Excellent experience at Awei Metta Hotel. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and enjoyable. The hotel environment is calm, clean, and beautifully maintained.
The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, always making sure guests feel comfortable. The rooms were modern, cozy, and very clean. I also enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the peaceful atmosphere around the property.
A great choice for both business trips and relaxing stays in Yangon.

This was my first stay. It has a resort feel, and for me, it's the best hotel in Myanmar. I was also able to play a round of golf, so I truly had a wonderful time. The room was clean, and the morning view overlooking the Pun Hlaing Golf Course was fantastic. There was also a spa and restaurant on the premises, which made my stay very enjoyable. I will definitely return. Thank you.

The location is superb. If you want to enjoy a vacation in Yangon without breaking the bank, this is the perfect place. You'll feel relaxed in the quiet environment. However, the service doesn't quite reach the level of a 5-star hotel. While there were some very kind service staff, most of them are not used to dealing with foreigners. I think the hotel is doing its best, but there is plenty of room for improvement in terms of hospitality.

Great ambience. A little out of the city but that’s the plus point. Check in was smooth. Great views and tranquility of surroundings. The gym was well appointed . Restaurants had good choices and food was well prepared and tasty. Spa was a treat although a bit expensive but worth it. Will look forward to staying again.

I had a truly mind-blowing experience staying at Awei Metta. Spending my weekend overlooking the pristine, beautiful golf course view was incredibly refreshing and peaceful. What really sets this hotel apart, though, is their exceptional customer service. Every staff member went above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable and welcoming. It is an unforgettable memory, and I will definitely be returning to this wonderful hotel. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect getaway!

I called several times to confirm the information before booking, and every time I received a different answer. After repeatedly confirming everything, I finally booked the room and made the payment. However, upon arrival, I was suddenly told that the service/project was not available.
If it was not possible, this should have been clearly explained during any of the phone calls before I booked and paid. Telling guests only after arrival is very unprofessional.
What disappointed me even more was the staff attitude. There was not a single apology from the front desk. Even after I became upset and decided not to stay, nobody apologized or tried to handle the situation properly. Honestly, if the front desk staff had a better attitude and communicated politely, I would have still checked in.
Overall, the experience was very bad. The staff need proper training regarding hotel information and customer service, instead of giving different answers every time guests ask questions.

The front desk staff need further training in handling customer complaints. Their attitude was unprofessional, and instead of trying to resolve the issue calmly, they kept arguing with the customer. Throughout the entire conversation, there was not even a single apology. Customer service should focus on understanding and solving problems, not debating with customers.

Revisiting this hotel, I noticed the facilities have deteriorated. The hot water issue still hasn't been fixed. The central air conditioning controls have been sealed off and replaced with 'No Smoking' signs, and the new wall-mounted AC unit isn't powerful enough to cool the room properly.
