I recently visited Hotel Pala, and it was a complete disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. From the staff's behavior to the quality of the food, everything was below standard. Here are the main issues I faced: Unacceptable Behavior: The staff is incredibly rude and unprofessional. They have no sense of hospitality and treat guests with total disrespect. It felt like they were doing us a favor by serving us. Terrible Service: The service is extremely slow and disorganized. We had to wait for ages, and even then, the staff seemed completely indifferent to our requests. Disgusting Food: The food was the biggest disappointment. The taste was awful, and it didn't feel fresh at all. It is definitely not worth the price they are charging. Poor Management: The overall management is clueless and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. Verdict: Save your money and your mood—avoid this place at all costs. I am never coming back here again!"

Service at hotel pala is worst. And stuffs behaviour is horrible. When we point out there fault they started fighting. Worst experience ever.

I just visited Hotel Pala for the second time. The staff at this hotel ( Mr. Krishna Duesdi ) were excellent, incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. We also enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning. I loved the convenient location close to the city and I would love to visit again. Thanks a lot :-)

I enjoyed my stay here very much. The rooms are bright and clean and the staff very helpful and welcoming. I stayed in a lovely room which was quiet and very comfortable. In particular, it was the peace and quiet here that was so wonderful, in what is otherwise a noisy area (Thamel). Here, everything is on your doorstep, with restaurants and cafes near if you don't want to use the hotel's very good bar and restaurant in it's lovely garden in front of the hotel. I will definitely come back here.

Nice clean rooms in a great part of Kathmandu at a great price. Would recommend if you want to base yourself in Thamel. Good options for dining and a few drinks nearby. Stayed for three nights in mid-Nov 2023.

Cute boutique hotel in the heart of Thamel. Extremely affordable and good quality; recent renovations and cute decor. Lakshmi at the front desk was very welcoming and helpful.

I had a comfortable and safe stay at Hotel Pala. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and will make sure you get where you need to go. The rooms are clean, comfortable and equipped with reliable hot water. Pala is ideally located in Thamel, the prices are reasonable, the service is excellent
