Location very near to al rabat shopping mall within 10 min walk and near by many resturants and also very near to tram Staff i very helpful

Good couple of days Hotel is in a very posh area of the city- Agdal But plenty of good food available at reasonable prices nearby Hassan Tower 15 mins in taxi v cheap Kasbah des Oudayas 20 min taxi Just had a small issue with noise (banging) from upstairs Would stay again

The First Suites Hotel is a great option for business travelers. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well and the location is excellent. Very close to Arribat Center in the upscale Rabat neighborhood of Agdal. Highly recommend and looking forward to going back soon.

Wonderful staff here. Some examples: the friendly person who cleaned my room and regularly went above and beyond; reception staff who were kind, patient, understanding and ready to help and an outside doorman who took the initiative to come over and help with something when he noticed an issue.

The upgrade failed, but there are still highlights. This stay experience is a little regretful. When booking through Ctrip, the hotel coordinated to upgrade the room type, but it was ultimately unsuccessful, and the room space was a little cramped. Menu was pretty sparse and the food just ok, but very large portions. The view however, and the cold beers, were terrific.

This program was great to take.a.trip to Atlas mountains and an edge of Sahara desertt.in a short period. Even take to Fes as.an end point. Riding a camel was a.big and memorable fun. The one night hotel accommodation and its food was good. Spending one night at a camp was good. Whilst the tent was not an old style I had expected but a today's cheap one, it was acceptable. We booked a double room but were given a twin room. Even though we had received a confirmation email, it took an extremely long time to check in. We had to wait for about an hour before we were given the room card, and no reasonable explanation was given, which delayed our travel time and forced us to cancel our plan to visit the attractions in Rabat that day.

Breakfast could be better with fresh fruits

Nice hotel inside, but the rooms are really old!!! You'd be shocked! The phone doesn't work, even though we asked for it to be fixed, it wasn't taken into consideration. The breakfast buffet is really poor!

We were travelling with a group and the check in was chaotic followed by a long wait for the lift. This is not a 5 star hotel but at most a 3 star. The room was small and in the morning there was no hot water ( this was December) There must be much better choices in Rabat.

Perfect stay, very welcoming and helpful staff. Very comfortable, spacious apartment, fully equipped. Would definitely recommend it.
