Hotel Hilss has clean and well-organized rooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. Although the distance to the sea isn't ideal, we were generally satisfied with our stay. The restaurant is average, but the overall experience was positive.

I was here for three nights.Everything was okay until I saw a beehive at the balcony and the reception told me that we will remove it, but they did not remove it

While we didn't stay at the place, they were kind enough to help us ample times when in need of a taxi, printing, etc. during our stay at Ulcinj. Staff is very friendly and helpful, prices for the rooms seemed to be within what others offer around the area - and, the place looked new and well taken care of.

The best part of out vacation was how family friendly everything was. It made our stay with two little kids feel like a true vacation, comfortable and relaxing.

Even though we were told that hotel would be open till 15 Sep and we had a reservation till 11 Sep, the hotel management decided to close the hotel earlier on 9 Sep to cut their loss due to reduced number of guests.
Because of this, we were "kicked out" from the hotel without even consulting us or suggesting alternative options. So, we had to change our plans and move to another hotel for the last 3 days of our vacation. This brought additional costs and hussle to our vacation.
We find this to be very unprofessional and write this review so the guests in the following years can be warned and so management can learn from their mistakes.
Besides this, they had an amazing waiter who provided a great service in the restaurant, good transportation to the beach at demand, and the room was decent (except the airco was poor and daily cleaning was skipped for some days).
For those reasons, we give 2 instead of 1 for unprofessionality. Hope that the management learns from this and improve their customer care for the following years. Best of luck!
