Excellent service by Manager Maliki and reception Khalid. Friendly and professional. Also the lady in the restaurant was very helpful. Only drawback was that there are no safe's in the rooms. You have to lodge your valuables at safes in reception. Otherwise, highly recommended. Will go there again

Room is spacious but have some issues: first room the toilet is not working, and we had to change room. Bathroom was moldy and not very clean as I would not expect for this hotel which looks good at the lobby and the price. However breakfast was good.

We were a group of 10 traveling through Morocco and stayed here for 2 nights. Comfortable twin room, 102, on the 1st floor. There is a small lift which is great for getting your luggage to your room, 6 floors in total. Nice shower with toiletries. Bottles of drinking water in the room. Good WiFi in our bedroom. A gem in Salè, conveniently located to visit Salè's Medina and close to public transport to get to Rabat. The staff was extremely kind and helpful as of the moment we reserved, and gave us a lot of useful information. The rooms are clean, spacious and the breakfast is excellent. The familiar atmosphere is a plus. Perhaps a bit on the expensive side, but surely recommended!

What a lovely hotel and, everything works. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, however you can get hot water from reception. The decor is beautiful and the rooms have tiles (small) on the floor which is very attractive. Good place to stay in Rabat.

I really loved the hotel's location right in the heart of Rabat's business district. The cleanliness was also excellent, and the room service, managed by reception, was well-organized and efficient. The Moroccan welcome tea was exceptional, unlike any I've ever had in a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room and great breakfast, staff accommodating and free parking on site. Our stay was marred by the spa (sauna and steam room) not being available. The spa staff said that one has to book the steam room, which was not true. The whole spa area smelled of turpentine. Suprisingly, the hotel had run out of slippers, a comfort item that should be absolute standard for this hotel category.

The location is convenient and close to attractions, but in the old area, the hotel facilities are old, the food is average, and the service staff have good attitudes. If you want to save money, a hotel is definitely a good choice.

One of the greatest places for my rest

Stayed as part of long weekend couple trip. Rooms very clean and cosy. Double room was offered with terrace. Booked with breakfast which was average. Location is central with restaurants, supermarket, central mosque and shopping mall all within walking distance.

Rooms needs a bit more maintenance and cleaning, especially around the shower areas, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast also is what you pay for.

The room is 32 square meters. There is an extra fee for the 2 beds. The hygiene is average. The bathroom towels are old. It is best to bring your own disposable compressed towels, bath towels, hot water bottles, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste and toothbrush cups. The breakfast environment is great, and there are milk and eggs. Yes, hot rice porridge can make you full.

Staff were excellent. Room size not as described. I booked a room with triple bed and we ended up with a minuscule sofa. The room was so small that you could barely move. For a single person or a couple, these rooms may work but a couple with a kid, not at all.

Small hotel, very clean and tidy rooms. Good shower. Evening dinner menu good although service was very poor. Disappointing breakfast with food not replenished when plates at the breakfast buffet table are empty. Had to ask on a number of ocassions to have the orange juice jug refilled. Lack of fresh fruit available and once again had to ask the different waiters on 4 occasions to get me a banana....

The hotel is a short walk from the train station so this made it very easy for me to get there since I came on the train from Casablanca. The bed was very stiff and not very comfortable.

We were only staying one night in Rabat, mainly because of convenient transportation. It's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the Mausoleum of King Rama V, Hassan Tower, and Udayas Citadel. The room wasn't large but was adequate. It's not bad, the location is close to the train station. However, I feel the price-performance ratio isn't great, the breakfast selection isn't very varied, mostly biscuits and pancakes. But it doesn't have any major drawbacks.

İ was stay here 2018 and i came again now. But something were changed. They were a mini cafe on roof. But they closed it. They told me breakfast included.. But morning they show me a near cafe for breakfast.. Breakfast was just one omlet and orange juice .. But hotel is clean .. İ think their price is some high.

We stayed at the Riad Kalaa 2 for our final two nights in Morocco. Most review will say it is a little distance from the car drop off point. With the Riad not having a sign outside, better to have someone guide for the first time. We were given the Ifrane room on level 2. It is a quite simple hotel, do not expect any amenities such as iron or shampoo. It is clean, perfectly located, quiet, and with a comfortable bed. In the room I got, the air conditioning did not heat, and it was extremely noisy (the air conditioner). The breakfast was correct. I am not sure about the value/price relation.

I was looking for a hotel for the night after attending an event. This hotel is located conveniently next street over the theater Mohammed V. Its a walking distance too. Parking is limited but able to get a space for my car. The room its compact, enough for a couple, there a balcony

The hotel facilities are only at the level of 7-star hotels in China, and it is very noisy on the street corner. It is not convenient to go anywhere, it is just in the city center. Overall, hotels in Rabat are very average.

Nice experience being my first time in Morocco

Rooms were a bit old, could do with some modernisation, mainly full with Senegalese, so if u r not from Senegal u will feel out of place. In a busy area, just outside Medina. I personally prefer the toilets to be super clean & dry, which it wasn't, otherwise ok.

We were travelling with a group and the check in was chaotic followed by a long wait for the lift. This is not a 5 star hotel but at most a 3 star. The room was small and in the morning there was no hot water ( this was December) There must be much better choices in Rabat.

Loved this hôtel. I stayed only two nights but i will absolutly go Black. The rooms were very clean and calm even that you are in the center of Agdal. Breakfast was every time defferent and nice. I eat at the restaurant one night and my food was good. I recommand this hôtel. Thanks to all the good staff

Greatest hotel in rabat where I stayed with my family and we had a great time. The room were pretty good and clean. I stayed already in the hotel Atlantic Agdal before and I still very satisfied . I will definitely go back. I even try this time the spa we had a good Hammam and it was perfect!

But what I didn't appreciate are resumed three points : 1- price was too height compared to other hitels in tge cuty. 2- The wifi was not working. Beautiful Riad nestled in the old Medina of Rabat. The room we got was spacious and bed was so comfy. It’s located right next to the Main Street of the Medina where you can find lots of restaurants to eat and some shops Definitely great riad.

The owner is very nice, but the beautiful room is very somber, the light is almost null. It was also very cold in the room and the little heating she provided was not enough. The bathroom is tiny and so dark it is impossible to put any make up on!
