We booked a double room but were given a twin room. Even though we had received a confirmation email, it took an extremely long time to check in. We had to wait for about an hour before we were given the room card, and no reasonable explanation was given, which delayed our travel time and forced us to cancel our plan to visit the attractions in Rabat that day.

It is convenient to park at the door and there are also places to eat around, which is quite convenient.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet room, breakfast ok from 6 to 10. The hotel restaurant is open until 12 midnight. They allowed me to do a late check out without any problem. I do have to mention one drawback, it is that the heating system is not the best and it gets cold at night.

The hotel toilet is not very good, but the other locations are good because it is close to the beach. Please note that in Morocco, no one is working on Sundays, so there is no food in the nearby restaurants on Sundays.

Location is good with lots of local eatries and a mall nearby. The rooms need updating as toilet and shower not to the standard and not very clean.Bedroom will say okay nothing to write home about it. Breakfast very good with lots of eating choices.

Friendly staff with great smiles and welcoming spirit .quite location at the heart of Rabat where you can find KFC .Starbucks . macdonald just around the corner .this will be great choose if you have kids . I stayed at this hotel during this difficult period that we are all going through, despite this the staff and in particular Mrs. Miriam treated me like part of the family, all my requests were fulfilled, the quality of the food was excellent, cleanliness and my room was always decorated and scented, if I return to this city, this is certainly the right place.

Fine, but a bit old. Breakfast was very disappointing, most of it was very cold.

We were travelling with a group and the check in was chaotic followed by a long wait for the lift. This is not a 5 star hotel but at most a 3 star. The room was small and in the morning there was no hot water ( this was December) There must be much better choices in Rabat.

It is rated 5*, I would say local rules... The maintenance is to be improved : Shower hose in the bath tub was too short from the valve to the hook on the wall making it useless. TV was changed to an Android based IP TV system, using the wifi signal. The hotel is in the heart of agdal, the staff were kind and the asmosphere is quite good. But what I didn't appreciate are resumed three points : 1- price was too height compared to other hitels in tge cuty. 2- The wifi was not working. And still bad. 3- The spa was too poor to call it a spa in a 4 star hotel.

Could be so much better. A room w/o a water glass? Heating in the room stopped working the second night. They could fix these things easily.

Great boutique hotel in the center of Rabat. Excellent service and beautiful rooms. The restaurant they have downstairs is amazing (great food and atmosphere for a very good price)! This place is okey. The staff is nice and helpful but the food is terrible. You can also hear the bar and club noise from the rooms at night.
