Easily one of the best hostels I have stayed in the Netherlands! It's super close to Catherijine mall and the train station, with the old city just a few minute walk away.
The staff is really nice and friendly, they even helped me to keep my luggage for free for a few hours. Downstairs is a nice bistro, and they even had a small live music event in one of the days I stayed.
The pods are well equipped, amusingly so with an RGB adjustable light inside. The beds were already made (which is not so common in European hostels) too. There were several pods in the room, but it is well insulated from noise so it doesn't really matter. Bathrooms+WC was also really clean, which is great especially considering it was shared among many others. Easy 5/5 rating.

The staff were all very friendly, the environment was good, and the atmosphere was pleasant! I really liked this hotel. I'll definitely visit again next time. The location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, and there's a mall nearby. Very convenient!

I happened to be in the Netherlands during heavy snowfall, so all transportation basically shut down. I couldn't get to Amsterdam as planned and had to stay here for a night. The room was nearly 300, which felt a bit pricey. Overall, the soundproofing was decent. Each room had about 20-30 beds.

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. The hotel is also beautiful. The room itself is smaller than photos would make you believe, but they are very sufficient. Location is sincerely perfect.

It's so nice to stay there. The location is great because it's near the stores, mall, and central station. Also, the staff there are super nice and welcoming - they're really friendly!🥰

Ultra dense hostel with dozens of bunk beds in a corridor. It’s called hotel which is really misleading, but it should really be called hostel. It also charges hotel prices which is only possible because other places in Utrecht are really expensive.
The location is good as it’s very near the station. The beds are quite comfortable and communal bathrooms quite clean but they have a problem with cleaning of the pods - when I arrived I found a used tissue from a previous guest in my bed which is disgusting. The ladders to climb to the upper beds aren’t very comfortable/safe either - as a rock climber I found it quite tricky so I can imagine someone not very agile after a few beers having issues.

A lovely hotel. Slept in a pod. Very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's also in a great location to visit the sites of Utrecht.
