quiet place for relaxing. The staff were all welcoming, respectful, and lovely

The swimming pool in the bedroom is second to none, and there's also another on the top roof with swimming beds to relax afterwards. The food is lovely and tasty too

There is ~1,8km to Barbossa beach on Velika Plaža from AM Palace, so about ~15min walk on flat ground, and ~3min drive. Greeting from Sarajevo! 🇧🇦 Keep up the good work

The hotel is located in the old town of Ulcinj, right at the edge of the castle. The view is absolutely breathtaking! Waking up to the Adriatic Sea right outside your window is an unforgettable experience

Views and breakfast are legendary!!! They went out of their way to take care of us -- our 2 year old got sick while we were there and their concern and care was amazing. Wonderful people and place to stay

Just a heads-up: to reach the hotel, you’ll need to climb a 100-150 meter uphill path with stairs. It’s not ideal for people with mobility issues or wheelchair users. We stayed on the upper floor

There was a kitchenette in the room, but no appliances to cook or eat. This is not a problem as there are mant great restaurants close to the hotel. The location and view was fantastic!

Fantastic location right inside the Old Town, with a breathtaking view overlooking the sea. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast each morning was fresh and tasty

If you are looking for an exuberant sea view, a clean room and welcoming atmosphere then I definitely recommend you check in at Hotel Pirate old town 👍

The restaurant was amazing in every way. The staff were very helpful and kind, the food was amazing. We had seafood and it was perfectly done. Everything was amazing and I will definetly come back here

A small suggestion for improvement would be to add more toiletries and towel hooks. Nevertheless, this is a fantastic hotel and a top choice in Ulcinj. Highly recommended—I would gladly return!

Perfect spot if you want to feel the charm of Ulcinj's historic core!

The on-site restaurant serves delicious local dishes, and I especially loved their seafood options. It was fresh, flavorful, and the portions were generous

The pool- again super clean and well maintained and super fun! You can sit around and chill under the sun which I’m sure is loved by many

The people that run the show- a sweet family who make you feel warm and welcomed. Gazz speaks perfect and even better English than us so it made it ideal since we aren’t very fluent with the local language

I absolutely loved our stay here because- 1. The location ofcourse, it’s probably the highest point of ulcinj, giving us the best view and there was also a masjid beside us at a rock throwing distance

And let’s not forget, quite a humorous person indeed. The rooms- absolutely cozy and sparkling clean. Hot water was accessible through the day

I was given instructions to leave my car in a neighbouring car space (which I was also directed to the day before) when a very rude manager came out and aggressively and disrespectfully yelled at me about leaving my car there

Property is very near the beach, which is very convenient for families with small children. Property is next to local seaman's mosque, which makes you fell like you are at home

Clean, private and the only negative was loud mosque just beside the building woke us up at 4.

I told him the young man in the office gave us directions to leave it there. He then questioned the young man who was witnessing the attack on us and out of obvious fear, he denied he had told us to park next door

The manager then accused me of being an arrogant tourist and a liar! Of course I did move the car as directed by the manager but was quite shocked by his rude and unjustified attack and outright disrespect

Overall my experience was very good and any requests were attended to quickly though it is very expensive compared to other locations in the same area. However, I will not stay there again
