Clean hotel, recently built wing. Very modern and spacious room. Average breakfast for the claimed standard. Constant noise from the road; the double glazing is insufficient. Decent and professional reception; the restaurant staff were helpful and attentive.

What I found at the hotel doesn't really reflect what's mentioned on your website. Completely disappointed. No wardrobe to store my suits, no hangers. No coffee machine or kettle as indicated on Tripadvisor. I don't know if you verify the information on your website beforehand.

We stayed at the mandarin palace hotel for a night and the receptionist Ferdouss at the front offic me was very helpful and we appreciated her service a lot

I had an exceptional stay at Hotel Mandarine Tanger. From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional, reflecting the true standards of a 5-star hotel. The room was spacious, clean, and elegantly decorated with attention to every detail.

Great place in the middle of the Medina. Clean rooms, charming riad. Needs a little bit of restoration. The bathroom in our room wasn't on suite, that can be annoying in the night. Very nice breakfast on the terrace and a friendly owner. All in all a pleasant place to stay.

A magical, clean place, and although it is true that there are some flaws and things to improve, it is part of the experience in a Riad. A lot has changed from most of the former posts. My wife and I enjoyed our stay. There are doors on all Windows and even the bathrooms. There are toiletries as well. Staff in the reception friendly and very helpfully. Breakfast is qualitativ very good Bungalow are old and must be renewed, not clean ( sofa, bathroom and kitchen) . And the acoustic isolation is very bad , noisy cars and motorcycles during the night .

Excellent hotel, superb location. The staff were fantastic.

We had a bungalow with sea view for a period of 4 days. The view was mighty beautiful! All the staff so very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very extensive and of high quality. I have a bit of a fear of contamination, the bungalows were cleaned incredibly well every day from A to Z by the sweetest cleaning lady Najat. The woman with the million dollar smile :-)

I would not go back anymore. My wife asked for spa they say it was nobody available. She was disappointed in them shower handle, keeps falling off. They replaced it and still the same problem you can tell it is more work to be done first day to check in to my room. Noisy. As soon as I walked into the room there was an awful noise. Had to ask at reception to either move me or switch the noise off. They managed to switch the noise off. Lovely setting. Room had two large beds. Only one had a headboard. Good not great. Pleased we only stayed for one night. My view

Thoughtful design and nice view

The hotel is located on the waterfront, within walking distance of the medina. It's a good hotel, no complaints, comfortable mattresses and beds, and a good breakfast. If you're tired of staying in riads, this is the place to be.

The room was not new, but it was clean. The shower water was not very hot, which was disappointing. The harbor is right in front of the hotel. The station is about a 20-minute walk away. They were able to exchange euros for me at the front desk, which was very helpful.

The room had all the amenities, although the shower had very low pressure and, accordingly, cold water.

Good area, kasbah medina within walking distance (10-15 minutes). The rooms are exactly as in the photo, small but clean and not tired, cleaning every day (quickly and cleanly). Good location in the old part of the city. Rooms clean but a little tired but good for the price. Great views from the rooftop terrace. The manager was extremely helpful getting us set up with SIM cards etc. Very attentive. Enjoyed our stay.

Cute and quaint! Loved the entrance and the mosque across the alley. Nothing better than hearing the Azan, call to prayer, at dawn and throughout the rest of the day. Lovely staff as well

Worth a stay What a lovely place to stay for a few days. Although the room was small it wasn’t too bad. The staff were friendly and very helpful. My tv was stuck on mute so I reported it to reception. Before I knew it my tv was being replaced. The only drawback that I have to mention was the breakfast. Nice big room on 6th floor. With large street balcony. Bathroom needs updating but still fine. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety. Busy at weekends with Spanish visitors. It has a certain charm

For its price which has increased considerably and for having come several times, nothing has changed, the windows are in very poor condition... And when it closes... if you are sensitive to noise, avoid it. Ocean view very good but only the view because you can hear it in your room. Clean room. No hairdryer. Very basic.

I love this hotel. It is right on the beach and is across the street from a lovely park where locals have family picnics every night. You can stroll along the corniche to downtown Tangier in 30 minutes. The rooms are simple but clean and the price is fair.
