I want to thank those who left honest reviews, I wanted to book a week with my family in July. I will not book at this hotel.

AM Palace located in Ulcinj, Montenegro 🇲🇪 is a beautiful and quiet place for relaxing. The staff were all welcoming, respectful, and lovely. The swimming pool in the bedroom is second to none, and there's also another on the top roof with swimming beds to relax afterwards.
The food is lovely and tasty too. Would definitely recommend 👌.

ONE OF THE WORST EXPERIENCES IN MY LIFE!!!!!

The hotel lies and misleads guests. We were supposed to have buffet meals, but there was nothing like that, even though we paid for it. The owner refuses to fix the mistake, is rude and arrogant. If you don’t want your vacation ruined, I do not recommend this place. The reception feels like a cemetery — there’s never anyone there and they’re not willing to help with anything. Misleading information seems to be standard here.

My stay at this hotel was very unpleasant. The staff was unfriendly and unwilling to accommodate any requests. Overall, the atmosphere in the hotel was hostile. Additionally, I noticed some questionable practices by the owner that made me feel uneasy. I definitely do not recommend this hotel and suggest choosing a different place to stay.

The owner is a tasteless, arrogant, and condescending person who refused to help us find our dog, even though it was their cleaning lady who let him out of our room while we were at the pool. No one informed us, and everyone acted like nothing had happened. He refused to give us a refund and was aggressive. I do not recommend staying at this “hotel” — it’s not a real hotel, just a group of strange people with no gratitude for tourists who travel all the way to their remote place. They endangered our dog even though they claim to be a dog-friendly hotel. Strongly not recommended!!!!

Great potential, with a disappointment management and execution. Other than the breakfast, which is great, the rest of our stay was just simply bad.
Not only that even though we let them know that we will be 4 person in the 6 bedded room, they counted tourist tax for 6. We asked that we wish to pay in cash, they charged our card in advance for 6 people.
The "manager" and the receptionist were absolutely not supportive with any issue, ie: how to use the TV...
The room was advertised for 3 separated areas for the 3 beds and actually it was only in one room and one of beds were broken (lucky that we were 4 not and not 6.....) They promised to fix it a day after our arrival, but nothing happened...
I am sure that you can find a better place in the region!

The staff is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean and tidy. We enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we definitely want to come back again.

Very nice , close to the beach. Breakfast is very good and tasty , staff is nice. Owner is such a cool person. Will come here again next year.

The hotel's billing process was unacceptable as they charged our card despite we paid the dinner by cash. If you stayed there, be careful and take the recept of payment.
