The hotel and restaurant staff was impeccable; everyone was friendly and professional.
Our room was clean.
However there is a bit of a damp smell coming from the bathroom and the bed matters was soft, which for us means not a good night's rest.
The breakfast was rather modest.
The location of the hotel, and the bus connection to the center of Arnhem are both very good.

The food was something special, the staff were superb, friendly and helpful

Great place to spend the night. As we needed to be in Arnhem the next day in the morning we chose this hotel. We did not eat in the restaurant as it was late for us, breakfast was very good! Rooms are spacious and have comfortable furniture! The staff/owners are friendly people! Also very good price quality!

The staff, very friendly, caring and with some really good advice on our day trips.
Rooms, good size, very comfortable beds, modern, and clean.
Parking, sufficient space available and free.
Breakfast, super friendly staff and tasty.
Overall a great place. Just the staircase is typically Dutch, so pretty steep.

Great rooms with quiet atmosphere. Breakfast was delicious with fresh bread and orange juice. Staff was helpful.

Service and the food is excellent the decor and the ambiance is pleasant although on a busy intersection the traffic isn't a problem. Staff were excellent. Access to the rooms is via a steep staircase. Gas opposite which is handy for through travellers also a bus stop if you want to get to the centre of Arnhem

Well what can I say about this place? It's was amazing lovely beds to sleep in great food but the staff are out of this world. You can have a good laugh with them they are very respectful and couldn't to enough for me..I highly recommend this hotel to all my British brothers and sisters... Thank you to all the staff at hotel trix for making my trip to arnhem so wonderful

Love it! Great location. Clean rooms in design with good taste. Very nice breakfast. (With really good coffee-that is important!) Close to Airborne Museum. And easy access to road towards the Polish paratrooper monument. Polecam.

Stayed here for one night but Hotel Trix got the best service I have ever gotten on a hotel. Very friendly and services-dedicated employees. Got standard on the rooms. Got a very good portion-sized breakfast. Ill definity recommand this hotel.
