Had a great stay! The staff were super friendly and helpful. They even have self-service snacks, coffee, and apple juice at the front desk. Plus, the hygiene was really good.

The hotel was really clean, and the breakfast was free, which was great. The hygiene was top-notch, and I especially loved that everything, including the mattress, was brand new. It made for a very satisfying stay. It's also super close to the central station, just a 7-minute walk, and luggage storage was free. They provide towels, and each room has a large drawer with a personal passcode lock for storing valuables. Staff are 24/7, very nice and helpful. The room bed is functional, with a big locker under the bed, so no worries about the safety of your stuff.

Even though I only stayed for one night, this was the most satisfying and best value-for-money hotel I've stayed at during my European trip. The staff were all very friendly, and check-in was super easy – just inputting some info on an iPad. The shared toilets and bathrooms were also very clean. My 6-person dorm mates followed the room rules well and didn't have any bad habits at night. There was a good variety of food for breakfast, and I could even store my luggage for free after check-out. I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit.

Overall, it was a satisfying hostel. I stayed in a mixed-gender room with three bunk beds and curtains.

[Location]
As you can see from the map, it's a 10-minute walk from the central station. It's in a very convenient location, allowing for quick toilet breaks when exploring the city. There are cafes and shops nearby where you can get essentials. Even in this location, it gets quite dark and less crowded after 7 PM before Christmas. However, it doesn't feel particularly unsafe.

[Check-in to Room]
I arrived around 9 PM, but the staff's polite service made for a smooth check-in process. This might be because I had completed the online check-in beforehand.

[Bed Facilities and Comfort]
I was assigned to the upper bunk, and climbing the steep ladder was a bit difficult. As for the bed's facilities, there was a small shelf, power outlet, and a small light on the side opposite the blackout curtain. The curtain effectively blocked out light and provided privacy. However, when the small light on the upper bunk was on, light seemed to leak to the lower bunk, and vice versa. It wasn't bright enough to wake me up, but those sensitive to light might need an eye mask. I also noticed that the built-in shelf on the bed made the bed width narrower. As a petite person, I could manage, but larger individuals might find it cramped. The length of the bed seemed suitable for people up to about 180cm tall. Furthermore, the mattress creaked when I turned over. Personally, I didn't find the sound loud enough to wake me up. Some other guests snored loudly or talked on the phone in bed late at night. To avoid any trouble, I used noise-canceling earphones.

[Room Facilities (excluding bed) and Comfort]
The room I stayed in had air conditioning and lights. The air conditioning was more than sufficient; it was almost too warm even on sub-zero days. The lights had one switch per room, so it might be good to ask other guests before turning them off. Between the three bunk beds, there was one small desk, two chairs, and several hooks for clothes. There was also a locker with a lock under the lower bunk. It seemed like a medium-sized suitcase or backpack could fit if laid on its side. These facilities showed no damage or significant dirt. The room space outside the beds was large enough for 3-4 adults to change clothes. I could even spread out a 100L suitcase without it getting in the way, making it easy to organize my luggage.

[Toilet and Shower Facilities and Comfort]
Both the toilets and showers were usable without major issues. There were four shared mixed-gender toilets per floor. Considering a maximum of about 25 guests per floor, there was almost no instance of them being occupied during my three-day stay. Each toilet stall had a large mirror, a sink with soap, and a small trash can. Toilet paper was also provided. My only complaint was that the floor was sometimes wet after someone had used the shower. There were two showers per floor. I used them when there were no other users around. After 10 PM, there were almost no users. The showers themselves were adequate. The water pressure was strong, there was hot water, and the space was sufficient. Outside the shower door, there was a large hook and a small shelf, where I could place my clothes and valuables. As for amenities, there was shampoo, but it didn't suit my hair.

[Breakfast]
I was pleasantly surprised by how delicious and reasonably priced the breakfast was. It was a buffet served from 7:30 AM in the lounge area next to the reception, which could seat about 20 people. There was bread, ham, cheese, fresh vegetables, fruit, and small desserts. Coffee, cappuccino, and juice were also available in unlimited quantities. Everything was fresh, and had a pleasant taste. Since I selected breakfast when booking the room, I was able to add it for about 3 Euros. Personally, I would be willing to pay up to about 7 Euros for it.

[Impression of Staff and Other Guests]
I found all the staff to be friendly. They were of various ages and nationalities, and they all showed concern, which made me feel at ease. When I extended my two-night stay to three nights, they showed me the cheapest way to book at the counter. They communicated in English, and I never had any trouble understanding them due to language barriers. I noticed that most other guests were from East Asia and Europe. Interactions were limited to simple greetings, but there were no major issues. As mentioned earlier, some guests made noise in bed. There were guests coming in or leaving the room after midnight or before 7 AM. This is to be expected in a hostel.

[Check-out]
Check-out was completed in less than a minute after I requested it. It was just after 7 AM.

Very easy to reach. It’s within walking distance of the central train station and many tourist attractions. The staff were attentive and friendly. Even if you don’t purchase the breakfast menu, you can still pay separately in the morning. The rooms were clean and well organized. Thank you for everything.

I loved the hostel. Super well located in the city center, the staff is very friendly. I had a reservation in a mixed room and they offered to move to a women's room at no extra cost. Breakfast can be included for €12.50 and it is very complete. They also gave me a discount card to rent a bike. Highly recommended!
