The hotel was nice, but unfortunately, the rooms weren't clean and were quite run-down.

Very nice place. Open with lots of space around the multiple swimming pools. Main pool busy but others quiet. There is a lot of walking to do as it's a big complex. Fun animations team. More English travellers so more staff speaking better English. Food is ok, small selection at breakfast, bigger selection at lunch and good choice of different meals for dinner. Food was cold, and limited choice No towels in bedroom and when asked they said they would send them and never did. Rooms beyond basic and smelt awful. No loo roll in pool toiket and were flooded and i nearly slipped. Door handle came off in our hand and we were trapped. On a positvive the waiters were good and looked after us well

Stayed in a Superior room for 4 days, this room had a terrace overlooking the pool. Had a kettle and hairdryer. Room very clean, cleaned and towels changed daily. Good location was able to get around the city very easy. The 2 lady receptionists were friendly and helpful and the porters welcomed us with a warm response. The bar staff were fantastic and were always accommodating. I would stay here again. Rooms were clean and the bedding was good too. Serviceminded and extremely helpful staff! Hotel Ibis Budget Agadir is a pleasure to visit and a place to return to. Especially the two receptionists Rachid and Fayssal was very helpful with printing flight tickets, new booking in Marrakech and advising us about the town. The hotel serves the purpose of accommodation. Location is great and there’s a nice view from the balcony. Hotel itself is very old and needs renovation for the money being charged. There are no water bottles in the room which I believe is a basic requirement. You can buy them downstairs for 3x the supermarket price.

Hotel a little far from the seaside. But right in the center of the city. But the setting is a small Moroccan boutique, the decor is neat. Upon entry we needed a small bottle of water to take medicine and we didn’t exchange any money yet. They made us pay £1.30 for a bottle of water when it should’ve been free because hotels provide free water in each room. I think a lot of people forget what sort of accommodation they would get at home in the UK for the price they have paid for a week or so by the sea, constant good weather and a lovely swimming pool to hand. Our standards are exceptionally high but we forget that the culture is different in Morocco. The hotel has a fantastic location, but the cleanliness left a lot to be desired. On top of that, it was impossible to sleep at night due to the extremely loud music.

This hotel was perfect for our family. The hotel is in a convenient location, clean and the price is value for money. Can’t complain about the hotel and its facilities and the price reflects.
