Disaster!! We had booked two rooms because we have two children. both with sea view. Two days before we left Germany, we wrote to them and they told us that everything is as it was booked. When we arrived after 20 hours of travel, we were told that one room was occupied. In addition, there was no parking, they even tried to let us in and our car broke down. Worst of all, the owner of the hotel came out and was very arrogant, he even said go away, do whatever you want, we don't care, these are our conditions. We left and luckily found an even better hotel. In addition, the entrance of the hotel was dirty and the workers were unprepared. We had read some negative reviews, but we didn't think it would turn out to be such a disaster.

We booked our room in may, 2 and a half months in advance. 2 days before our arrival they have sent us an email telling us that there was a mistake in system made on 15th July and that they are overbooked, they have needed 20 days to realise that they have a mistake an to contact us, when we asked them do they have any other solution they didn’t have them but there were still available rooms on booking’s site. They weren’t pretty pleasant on the phone. I would never recommend this place. -10/10

We were two people paid 400€ for 3 nights and here is how it went. The room was meh, it did not have hair dryer, the sheets and towels were dirty. The room was under construction still because it had wires our of the walls everywhere in the bathroom which is risky. The food was inedible, dry as f*and tasteless, the coffee and other drinks were mostly water. It was a playground for kids right in the restaurant, kids were screaming and crying all the time you couldn't eat at peace. I was working remote had my laptop with me the Wifi in the room was terrible and was disconnecting all the time, you had to go in the balcony for it to not disconnect. I don't care that the TV dis not work, I barely watch TV but yes they advertise it "TV in the room" but it does not work. The pool was dirty af you could see the dirt floating around It smelled like swamp outside the hotel, so unclean all around they just threw the trash everywhere. The icing on the cake was we were staying on 9th floor and the elevator didn't work and we had to climb 9 flights of stairs every time we had to go to the beach or even go out to buy a drink. Imagine being drunk from a night out and you have to climb freaking stairs. Overall a terrible experience, I paid way less in other places and was super satisfied with it. I feel scammed for 400€ 3 nights I expected better

I did not have the best experience while staying at this hotel. The rooms were cleaned minimally and so many things were either broken or half-working. The bathroom felt like a steam room 24/7, when one showers nearly half of the outside area from the shower gets wet, the water pressure was fluctuating, the lightning was working on-and-off, the WiFi connection was poor and the sheets and pillows had no cover-on or whatsoever.

For the restaurant: the food was decent but the male staff could put in more effort when it comes to welcoming customers. Shout-out to the girl waitressing, she was super friendly but the guys should either learn to communicate in Montenegrin or not waitress at all; no welcome, goodbye or anything.

Overall, not worth visiting but bonus points for location near to the beach, the girl at the restaurant and the food.

BAD EXPERIENCE, THEY TOOK THE MONEY IN THE END, THEY THROW OUT US, they took 100 for the night and in the end another 50 asked us to stay.

Not even worth one star!

The worst Hotel we ever went. We had a discount voucher what was the reason we actually chose for this Hotel. The manager there told us its a old voucher from the old owner. The funny thing was the name of the owner was on the voucher. The guy just didnt want to give us 10 procent of our money back. I would not have ask for the discount if the rest would be good. The thing is.. it wasnt good at al. It was actually really worse. The rooms were not clean. The bed and kissens didnt had sheets. The wifi was not working at al. We had to shower with cold water. The pool was full of insects and was not clean. The breakfast and dinner was minimal and served almost cold. The woman who worked there cleaned the tables and right after that she served the bread with her dirty hands what she just cleaned with. It was grows actually. And when we checked out i told al of this to the manager this small uninterested guy. He didnt even answer me. When i showed him the voucher what we had and that we want 10 % of our money back he laughed and told us the lie about the old owner. We would not recommend this hotel and never come back her!
