The Riad is located in a small lane walking distance to Kasbah Oudayas, a very convenient location if Rabat Medina is to be accessed. The room we were allotted in the first floor was quite big and the bathroom also had good amenities. One of the issues with Riads we faced in Morocco is that none of them have elevators. Riad L'Alcazar was the only Riad we stayed in during our Moricco trip which has...
We booked a week in this riad as it is in a strategic location for exploring the Kasbah and for pleasant walk by the seaside and the main town attractions.
The location is within the medina and the place is quiet and cosy. The front of house team was helpful and courteous: Moustafa, George, Rashid, Sharon all helped in different ways making us feeling welcomed and arranging private taxi and dinners...
We had an amazing and peaceful stay at L'alcazar. It was
Great stay at L’alcazar. Good location within walking distance to almost everything you need in Rabat but not in the middle of the most chaotic sections. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and in two floors. But keep in mind the bathroom has no doors, not even the toilet.
L’Alcazar was the perfect place to stay during our first trip to Morocco. Stepping in off the busy street at the edge of the medina you step into a calm and quiet oasis when you enter the road. The courtyard is beautiful, with many places to sit. Our two rooms we’re comfortable and quiet - perhaps best hotel bed ever! The rooftop pool was a lovely place to cool-off in the afternoon. Location is great...
We love this Riad. George is an excellent staff and made our stay fantastic. Will definitely come back on our next visit.

At first glance, this Riad Dar El Kebira is beautiful and traditional. But after staying here two nights, it became stuffy and aged. There was a peculiar smell to our rooms, so even though we know it was “cleaned”, we doubt it had been deep cleaned for a really long time. Our biggest issue with the Riad was the lack of communication. The staff was very hard working and tried very hard to help, but...

I am sorry of not being more generous towards this Riad as the staff is incredible kind and helpful and is the best asset. The place is very clean but…the right term to describe the hotel is not luxe but quaint. The rooms are cute (and very small) but definitely tired as are the bathrooms and also the common parts really need refreshing and updating to bring the place to the 21st century!!! The Road...
My stay was great. The room was generously sized and clean. The location was wonderful - right in the heart of the medina and near everything. The staff couldn't have been more helpful at every turn - really pleasant and good humoured. The breakfast was slightly different every day and was exactly what was needed to set you up well for the day. All in all it was a great experience and I would definitely...
Great signage to location of riad. Walking distance to the Kasbah and shopping inside the medina. Comfortable room on the first floor (not ground floor). Delicious breakfast and attentive service.
A beautiful place perfectly located, and extremely nice and careful personnel

This is the perfect place to start your visit to Morocco. The owners respond to your every need even before you arrive with help with airport transfers and parking suggestions. The hotel is adorable and has a very authentic Moroccan feel. The owners completely renovated the old building but retained the charm of an old riad. Once at the hotel, you are enveloped in genuine Moroccan hospitality especially...
We stayed at The Repose at the end of our Moroccan trip. The team provides some of the best customer service we experienced in the country. From the moment we booked, their pre-arrival communication was outstanding. They went to great lengths to coordinate our transportation and pre-book our spa appointments, making us feel very well-cared for before we even stepped foot in Salé. The Location & Atmosphere...
Must visit here. Loads to do in Rabat and Sale. Check out Unesco details. Friendly staff and owners, welcoming, helpful. The meals are varied and fantastic, definitely the best small hotel for miles.
A gem in Salè, conveniently located to visit Salè's Medina and close to public transport to get to Rabat. The staff was extremely kind and helpful as of the moment we reserved, and gave us a lot of useful information. The rooms are clean, spacious and the breakfast is excellent. The familiar atmosphere is a plus. Perhaps a bit on the expensive side, but surely recommended!
If I could give more than 5 stars for the service I would. We came with high expectations and they exceeded them. Rooms are individually designed and without exception beautiful.
The service is amazing. Jan and her family are the most welcoming people, always striving to improve your stay. They give you tips how to navigate the Medina, where to go and what to avoid. We highly recommend staying here
What an amazing place to stay! A highlight of our trip! Such a warm welcome from Jan and her gorgeous family. Could not do enough for us. The rooms are individually designed with beautiful colours. Breakfast and dinner are delicious served on the rooftop terrace. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay with my family at this beautiful hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and the location is very pleasant.
Very pleasant stay!! The calm of the hotel, the kindness of the staff and above all their professionalism always makes you want to come back!! Hotel to recommend without a doubt 🤍🤍 Located in the heart of Agdal, it is ready for anything!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What a lovely hotel and, everything works. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There is no coffee or tea making facilities in the room, however you can get hot water from reception. The decor is beautiful and the rooms have tiles (small) on the floor which is very attractive. Good place to stay in Rabat.
Extremely friendly staff, anticipating needs, happy and dynamic. The rooms are spacious and clean with a panoramic view and a terrace is sublime and ideal for sipping a cocktail with your loved ones. I highly recommend!!
I travelled to Morocco with my family in February and stayed at the Soundous Hotel for the second time. This hotel is not only absolutely beautiful but has impeccable service and attention to detail. I am normally not one to leave reviews but my stay at the hotel was truly splendid. We had breakfast everyday and ate authentic Moroccan food but they of course have international options as well. I really loved the hotel's location right in the heart of Rabat's business district. The cleanliness was also excellent, and the room service, managed by reception, was well-organized and efficient. The Moroccan welcome tea was exceptional, unlike any I've ever had in a hotel. I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice room and great breakfast, staff accommodating and free parking on site. Our stay was marred by the spa (sauna and steam room) not being available. The spa staff said that one has to book the steam room, which was not true. The whole spa area smelled of turpentine. Suprisingly, the hotel had run out of slippers, a comfort item that should be absolute standard for this hotel category.
The hotel was clean, nothing to complain about. Thank you very much for the welcome.
During renovations, a musty old room. Couldn't sleep at all!
The breakfast is average and the room is small, but it is within walking distance to Hassan Tower and the mausoleum, which is still an advantage.
Although the rooms in this hotel are cramped, they are small but well-equipped. The beds and bedding are spotless, the toiletries are clean as new, the windows are bright and clean, and the hygiene is remarkable. The breakfast provided by the store is rich in variety, with sweet and smooth porridge and crispy cakes, which are enough to fill the stomach and relax.
The convenience of transportation...
The location is convenient and close to attractions, but in the old area, the hotel facilities are old, the food is average, and the service staff have good attitudes. If you want to save money, a hotel is definitely a good choice.

One of the greatest places for my rest
Stayed as part of long weekend couple trip. Rooms very clean and cosy. Double room was offered with terrace. Booked with breakfast which was average. Location is central with restaurants, supermarket, central mosque and shopping mall all within walking distance.
Rooms needs a bit more maintenance and cleaning, especially around the shower areas, the staff is super friendly and helpful and the breakfast also is what you pay for.
Convenient location, average service, the hotel needs to pay more attention to maintenance
Nice , clean, friendly & cordial staff
The room is 32 square meters. There is an extra fee for the 2 beds. The hygiene is average. The bathroom towels are old. It is best to bring your own disposable compressed towels, bath towels, hot water bottles, slippers, toothbrushes, toothpaste and toothbrush cups. The breakfast environment is great, and there are milk and eggs. Yes, hot rice porridge can make you full.

The room was spotless, the staff were welcoming, and the amenities were modern and updated.
Fair price for above avg hotel. Would stay again. Staff was very nice.
Lovely bfast , nice helpful staff ,room was available to upgrade due to coming back to stay again thank you to all the staff x
Staff were excellent. Room size not as described. I booked a room with triple bed and we ended up with a minuscule sofa. The room was so small that you could barely move. For a single person or a couple, these rooms may work but a couple with a kid, not at all.
Small hotel, very clean and tidy rooms. Good shower. Evening dinner menu good although service was very poor. Disappointing breakfast with food not replenished when plates at the breakfast buffet table are empty. Had to ask on a number of ocassions to have the orange juice jug refilled. Lack of fresh fruit available and once again had to ask the different waiters on 4 occasions to get me a banana....
The hotel is a short walk from the train station so this made it very easy for me to get there since I came on the train from Casablanca. The bed was very stiff and not very comfortable.

We were only staying one night in Rabat, mainly because of convenient transportation. It's very close to the train station, and within walking distance of the Mausoleum of King Rama V, Hassan Tower, and Udayas Citadel.
The room wasn't large but was adequate. Overall, it was decent, and the breakfast was acceptable. It's a good choice for one night's stay.
The hotel is very conveniently located. There are several museums nearby, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. The room is spacious and spotlessly clean. But...the cigarette smell! That's a major drawback for us. No amount of fragrance can get rid of it. The soundproofing leaves much to be desired. You can hear pedestrians talking from the street. We really enjoyed the breakfast. The hot...
It's not bad, the location is close to the train station. However, I feel the price-performance ratio isn't great, the breakfast selection isn't very varied, mostly biscuits and pancakes. But it doesn't have any major drawbacks.
The rooms were small, the facilities were basic, and the hot water was weak. The people in this country are very friendly, but that's just how the infrastructure is. The hotel has a great location; there's a Chinese restaurant right behind it, and it's a five-minute walk from the train station. Highly recommended.
Excellent choice. Great location – close to the train station and major attractions. Absolutely spotless, with high-quality cleaning and all sanitary standards met. While the breakfast selection is limited, everything is delicious, especially the pies. The coffee is from a machine, not instant. The staff are responsive and friendly. I highly recommend booking, and try to get a room on an upper floor
The room was clean, spacious and very nice. It had a terrace, but unfortunately I arrived late at night so I couldn't enjoy it.

Hotel is wonderful ! The service, positive energ of staff from 10 i would give 100:-)
I wanna thank Hind, Jawad , Mound and Hasna a lot!
And my compliments to housekeeping
Me and my wife keep saying that NJ hotel is our hotel in Rabat! 100%!!!!!!!
The hotel was pretty decent. The rooms were clean. However, the service was poor as the staff is unable to understand English and when I asked for a three plug/extension, they said its not available and I will have to buy one from outside. Also, the breakfast options are limited.
This hotel is great, with clean rooms, a lovely common-access patio, great service, and a delicious breakfast. The receptionist is super friendly, and so are the staff. The royal palace and central souq are within walking distance.
Great little hotel, and the staff was super nice. The coffee at breakfast cost extra unless you wanted instant, and the bathroom door in our room was broken, so you could only open it from the outside. That was a bit risky since there wasn't a phone in there. You could get stuck for ages if you are alone.
Other than that, all good.
I posted a video on social media in one of the X hotels in Rabat. This hotel is beautiful and I hope it is also very suitable. One of the employees of the NJ hotel commented on the video and said that we are also in Rabat. He also wished very much. I talked to him alone and was convinced that the hotel was really nice, but I did not know where it was, the argument not to go because I could no longer...

It’s a good location. Super near the kasbah area. No complainants.
I recently had a fantastic experience at the TEXUDA restaurant in Rabat. The service was exceptional, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure a delightful dining experience. Highly recommended!
Great location, hotel staff are nice and helpful, lovely rooms with wonderful AC, and a good breakfast selection.
İ was stay here 2018 and i came again now. But something were changed.
They were a mini cafe on roof. But they closed it.
They told me breakfast included..
But morning they show me a near cafe for breakfast..
Breakfast was just one omlet and orange juice ..
But hotel is clean ..
İ think their price is some high.
I'm really confused about this place. I mean, it's not bad! The service was nice! The restaurant is a bit expensive considering the quality! It's empty, quite... the music is terrible. But with a good company u can possibly enjoy it.
almost at the middle of the city , staff on point , spacious room with food joints near by , surprisingly for me the smoking was allowed inside hotel i guess that;s the culture of morroco .

Amazing Hotel hidden inside the RIAD. Very comfortable room and lovely staff attending your needs. I would recommend staying here as part of your Journey through Morocco’s beautiful interior.
As with many places in Morocco, the staff is what makes this road so very special. We were warmly welcomed by the manager Sanae, and she was incredibly helpful orienting us to the city and and getting us reservations. Great Riad! Great experience. Everything was nice. Staff, rooms, breakfast, location, very comfortable. Staff were very helpful with recommendations. Not really much hot water though. No door to bathroom.. only a curtain.. not ideal for families with grown kids.
We stayed at the Riad Kalaa 2 for our final two nights in Morocco. Most review will say it is a little distance from the car drop off point. With the Riad not having a sign outside, better to have someone guide for the first time. We were given the Ifrane room on level 2. It’s a smallish room with the bed and TV on a loft, which meant having to go up and down stairs. The room is not very well lighted...

Hotel well located. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are friendly.
The breakfast is tasty and plentiful.
Good value for money.

Very big room, comfortable. Bathroom was spacious, amenities included. A/C worked well and heated the room. Breakfast was good no complaints. Very well located.
It is a quite simple hotel, do not expect any amenities such as iron or shampoo. It is clean, perfectly located, quiet, and with a comfortable bed. In the room I got, the air conditioning did not heat, and it was extremely noisy (the air conditioner). The breakfast was correct. I am not sure about the value/price relation.
Very good location, nice area, cafes, beautiful park and museums nearby. View from our room window to Gandhi Street, park and even Kasbah. Disadvantages: air conditioning didn't work, the staff explained that it is already turned off in November, but it was +31 outside and hot in the room. But they tried very hard...

Parking is limited but able to get a space for my car. The room its compact, enough for a couple, there a balcony

Very nice and helpful staff, beautiful Riad, and in a nice area close to historic sites and the beach!

Very friendly and hospitable hosts. Breakfast is hearty and delicious. The interior and surroundings are very atmospheric. Terrace with a beautiful view. Nice experience being my first time in Morocco

Nice hotel inside, but the rooms are really old!!! You'd be shocked! The phone doesn't work, even though we asked for it to be fixed, it wasn't taken into consideration. The breakfast buffet is really poor!
Fine, but a bit old. Breakfast was very disappointing, most of it was very cold.
It was ok , some staff were great - check in staff less than impressive. Nice place but definitely not 5 Star
We were travelling with a group and the check in was chaotic followed by a long wait for the lift. This is not a 5 star hotel but at most a 3 star. The room was small and in the morning there was no hot water ( this was December) There must be much better choices in Rabat.
It is rated 5*, I would say local rules... The maintenance is to be improved : Shower hose in the bath tub was too short from the valve to the hook on the wall making it useless. The place is great. The staff was friendly. The hotel is right in the heart of Agdal, a nice neighborhood in Rabat.
It is solid hotel in a nice neighborhood with shoos and restaurants around with small but good breakfast. There are many new hotels in the area so check the price before making your decision. Bathtub was difficult to manage. Old style, not suitable for seniours
Loved this hôtel. I stayed only two nights but i will absolutly go Black. The rooms were very clean and calm even that you are in the center of Agdal. Breakfast was every time defferent and nice. I eat at the restaurant one night and my food was good. I recommand this hôtel. Thanks to all the good staff
Greatest hotel in rabat where I stayed with my family and we had a great time. The room were pretty good and clean. I stayed already in the hotel Atlantic Agdal before and I still very satisfied . I will definitely go back. I even try this time the spa we had a good Hammam and it was perfect!
Rooms are spartan but have everything you need for about 100 euros/night. Location is in a great neighborhood a bit away from the touristy Medina, but very close to both the Agdal train station and several tram stops- so easy to get everywhere.
The front desk service is very wonderful and kind. I departed at 3am and they made me a cup of coffee to take on the road.
The AC only worked in my room on...
The hotel is in the heart of agdal, the staff were kind and the asmosphere is quite good. But what I didn't appreciate are resumed three points :
1- price was too height compared to other hitels in tge cuty.
