The temperature of shower water is not constant. I complained at the last time. This time in another room. Same problem.

The room smelled of sewage, and after changing rooms, the same smell persisted in the other room. The hotel is old and not worth the money.

We arrived around 1:00 PM. As expected, we couldn't check in yet. This was explained to us in a rather unfriendly manner.
We checked in around 3:30 PM, only to be given a different room than the one we'd booked. This wasn't a big deal in itself, but the fact that the room hadn't been cleaned yet and the used towels and sheets from previous guests were strewn about was downright disgusting. After reporting this, we only received an apology and were told to leave our belongings and the room would be cleaned. It was truly awful; I've never experienced anything like this before. Housekeeping was also not happy with the way things were handled, although they were extremely friendly and helpful! I'll never stay at Fletcher again!

It's a nice hotel located in a very green environment, very soothing for a walk, so it's not in a urban area. For stores you need to travel, but it's not too far away from the city centre.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner were really great! Compliments to the chefs! The service was attentive, quiet (and at an appropriate distance) but also paid attention to the guest.
The room was perfect in terms of location and super clean. The kettle with coffee and tea is much appreciated.
We rented an e-bike on the t****th day. Wonderful cycling in the area. Many possibilities. Cycling routes were available in the hotel.
Tip for the hotel: Some more information (than just providing the bicycle key, battery and shed key from reception) is desirable. Especially if you are using an e-bike for the first time.

Lovely and clean hotel. Close to the main road. Not far from Utrecht and other villages. Surrounded by nice walks. Rooms are big. Meals and breakfasts were great. Staff are friendly. Especially Coby. Will definitely return
