Amazing staff Perfect location Cheap price for what you get
The hotel was nice, but unfortunately, the rooms weren't clean and were quite run-down.
Very nice place. Open with lots of space around the multiple swimming pools. Main pool busy but others quiet. There is a lot of walking to do as it's a big complex. Fun animations team. More English travellers so more staff speaking better English. Food is ok, small selection at breakfast, bigger selection at lunch and good choice of different meals for dinner. Lovely friendly helpful staff in general...
Food was cold, and limited choice No towels in bedroom and when asked they said they would send them and never did. Rooms beyond basic and smelt awful. No loo roll in pool toiket and were flooded and i nearly slipped. Door handle came off in our hand and we were trapped. On a positvive the waiters were good and looked after us well
No hot water tv not working ac not working room was very cold

Nice hotel, lovely staff, spacious rooms, great food, the hotel grounds are well maintained and good facilities. 1 heated pool and an indoor pool which is open between 12-14:00 each day. The gym is small but well equipped, there is no sauna and you have to pay for the hammam (steam room). Plenty of sports activities to do on sight. You have to pay a city tax, there is cashpoint in the lobby, and...
We had a lovely few days! Great room, friendly staff and good seevice
We visited the hotel during Easter holidays. The children loved it and we was really lucky with the weather. The beach is right outside the back gate which is perfect and on a hot day the breeze was welcome. The children loved the kids pool but the other pools were too cold and one was very deep. Would probably be great in the heat of the summer as a welcomed cool down. The staff are lovely, the hotel...
Totally loved this hotel. We were here in the first week of Nov 25 and the weather was hot about 25ish over the week with no rain or clouds. The pools are superb, 1 heated 2 not. The poolbar was brilliant, all the free drinks and food was so nice, so much choice for a Coeliac. The beach was about a 2 minute walk from the pools, lovely sectioned off area for the hotel, a few looky looky men but they...
Had a great stay in this hotel. Rooms spacious enough. Nicely cleaned on evryday basis. Music and dancing finish after 11pm which was absolutely brilliant for us. Bars opened till midnight. Only one night been quiet noisy as one company celebrated birthday. But it was ok. Staff working really nice in all departments. They make you feel very welcomed and as part of the family really. We liked swimming...
We absolutely loved staying here! The hotel itself was stunning, the room was spacious & the balcony was lovely and big! I can’t put into words how lovely and kind the staff were, they made us feel so welcome. The food was delicious & the drinks were great! The pools and everything else were just amazing. The area is lovely with so much to do & the locals are very friendly. Entertainment was very good...

Middle of town. Modern, the staff are on call at all times, very friendly, room serviced daily. Mohammed at the pool, a gentleman with Carolyn the turtle.. No complaints, would willing return.
I would recommend this hotel. It’s clean friendly staff. Good breakfast, clean room’s comfy beds. Cleaned everyday. Location was good , Wi-Fi excellent, pool area clean. Very quiet rooms/hotel I would come back , shower was very good and hot
"I had a great stay at Hotel Kamal City Centre in Agadir! No complaints at all apart from the check-in receptionist being a bit weird. For the price, it’s an excellent deal—good value with a prime, centrally located spot just a short walk from Agadir Beach and the Amazighe Heritage Museum. The room was clean, a good size, and came with a nice balcony offering views of the bustling city or pool area...
If you're after a cheap and cheerful stay away from the hordes in Agadir this hotel is ideal. Located half a mile from the seafront the Kamal is rather dated but none the worse for that. We paid just 25 pounds a night including a very good continental breakfast with fresh bread, pastries and coffee. Staff are very attentive and hard working. Rooms are cleaned daily and have TV and safe. Pool is kept...
We recently stayed at the Kamal for 20 nights in a family room as the managed upgraded us. Rooms are very basic but spotlessly clean, our cleaner left flowers for us regularly. I've visited this hotel for over 35 years and was really pleased yo see Mohammed at the pool (the most hardworking person ever) Abdul snd Mohammed on reception still working there. It felt like coming home. Note: half the...
I feel this hotel has had some harsh reviews and unfairly. I have just stayed here for 5 nights, room only and I thought it was great. It’s a 3 star and cheap, so it’s not luxury but you’re not paying for luxury, so I didn’t expect this. It was in a great location, easy walk to the beach, shops, restaurants etc but not in the middle of everything so it’s too noisy. I was on the main road and sleep...

We went on the recommendation of the friends we travelled with however, to say we were disappointed is to say the least. This hotel does not deserve the 5 star rating it receives. The buffet breakfast was very average with little choice. The rooms were good but we felt that having the toilet separate to the washing facilities was unhygenic, we had to cross the corridor to the bathroom. The hotel...
We stayed in three hotels in and around Agadir, including two five-stars, and our Tikida experience was the least satisfactory of the three. While the hotel is beautiful, we would have a few suggestions for improvement. Firstly, a visible "lost and found" desk for objects mislaid or gone missing. Secondly, room cleaning by teams of two rather than individual cleaners. Thirdly, a more ecological approach...
Our second stay at the Tikida Golf Palace was just as good as our first visit earlier in the year. Spacious relaxing rooms kept immaculately clean every day. The beds are really comfortable and huge with beautiful bedding. Breakfast sets you up for the day, with loads of choice, fresh fruit, pastries and eggs cooked however you like. Always enjoyed our evening meal. Fish of the day is highly recommended...
A superb hotel with very fine free breakfast, The golf coursed are excellent and in very good condition.Special thanks to Driss and Mohammed at the starters office, their service and help is first class. The hotel has only suites with views if either the pool or the golf course. The entire hotel is immaculately clean. The only negative is the restaurant food for dinner can sometimes be below par and...
We stayed at Tikida for 4 nights golf and it was fabulous. The staff can’t do enough for you. Spotlessly clean, such a tranquil atmosphere. No entertainment or big nights out but we didn’t want that! Rooms were incredible, lovely breakfast. The golf courses are a short golf buggy ride or a nice 10 minute walk. We took the free shuttle bus to the sister hotel and spent the afternoon in the resort of...
I had a wonderful stay at Tikida Golf Hotel. The room was spacious and always kept spotless, with fresh roses in the bathroom each day – such a lovely touch. The pool area was beautiful, and I appreciated the unlimited fresh towels. Everyone at the hotel was warm and welcoming, which made the experience even more special. Beautiful hotel at the seafront promenade, very helpful staff. Food was excellent in the hotel.  The concierge helped us with restaurant reservations outside and We even had a emergency medication delivered by him out of hours during ramadan 👌 Will definitely return 😍
Nice renovated hotel with a lot of great facilities. The quality of the food is excellent.
Great experience, the hotel is beautiful.in and out. Staff are awesome and very friendly. Very close to the beach and 10 minutes drive from agadir bay. The only downside is that the gym is very small and has limited equipment. And the cost internally for everything was very expensive.
A relaxing resort hotel with good food and service. Highly recommended to families who look for holiday in Agadir.

These hotels, which flourished in a certain era (1970/1990), need to be renovated; the star ratings are from that time. We need to stop lying to ourselves and selling illusions to customers…!
Stayed in a Superior room for 4 days, this room had a terrace overlooking the pool. Had a kettle and hairdryer. Room very clean, cleaned and towels changed daily. Loved the staff, food, breakfast had a wide range of pastries, fruit, salads and hot freshly made omeletts, eggs and various other foods. Freshly squeezed juices ie beetroot, cucumber, orange. Steps through gardens down to the beach 5 mins...
Good location was able to get around the city very easy. The 2 lady receptionists were friendly and helpful and the porters welcomed us with a warm response. The bar staff were fantastic and were always accommodating. I would stay here again. Rooms were clean and the bedding was good too. Only negative would be more food and drink options to me be added on the menu.
Location of the hotel is very nice and you can walk through the garden to the beach. Right now the bird valley is under construction but if the bird valley would be finished the location would be even more perfect, because you could have a view directly to the bird valley from the balcony. Rooms are daily cleaned. In the winter the pool water was too cold to swim for kids but otherwise we enjoyed the...
Here is my summary for three nights at this hotel. Arrival around 2 p.m.: first contact with the parking lot, no space, we were asked to park nearby in a paid parking lot. It begins well. Second contact with the receptionist who is really unfriendly and not welcoming, not smiling. Handing over the keys around 2:30 p.m. we arrive in the room you have to kick in the door to enter room 414 or 416 we enter...
A wonderful stay The staff is helpful, the location is wonderful, good service from the help desk to the cleaning team. Best one is the pool server who's always smiling and helpful The price is very low compared to what you get here, that was my third time here and I'll be glad to visit it again

Thoroughly enjoyed it here. Rooms were spotless as was the whole resort. The staff were very friendly and yes most of them spoke English in the restaurant and bars housekeeping staff not so much, but they were all happy to help. ON ARRIVAL- we had a really disappointing start. Not an overly warm welcome from reception staff. We got given our key card for the room. Because we had arrived at 10pm the buffet had finished and we were told no food would be given to us as a family. (Children aged 7&9)! Great stay in lovely apartment which we received as an upgrade upon checking in. Youseff on reception was incredibly helpful with great recommendations throughout our stay . Location was slightly out of town and a short taxi ride or reasonable walk to the centre or marina. Decent breakfast and nice pool area. Very good health club attached although requires a fee to gain access.
Yes this place is under renovation but I personally thought that was the only thing of notice. My experience was amazing. Staff was super friendly and spent SO MUCH time trying to safely open our luggage cause we lost our lock key. They sent someone up and broke it safely afterwards. Room was so beautiful and clean and spacious. Comfortable. Bathroom was luxurious (minus the splashing shower...
Nice staff, great breakfast and location. Building work was happening and we weren’t warned… so check….we were out most days so weren’t bothered. Hotel 2 down had rooftop bar. Liquor store ( bring passport) quick walk and soooo reasonable and clean and well-stocked.

Great hotel and rooms. Pool area was super fun too. Easy to walk about locally.
We visited in December so we didn't really have the opportunity to enjoy the pool. Our seaview balcony allowed us to enjoy sunsets. However, the balcony also faces a neighboring rooftop bar. 5 out of the 10 nights we were there, music was blasting til 1 am or later.
Spacious and well-appointed room. Housekeeping is provided daily. However, the showers could use a better cleaning (traces of mold in the grout). Nice pool with lifeguards and maintenance staff. However, I noticed during my stay that people were swimming in the pool fully clothed (in street clothes) without being told. The breakfast lacked variety and flavor. It wasn't appealing. However, the snacks...

The hotel serves the purpose of accommodation. Location is great and there’s a nice view from the balcony. Hotel itself is very old and needs renovation for the money being charged. Fantastic would like to come back again breafast amazing staff amazing location amazing
Everything was great. The breakfasts were wonderful, and the dinners too – tasty and varied. Not everyone knows that with a half-board plan (breakfast + dinner), drinks during dinner are charged extra. I had mint tea; 20 DH for a small pot. That was enough for me. The hotel description states that the pool is heated. In reality, that's not the case. In December, the pool was very cold and smelled...

Excellent staff, very friendly & helpful. Room is basic but clean in a traditional Moroccan style. 20 mins walk to the beach or Taxi (20 Mad) There is a bar in the hotel you can take away to your room or solarium upstairs. Great little coffee bar across the road & a few restaurants just outside. Would definitely recommend as a base, if out daily exploring.
Very central, generally clean hotel. Staff are welcoming & helping all the time. It can be noisy a bit because of it's very central location but not disturbing that much. Definitely worth for the price.
Staff were nice. Room was clean. Wifi was very shaky. Didn't use the pool but the room loungers were useful and protected from the wind mostly.
Excellent value for the money. Yes it is 2 star, but it's clean and safe. The staff were excellent, doing anything to help. If you are looking for luxury, book 5 star hotel. You get what you pay for. Hotel a little far from the seaside. But right in the center of the city. But the setting is a small Moroccan boutique, the decor is neat. The outdoor setting around the swimming pool is pleasant, colorful with its bar and restaurant. It is a quiet hotel with a family atmosphere, where meetings are easy. Attentive staff. A good price-performance ratio.
