I came to stay in this hotel as part of public ministry training program. The receptionists were great but the food wasn't as expected to be (it was an open buffet), they didn't even bother to put enough desert for everyone even though they were paid the ministry! When i asked for mine they said people take more than one dessert. I've seen my colleagues all of them took only one portion. So guessing the employee took some extra pocket cash.
The asked for a 25 dh extra for a bottle of water very expensive.

This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The service is very bad and there is nothing good about it. There is a lot of noise and I couldn’t sleep at all. The food is terrible, and everything smells bad 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

STAY AWAY! HORRIBLE PLACE! Don’t waste your money here!!! They have a night club in the hotel that blasts music till 1:30 am. You can hear it in every room! The staff is friendly and good, but the issue is with the hotel’s management! We asked for a room change which took 72 hours , four calls, and two emails. The rooms are outdated and overrun by ants 🐜. Location is good and walking distance to a lot of touristy places in the city.

The hotel facilities are very old and there is a bar facing the street. It is very noisy from 9pm to 5am, and there are often cars slamming on the accelerator.
