Great Stay! My view was not the best Rom 339. "View" of the back alley, empty overgrown lot and rear of old apartment building. But I wasn't in my room much and didn't look out. The room is clean. The staff will not effusive was pleasant. Having difficulty navigating getting the shower working.

The restaurant served good food with high quality service. The waiter recommended me the tea which was thoughtfully written on a paper for me. The environment of the restaurant was excellent.

The hotel boasts a garden, an outdoor pool, a poolside restaurant, and a bar, all offering great views. The only downside is that the facilities are a bit dated. I rated this hotel a little low because of an issue that has to do with invasion of privacy. I took the elevator to my room with my child and wife because my wife came to pick up some of Chile’s luggage. As soon as I walked into the room the phone was ringing. The property was well located, clean, and met our needs.

Luxurious property with a very nice and clean pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly but would forget stuff you asked for or would have trouble understanding you in English. The bar adjacent to the building was noisy at nights for a family with a small baby but would be a nice place to go for a young couple. The restaurant is not the best either, it is very expensive with mediocre service.

Great stay at L’alcazar. Good location within walking distance to almost everything you need in Rabat but not in the middle of the most chaotic sections. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and in two floors. But keep in mind the bathroom has no doors, not even the toilet.

L’Alcazar was the perfect place to stay during our first trip to Morocco. Stepping in off the busy street at the edge of the medina you step into a calm and quiet oasis when you enter the road. The courtyard is beautiful, with many places to sit. Our two rooms we’re comfortable and quiet - perhaps best hotel bed ever! The rooftop pool was a lovely place to cool-off in the afternoon. Nice hotel inside, but the rooms are really old!!! You'd be shocked! The phone doesn't work, even though we asked for it to be fixed, it wasn't taken into consideration. The breakfast buffet is really poor!

Fine, but a bit old. Breakfast was very disappointing, most of it was very cold.

It was ok , some staff were great - check in staff less than impressive. Nice place but definitely not 5 Star

We were travelling with a group and the check in was chaotic followed by a long wait for the lift. This is not a 5 star hotel but at most a 3 star. The room was small and in the morning there was no hot water ( this was December) There must be much better choices in Rabat.

Perfect stay, very welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable, spacious apartment, fully equipped. Would definitely recommend it.
