The hotel's garden is the largest of all the Sofitel hotels I have ever seen!

This hotel was unexpeted, great location easy to walk to Agdal and alot to do there. the hotel facilities sare nice and clean. the pool is so nice and the staff are very helpful. it was a bit expensive to stay in there but due to the brand and the location i think the pricewas fair. i highly recommend

I booked this place for a business trip. It was very good. I have become accustomed to booking here every time. The environment is good, the service is thoughtful, the food is OK, and the room is very clean and tidy. It is worth recommending.

A high-end hotel in Rabat, but a bit old. The room facilities are pretty good, with a terrace and free parking.

The restaurant served good food with high quality service.  The waiter recommended me the tea which was thoughtfully written on a paper for me.  The environment of the restaurant was excellent.

Chinese people don't cheat Chinese people. This is a relatively good hotel I stayed in Rabat. The price is a little higher, but it is worth it.

The huge patio and garden are wonderful with lots of space - nice change from riads and medinas. Rooms are very small for a 5* in modern part of Morocco. Closest 5* to the medina/downtown. Breakfast was too expensive at twenty five euro each and wasn't really 5*.

Nice hotel But the service needs to be improved

I've only stayed here once and that was a few years ago. When I next go to Rabat, this will be my first and hopefully only hotel I stay at. The same good level of service you would expect from any top 5 star hotel in the world and their scrambled eggs for breakfast are to this day the best I have ever had! Not so much whipped as neatly folded. The best!

The staff was exceptional from the minute we arrived. Karimah in the reception arranged for easy and quick registration with a great wellcome drink of ice tea and morrcan sweets. Mr.Nabil front desk manager was helpful made our stay beautiful The Breakfast was amazing, staff and food The Spa,massage for my wife was the best to finish our trip Thank u everyone in this exception Hotel

I loved the stay soo much. The breakfest was really good and even though I came a bit late the staff still took my order. A special thanks to Kawtar and Ali for the amazing reception as well as Moad for handeling a mistunderstanding pretty smoothly. I again had the chance to take a Hammam and a message and they were superb. So I highly recommend thespa and wellness centre.

Great hotel, clean and spacious room, listening staff, I highly recommend.

We had a great stay with a view. Everything went well from our first call to book, the receptionist was professional and answered all questions. The girls at the spa provided excellent service and a good massage. The food at Legend's was excellent, as was the service. Clean rooms and large showers in the rooms with beautiful views of the capital. I'll definitely be back

Convenient location, but bring your own water as there is none in the room.

The room temperature and ventillation is not good, it is very stuffy and the air conditioner is not working proper. The toilet's plumbing is very bad as well as the smell of urine is often encountered. No water is given in the hotel rooms and no mini fridge.

The hotel is located next to the Rabat Agdal Station so, it’s automatically a great place in terms of commuting. The staff at this hotel is extremely friendly and helpful. . If I am in Rabat again, I would definitely stay here!!

The hotel was fantastic. Only problem is the central AC temperature is hot. But, remaining are all good. Staff were so helpful. Awesome stay.

We booked a double room but were given a twin room. Even though we had received a confirmation email, it took an extremely long time to check in. We had to wait for about an hour before we were given the room card, and no reasonable explanation was given, which delayed our travel time and forced us to cancel our plan to visit the attractions in Rabat that day.

It is convenient to park at the door and there are also places to eat around, which is quite convenient.

I arrived late because of a flight delay. The hotel staff was still very enthusiastic to wait for me and was also very enthusiastic to help me in the follow-up contact. However, the hotel arbitrarily transferred me to another hotel without notifying me in advance. I originally booked it because of the location and the room, but the new hotel was only two or three kilometers away from the original hotel...

It is very close to the train station, convenient for travel and has a high cost performance ratio.

Overall a good stay at the hotel, reception was friendly, and breakfast was good.

The hotel staff is very friendly and helpful. Quiet room, breakfast ok from 6 to 10. The hotel restaurant is open until 12 midnight. They allowed me to do a late check out without any problem. I do have to mention one drawback, it is that the heating system is not the best and it gets cold at night.

The hotel toilet is not very good, but the other locations are good because it is close to the beach. Please note that in Morocco, no one is working on Sundays, so there is no food in the nearby restaurants on Sundays.

Room was good and walkable to the bus station.

Location is good with lots of local eatries and a mall nearby. The rooms need updating as toilet and shower not to the standard and not very clean.Bedroom will say okay nothing to write home about it. Breakfast very good with lots of eating choices.

Friendly staff with great smiles and welcoming spirit .quite location at the heart of Rabat where you can find KFC .Starbucks . macdonald just around the corner .this will be great choose if you have kids . They even let me bring my kids from other hotel to use their pool for free . Thanks lot again

I stayed at this hotel during this difficult period that we are all going through, despite this the staff and in particular Mrs. Miriam treated me like part of the family, all my requests were fulfilled, the quality of the food was excellent, cleanliness and my room was always decorated and scented, if I return to this city, this is certainly the right place.

The hotel is in the heart of agdal, the staff were kind and the asmosphere is quite good. But what I didn't appreciate are resumed three points : 1- price was too height compared to other hitels in tge cuty. 2- The wifi was not working. And still bad. 3- The spa was too poor to call it a spa in a 4 star hotel.

Not the newest hotel, but it is quite nice. Staff is great, limited English but they really try their best. Breakfast is okay, typically French

Could be so much better. A room w/o a water glass? Heating in the room stopped working the second night. They could fix these things easily.

Great location, big rooms, good breakfast, a bit over priced though.

Count on a good massage and facial treatment as well as staff. Manicure and pedicure is not their fortè.

The hotel and location is good but staff aren’t

The location is within a walking distance of old city of Rabat. The staff friendly. Yet water is warm and is not hot enough to take a shower. Bring your towels as there towels are low grade over used. Bed sheets have stains so bring your sleep bag. Basically it’s just the location and the price is is around 70 dollars, that is good.

Fine, but a bit old. Breakfast was very disappointing, most of it was very cold.

We were travelling with a group and the check in was chaotic followed by a long wait for the lift. This is not a 5 star hotel but at most a 3 star. The room was small and in the morning there was no hot water ( this was December) There must be much better choices in Rabat.

It is rated 5*, I would say local rules... The maintenance is to be improved : Shower hose in the bath tub was too short from the valve to the hook on the wall making it useless. TV was changed to an Android based IP TV system, using the wifi signal. It could be a good system for having many channels, however it may have been installed during working time when guests are not in the hotel because...

Watching a Morocco match is full of emotions, especially seeing the match at the gallery of the Hilton Jardin du Rose hotel without forgetting to thank the staff and the famous Fatima Zohra in fact she was very patient with the customers and she tries to find the place for everyone with a permanent smile inchaa lah marbouha on Wednesday inchaa lah.

Comfortable, clean, friendly staff. A little pricey for a 3*, but perhaps that's normal for Rabat. Good experience, good breakfast, even room service if u didn't want to go to breakfast room. Good lounge to sit and chill.

The hotel's restaurant atmosphere was very nice and the rooms were larger than many of its rival hotels. It was also very advantageous to be within walking distance of the train station.

The hotel is not very new and accordingly the furniture and other things are of the same level. The mattress was quite hard for us. Our room was on the 5th floor facing the street. No noise was heard, even from the musical events that take place on weekends. The balcony is very large with a sun lounger. Breakfasts are quite sufficient, omelette to order. I would especially like to note the olives that...

I stay in this hotel every time I come, I'm used to it. The service is no problem and we can communicate in English. clean. The rooms are random. After the first time we stayed, the rooms were super big, but the rooms we got the next few times were smaller. Each room type is different. Just make do with breakfast, after all, there is nothing delicious here.

I had a short stay in Rabat, the capital, and I was very satisfied with this hotel. The hotel environment is good, the service is very professional, and the surrounding supermarkets and restaurants are not bad either. It's very convenient to go anywhere, you can ask the front desk to help call a taxi.

Good dinner and breakfast and quite good live music on Friday and Saturday evenings. Music not quite as good as on previous years but that is the luck of the draw.

It’s a good location. Super near the kasbah area. No complainants.

Calm place in the centre of rabat, but they got small rooms, not good for those who look for a place to work and quality vs price link: not good at all !
