Nepal Planet in Bhaktapur was such a wonderful surprise, a little island of calm and happiness compared to the busy streets of Kathmandu. Our group of 16 immediately felt welcomed into a warm, authentic, and peaceful place. The rooms are huge, very clean, and have plenty of space for everyone. Breakfast was abundant and delicious, and the Bhaktapur yogurt was absolutely amazing. The kitchen is excellent and always attentive to Western tastes, serving both Nepalese and Italian dishes perfectly 🇮🇹 Naresh, our guide, was simply fantastic. He speaks fluent Italian 🇮🇹 and has a way of teaching that is anything but textbook. He involves everyone, asks questions, makes the tour interactive, and brings every story to life. With him, we experienced the real Nepal, full of people, stories, and everyday life, not just the tourist highlights. I highly recommend Nepal Planet for anyone looking for an authentic and peaceful base in Bhaktapur, and Naresh for anyone who wants a meaningful, fun, and interactive journey through Nepal.

Planet Bhaktapur Hotel was definitely a wonderful experience. It was our first time in Nepal and staying in Planet Bhaktapur Hotel was like staying at home!! We spent there our first 4 days and we had very good time. The staff is friendly, helpful and speaking italian. I strongly recommend to choose this hotel as your first destination when you arrive to Nepal and I also suggest to ask the staff to be with you during your visit. Kiran, the driver, is wonderful. And the guides also are fantastic!! PS: also the food in Planet Bhaktapur Hotel is lovely!!!! Really one of the best stay ever!!!!

We can surely say that Planet Bhaktapur Hotel was a wonderful experience. It was our first trip to Nepal and we've spent there our first 5 days. We've met a very friendly and professional environment. Very good food but most of all I'd like to thank Naresh, a very good friend, for his very helpful insights as a guide and the very very good driver, that brought us all over the country, our friend Kiran. I am strongly reccomending to choose it as your first destination when you arrive to Nepal.

Bhaktapur was our first stop in Nepal and I could not recommend the Planet enough. Not only the place is lovely and very conveniently located (10-15 mins walk from the Durban square/city centre) but the staff is fantastic and made us feel very welcomed and well cared for. I went to Nepal in August 2024 and our entire trip was planned and organized with and thanks to the team of Planet Hotel. All our guides and drivers were from their team and have always been exceptional. The hotel is super clean, the service is excellent and everyone is always so kind. I would recommend to book some nights at Planet Hotel to anyone who is willing to visit Nepal!

Hotel Planet Bhaktapur is situated in a beautiful surrounded by nature place just about ten minutes walk from the town centre. The rooms are spacious and clean with all you may need during your stay (AC, hairdryer, electric kettle, TV). Staff is very kind. Food is delicious and if you have a special request (vegetarian, vegan, jain or whatever), they will prepare it for you. If you need a guide, you can find him in the hotel itself. I had a wonderful very informative tour with Naresh. I had a very positive experience.

We had a restful 2 night stay. The team were so helpful and friendly it made our stay such a pleasure. The nepali set was the best we have had. The bhaktapur yogurt is amazing. This hotel is about a 15 min walk into Bhaktapur and you need to pay 1500.00 rupe at entrance to bhaktapur. Show your passport and if staying longer than a day let them know and they will extend the permit.

Planet Bhaktapur is not a hotel, is a home. It has done wonderful our holiday. The staff was so welcoming, the chef was excellent, and our guide, Naresh, is irreplaceable. It seemed to be in a family. Everything was thrilling. We will come back soon! Thank's for everything!
