Bathroom taps are not properly worked. The room has dusty smell. Room facility is not satisfiable , there was even NO instant coffeemix packet.

Resonable price,rooms are a little oldish but is ok to accept.View from dining room was so cool.

Location is great in front of the place. Good service

Lovely staff and clean room, breakfast is also good. I will not forget your kindness angmu and gong kan so! (Forgive me I don’t know how to spell your name)

- building in a bad condition - rooms a little bit dirty - wifi works in the lobby but not in the room - can be hard to communicate with the staff in english + Breakfast is good (local dishes and toast) + Staff very helpful + Location + Bed seemed to be clean

Not bad.. Fair price and excellent breakfast. But aircon not so cool and toilet pipe is hard to press .

Staff very nice. They're willing to help. Breakfast is mostly local food.

Great hotel with many furniture made by wood. If you love Chinese style, you should stay here. And don’t forget to try Pausi cake in front of Hotel. One of the most famous cake in Mandalay.

Nice places there have a swimming pool

Rooms are quiet and enough space to work. Bad indoor smell in rainy days. Otherwise fine.

Nice rooms, friendly staffs and reasonable room prices. 24 hrs electricity with rooftop bar

Hotel is so great. . breakfast is excellent. but night time often and often electric off. .they use backup generator. .but sometime late.. others all ok..

Rooms are good but lightings are way too dimmed that, it’s depressing.

Clean and classic.. though room is a little small. But pricing is ok

Room is comfy and big however, the price is on the high side compared with the rest around that area. It's opposite Diamond Plaza. The breakfast is a good spread and yummy. After morning breakfast, the restaurant serves grilled fish, its specialty. Also pricey for just one dish. This place is a good area to entertain guests.

A good location for business travellers. Good price point. Covers the basics.

Good and nice one. Cheap for walk in but expensive for online booking

Absolutely beautiful. Very pricey. Food was delicious, high quality and service was excellent.

Nice Myanmar traditional style decoration. They have some Bungalow rooms, a pool, and a ball room (300 capacity) etc. Located at the outskirt of the City (15-20 mins from downtown)

The hotel is a bit outside the city and overpriced. The facilities are comparable to other hotels but the rooms are almost twice as expensive. Didn't try the food so cannot comment on that. Breakfast is simple. Probably won't stay here again.

We spent 3 nights in this beautiful hotel. It feels like a small city in the city Mandalay... perfect hideout from city life. Calm area easy access to city center. You can see beautiful mountains right from the window. The food was delicious and the staff was absolutely awesome. We absolutely recommend this accommodation if you want to stay in Mandalay!

You can rent bike here. Breakfast is mediocre. Rooms are quite small. But staff friendly. Amenities are fine. Just the sky view restaurant wasnt much of a view. It is quite close to other good restaurants, a short walk can save you loads of disappointments.

We spent incredibly confortable (and adventurous) days in Mandalay, and in great part was thanks to the way in which the hotel and its workers treated us. We hd planned to stay there 2 nights only, but then we decided to extend our stay for 2 more Nights!! From the cleanliness, confort and spectacular everyday service, to the food, the jacuzzi and views of the terrace: everything was perfect!! We felt...

Good price. Room condition also good.

Everything great, the food is delicious ?

A great place, a little out of town, but you can rent electric bikes from here, super close to the airport, no jets there, only turbo props, so noise is not an issue.

I stayed at the most beautiful, elegant-looking hotel. The rooms are unique, with stunning views. The room rates are reasonable, too. I will come back for sure. Great location, easy to get in and out of the city. The hotel is well-maintained and has a safe and secure environment

Very nice facilities and friendly staff. Nice location too but it's difficult to find restaurants nearby for food

The room and bathroom are generous size, the carpeting is very dirty with many stains. The staff was not friendly and the area surrounding the hotel was bleak with no one is light in the being. I would not recommend this hotel. I had a second booking which I canceled.

Situated on a main road, the hotel is easy to find but a bit far from the Royal Palace compound. Although it is next to the Mandalay railway station, there is no train service to anywhere. Bearing in mind, there’s no public transport in the city, you need to call a taxi or tuktuk motor car to go around. Hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is basic.
