The stay was mixed. On the positive side, the staff member Ms. Piuma was very friendly, attentive, and truly tried her best to make us feel welcome. Her service was the highlight of our stay.
Unfortunately, the hotel itself is quite old and not very clean, which was disappointing. The rooms and common areas clearly need renovation and better maintenance.
The breakfast was also very basic and limited, with little variety.
Overall, great service from the staff, but the hotel facilities and breakfast do not meet modern expectations.

The place is amazing, service ,music, atmosphere and ambience is the best in Almere.Dj is the best and he is so good and professional and very friendly. Shady, cool,easy going and so nice.i recommend it to everyone and am a local there.

Worst hotel ever. Dirty, smells like urine, old, etc. Night club at the hotel with loud music all night. Could not sleep. The place seems like rooms for a brothel.
Parking is not possible. Too expensive for the price. I and my family checked-out after one night to another hotel. We got no refund.

Be aware of the scam!! We had a few drinks and snacks at the bar. They put random extra items that we did not order on the bill when we paid. The waitress didn't even ask if we wanted the receipt.

Rooms are spacious, but had a weird smell not to mention the shower area had mold all around the ceiling. I found someone’s old hair in the new towels ment for me to be used, tv also didn’t work and not to complain about the noise on Friday nights until 4am since it is warned about but the noise even on the top floors is very clear and sucks when you’re trying to sleep. Short walk from train station to Amsterdam central and lost of restaurants in the immediate area. Wouldn’t come back here tho, checking in also took a while since nobody was in sight for a good 15 minutes when checking in

Good food and drinks. Our favourite is the double crispy chicken burger. The mocktails was done well. Great service and nice ambience

"super breakfast" for 12-15 €, I wonder if they would like to buy it in a promotion, e.g. for 10 €?
Noisy rooms, windows to the neighbor's room 3m away. Air conditioning units can be heard in the room 24/7.

Good service but if you need to use the toilet after 2300 while eating and drinking since 1600 they expect you to pay.

Great menu, tasty dishes, reasonable prices! Waitresses there weren’t very fast, but they’ve been quite friendly. Good place to have a lunch or dinner.

Nice place with indoor and outdoor seating. Staff was friendly and professional, however probably understaffed as we had to wait a long time to get serviced.
Food was good, I had the "Runder Bavette" medium cooked 👌One minus is that I had ordered the pepper sauce but got the champignon sauce, still good though. Price is OK.
So due to the waiting and mixup, will give three stars. Otherwise would have given four.
Would I still return? Yep, why not.
