I had a great stay at Saanvi Hotel in Kathmandu! The hotel was clean and well-maintained, the food was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very polite and welcoming. The pool area was also clean and relaxing.
A special mention to the manager, Mr. Namraj, who was extremely helpful and professional throughout my stay. He truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable.
I did notice some negative reviews online, but honestly, I think those people didn’t really understand the level of service or maybe had unrealistic expectations. From my experience, Saanvi is one of the best hotels in Kathmandu. I would definitely recommend it and will stay again on my next visit.
