The hotel was fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Ghizlane and Mehdi. Both of the staff were professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Just arrived at reception and was created by a very friendly and helpful front desk. Even though my book in time wasn’t until 13:00, my room was available immediately. A big shout out to GHIZLANE who was very professional and showed high degrees of customer service. My room on the top floor is lovely and I look forward to spending a relaxing week here.

Hotel was reasonably clean. Beds were very firm and sofa bed was like a brick. Staff were friendly but so slow, not busy so no reason. Often no cups or plates at breakfast and although everything replaced and refilled allowed to run out first. Such a shame as got frustrating. Food was ok. 250ml bottle of beer between 45-60DH so not cheap!

Upgrade old Equipment and lift

Very well-located hotel, with friendly and always helpful reception staff. It's a shame that the housekeeping leaves something to be desired and that there aren't more amenities: a little shampoo in the bathroom, for example, would be welcome.

Dont usually write reviews but i as very impressed with the Tilila. Great value for money, clean, extremely friendly & helpful staff. Room was good size & well equipped kitchenette area. TV wasn't the most modern but i hardly watched it so no big deal. Handy location too, with 2 off licenses within 2 mins walk :)

I have stayed in this hotel twice. This hotel has a friendly atmosphere, the rooms are clean, and it is a 5 min walk away from the beach. The issues with the hotel are reflected in the price. Please remember that a single room is only £10 a night with breakfast included and they will do their best to accommodate your needs. very nice and big rooms with cutleries and a place to cook yourself if you want to. staff very friendly and helpful. however internet is only available in the reception and not into the rooms ( we stayed 3rd floor) would recommend and come back here if have the chance

Room was clean , cleaned daily, reported fault in bathroom, leaking water from toilet, said it was repaired, but next day the same. had to use a towel to dry up water. a wi fi was not good, had to keep re connecting daily, kept crashing.

Room was great and hotel overall. Would stay again. Food was amazing for the 4 star hotel. We were expected much worse and we were positively suprised. The only thing to fault was the gym wasn't free and swimming pool could be 1 degree warmer. Staff was really friendly and helpful

Overall, it was good stay for us. There were some maintenance issue about toilet door wasn’t working. My son was locked inside, we had to call the reception to unlock the door. The reception staff were very polite and helpful.

Decent place, our experience was overall positive. The rooms were clean and the staff was kind. Location is also good, walking distance from the beach and convenient transport. Only problem we had was with the loudness form the pool at night. Made its difficult to sleep.
