Everything was excellent, especially the staff. They were very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout my stay. However, I did experience some disappointment regarding the Level Club upgrade. During check-in, the front desk staff strongly encouraged me to upgrade to a Level Club room for an additional USD 40 per day. I was informed that the Level Club was open until 11:00 PM. However, when I...
Great location with high standard facilities
The rooms were very clean and the staff were very welcoming.
the room and everything was great! the staff were really nice and helped with everything needed
Meliá has a very good location, just opposite Inya Lake. While the interior design is simple and not very modern, the facilities and service are great. It would be nice if a sauna and jacuzzi were available and provide briefing while check in. The breakfast is amazing. I was surprised to see both a café counter and an ice cream counter during the breakfast session. However, they did not offer any...
Room was cleaned and excellent Team member , Ass HK Manager Wai Hin was warm welcome . Room cleaning is tip top by May Thet on 2nd day . Request was delivered on time . Overall service was satisfied.

Check in took almost 1 hour! I could not figure out why? Other than that, everything was fine! I booked two times, both of them check in took more than at least 30 minutes
Very good hotel, great service from any crew u can meet inside the hotel
Honestly one of the better hotels I have been to in yangon. Wouldn't expect less from the Novotel all the staff were really friendly
The service was excellent and very attentive. I made mistake in booking but the staff was very kind and made my mistake a blessing. Thank you Mr. Zaw Myo Nyunt, the Director of Guest Experience.
Very good location 5 star hotel
1. During the check in, all the charge options for breakfast was not considered. Most higher rate for breakfast was charged for first 4 breakfasts. After questioning a manager for what was advertised, she agreed to charge 17.50 USD. ( For the first 4 days was 10.00 UAD higher. 2. The bathroom bath tub is mounted dangerously to get in ant out of the tub for even shower. It is mounted too high. ...

Nice, clean and quiet place to stay in Yangon…very comfortable that they have everything like swimming pool, gym, restaurants and bar…every time i came to Yangon i only booked this hotel.
Overall, the stay was pleasant. I enjoyed the food and the hotel was clean. Most staff were friendly, though one employee’s attitude could use improvement.
Lotte Hotel Yangon is an outstanding place to stay. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well maintained, with spacious rooms and beautiful views of Inya Lake. The staff are extremely professional, friendly, and always ready to help, which makes the stay even more comfortable. The facilities are excellent—especially the gym, swimming pool, and breakfast selection. The location is also convenient,...
The environment is fantastic, and the breakfast is abundant, hygienic, and delicious. It comes with a swimming pool, gym, and other amenities. There's also an in-house buffet for dinner, and outdoor BBQ options on the lower level. Overall, it's a great experience.
The pillow are smelly. The toilet is smelly. The room is also smelly. The pillows aren’t comfortable to sleep too.
"My early check-in was handled smoothly by the lobby staff, who were consistently cheerful and helpful. Having stayed here five times, I can confidently say the service is superb. A major highlight is the breakfast, which I find exceptional because of the delicious local food options. Furthermore, the staff makes arranging Grab taxis very convenient. I consider this, overall, to be the best hotel experience...

Very nice hotel with Myanmar Culture Theme, large rooms with bathtub built in good quality room services and very friendly staffs. Breakfast was excellent and various dishes to choose from. Free mini bar item daily which you will not get in any hotel ever.
Nice hotel but dark rooms and the access to the room is a long way from the elevator. We were a group of 4 rooms and none had AC setting working: it was either AC on our off but no way to regulate. Breakfast was nicely displayed but not much Western food. Very friendly staff!
Location is good. Next to shopping mall and supermarket where you can buy something. Room is clean. Nice and helpful staff. Room on the road side may be annoyed by the noise from the cars, especiallyat night. But for room with garden view is ridiculous because of artificial trees. Breakfast is variety.
I love this hotel. Room is huge with nice quiet indoor balcony. Many traditional Burmese artefacts can be seen in the lobby. Centrally located with malls and supermarkets within 3 mins walk.
Good location, nice rooms and staff is very accommodating
Clean , well maintained and new. Staff obliging and helpful. Location very centralised and convenient with a mall across the road.

This is my second time here, and the hotel is very upscale. The location is excellent, and the service is impeccable.
Very good hotel, services, staff and gym, clean, good breakfast, have shopping mall under the hotel
This hotel is a top landmark in downtown Yangon, boasting an excellent location right next to Junction City mall and Bogyoke Aung San Market, and within walking distance of Sule Pagoda. The rooms are spacious and modern, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering city views and a glimpse of the Shwedagon Pagoda. The infinity pool offers breathtaking views, and the hotel provides a full range of amenities...
Real gem. Quite reasonable price and really great hotel. Big spacious nice rooms Good central ocation with attached mall Nice gym enough for vacation workout Friendly staff Nice breakfast, also recommended Would totally come again
Another good stay. Clean comfortable room. Great views. I love the sauna and steam room Breakfast is high quality. Probably the best of the Yangon hotels in my opinion.
The location is excellent, right in the city center, with a large shopping mall downstairs, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff are very friendly. The rooftop garden and open-air bar offer expansive views. Breakfast is extensive, and the dining environment is great. The sunset view from the room is absolutely stunning. A fantastic stay overall.

I struggle call this 5* - more like a 3*. The people are very polite and helpful but it is a very dated hotel, well below the standard for Yangon 5* these days and with a Rosewood opening soon and a Peninsular opposite it cannot compete.
Overall, we enjoyed the service of the staff the most. Our room had lovely views of the city and the Horizon Club did not disappoint. Excellent service quality. Our only concern is that the hotel could use a freshen-up. We stopped in for drinks or dinner at The Strand and Rosewood and their feeling is of luxury is classic, yet contemporary.
Room was spacious and clean. Staying in the club horizon rooms with the club access made the stay much more enjoyable. Staff and professional and genuinely care about the customer. Nothing is to much trouble. Special mention to Goal Lay for exceptional service and helping one of our family members when they were unwell. Definitely the place to stay when visiting Myanmar.
This was one of the best hotel experiences I've had. The service was fantastic. They did everything possible to make sure I was comfortable and did not need anything. The breakfast in the morning was incredibly varied having stations for Japanese, Indian, Western, and more. The rooms themselves were really well taken care of and very comfortable. I will be staying again if I am ever in Yangon.
I was impressed when I received an email before my arrival to assure me that the extra bed is taken cared and ready when I arrived but was a little disappointed when i walk into the room and it was not ready. Informed the front desk a few times before the bed is put in place and additional set of cups, toiletries were set up. However, that said, overall it was a wonderful experience. The staff was...
We have had a very pleasant experience in general. Excellent service, very friendly and helpful staff. Good sized rooms, clean and quiet. Excellent location. Pleasant lounge area. However, we have major complaints about the bathroom: very difficult to get in and out of the high-rim bath tub (walk-in shower stall preferred), toilet is inefficient, water drains from sink with undesirable noise.

Really nice & safe place to stay in Yangon. Well maintained. Prefect staff. Great breakfast.
Conveniently located and nice old hotel. Incredibly good breakfast for the price. Clerks are polite and kind. But at least they should give 2 tea bags per room, only one green tea bag is not enough.
An Outstanding Stay at Park Royal – Comfort, Cuisine & Class Just wow! Park Royal is perfectly located for travelers, right in the heart of downtown yet wonderfully peaceful throughout the day. The front desk staff were very rude – no eye contact, expressionless faces, and unhelpful attitude. There is no room service available in the morning. I requested a water bottle to be sent to my room at 8:30 AM, but was told that room service only starts after 11 AM and that I should go buy water myself from the convenience store.
Booked for company colleagues for their business trip. As per their comment, hotel is at a good location, easy to reach the destinations.
Toilet room water stucked. Engineering Dept came to resolved, BUT only temporary solve. Perhap hotel mmangement need to service all toilet water outlet seem bldg getting " old "
During my stay at Sedona Hotel, I encountered several issues that made my experience frustrating. First, the hotel booking policy was rigid, as the booking date could not be changed. Totally enjoyed my stay at this property a while back. The room was tastefully done up with very subtle influence of Myanmar. The bed was really comfortable and ensures a good night's sleep. The lounge opens up to a great vantage view of the city of Yangon, complete with an extensive and palatable fare complemented very well by an accomplished service personnel. Definitely worth a visit!
Absolutley love this hotel! Clean, great staff and 5 star service. Their breakfast buffet and happy hour were great. Convenient location, next to little shopping center and theatre. Daily shuttles to major tourist attractions. The only ding is the pool. Very cold. You have a 2 hr window of sun by the pool otherwise the sun is blocked by the 2 nearby buildings. Recommend their mojitos.
I think it's the best hotel so far. "I was stunned when I first stepped into the hotel. The welcoming was great and once I got into my room, my jaw dropped as the room is so spacious. Excellent to stay with family in here. Very comfortable to relax in staycation time!
We (married couple with 10 year old daughter from Germany) have stayed for 3 nights at Chatrium Hotel. The hotel, its infrastructure and atmosphere make the stay a true Myanmar experience. Pictures are generally describe the hotel conditions. It’s old but functional. The location is not too far from downtown. Tried their dinner sets and it’s quite decent.
The hotel is decent. The staff tried their best to help with everything, but it felt like I was the first person to ever ask about where to buy a SIM card, find a supermarket, or an exchange office. Would stay again. Great location, close to area famous landmark by walking distance. Room need sound proof due to noise from street and near by park especially on morning. Really nice view while walking into the room being greeted by the shwedagon pagoda, one thing I really like is that they have a sports channel for people who like watching f1; including me. One thing that I despise is the croissant, it tastes a bit bitter not sure why.. but overall this is a really good place to stay if you want a nice view
If you're looking for a place with nice room and nice breakfast near downtown, here is the best place with fair price. Hotel G Yangon is a very modern and stylish hotel with a great atmosphere. Everything is extremely clean and well maintained. The entire staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful – truly one of the highlights of the stay. The location is excellent, and having security on site at night adds an extra sense of safety. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Yangon. Highly recommended!
Excellent hotel for the price. European style. There's a restaurant on the ground floor, breakfast is 25,000 MMK, and on weekdays from 5-7 PM, it's 1+1 on cocktails and beer.
A good hotel not far from the center and main attractions. There's a cafe on the ground floor. The room is cozy and small, but has everything you need.
Pros: The hotel has a European style, the staff is helpful, everything is new and clean, and the mattress, bedding, and towels are excellent. It's located in the city center. Cons: No water in the room, tiny rooms, windows don't open, and a meager à la carte breakfast in the cafe on the first floor. Because of the downsides, I'll choose a different hotel next time.
