The room was clean, spacious, and well maintained, with all amenities in good condition. The service staff were attentive and friendly throughout our stay.
However, the overall experience did not live up to the expectations of a four-star hotel. The spa facilities were extremely overcrowded (especially on Saturdays). I was unable to use the sauna at all; every time I opened the door, it was already full. The same applied to the steam bath and whirlpools. As a result, the spa felt more stressful than relaxing.
The outdoor pools were slightly more enjoyable, but overall the spa offering does not justify the price. More saunas are clearly needed—one sauna for the entire spa is insufficient—and there should be a wider range of treatments available. I also missed sound-healing sessions, which are commonly offered in comparable spas.
The “worldwide banquet” dinner was underwhelming and did not meet expectations.
Overall, the stay was acceptable, but I left with the feeling that the experience did not fully reflect what I paid for.

I've been only to the spa and even if the facilities are beautiful and very well maintained, I found it expensive for the few services they offer included in the price. It's mainly one big indoor and outdoor swimming pool with several big jacuzzi's.

There's just one small sauna and hamam for that amount of visitors. That was not nice. No option to sit since everything was full, no chairs available.

Shampoo and gel were not offered.
Parking is paid.

We reservated an antistress masage. I can say that Danielle, did the best massage I ever had. She has magic hands, i felt relax and confortable. It was like to be reborn.
I truly recomended ✨️

Great time, not too busy on Friday night.
Swimming-pool and jacuzzi could be 1-2C warmer.
Lovely "A La Carte" dinner.
A bit expensive I agree, but we are in The Netherlands.

Fantastic hotel and spa… the thermal space was very relaxing… beautiful indoor/ outdoor bathing pools in a nature setting. There are a variety of pools including 37 degrees, and a 34 degree salt water float pool… both amazing experiences and quite unusual. There was also a salt scrub shower space and 1 sauna/ 1 steam room. The thermal area requires swim suits and robes. Robes and flip flops were included for hotel guests. The focus is more on the thermal waters than the saunas… if I were being picky I would say it would benefit from 2 or 3 sauna cabins in the grounds… there isn’t an 80degree sauna… but you can get hot enough in the 65 degree sauna and the steam room. Kids were allowed in the sauna and steam room. It was mostly adults, but a good option for families. Very nice aesthetic and very relaxed vibe. Dinner was really tasty, high end food. We took desert back to our room. The staff were accommodating and spoke great English. Highly recommend.

Great spa, good friendly service. Food was excellent before pandemic. Now food is frozen and kept longer than it should.

Went to the spa here. I’ll try to be polite and just give the numbers;

They charge €9.50 for you to borrow a bathrobe. They charge €8.95 to lend you a towel. They charge €3.50 to replace your bathrobe with a dry one and $1.50 to replace your wet towel. Then they’ll add a 60 euro deposit to make sure they get their bathrobe and towel back since obviously you’d like to keep it as it feels like you’re buying them at these prices.

After that fun starting event and paying €27.50 to get in you’ll get dirty pools, one sauna smaller then the average dutch built in closet and one steamroom. You have acces to a lousy buffet for another €42 and overpriced treatments where you also pay additional fees in the range of €20. The place is just a rip off. They don’t even play spa music you get to listen to some 90’s music radio channel in their eating facility. And when you leave you get another royal Dutch service which is obviously to pay for the parking. You get the advise of paying €8.50 for their parking lots since; “the machine outside charges you even more”. This is insane charging for parking but I guess Holland is the world’s king in charging people for parking. Just dumb when we visit such a lousy spa they also dare to charge you for their own parking lot. My advise is to drive to Germany or Belgium to go to a real spa and then you can go home feeling relaxed iso feeling ripped off by thieves. It’s outrageous this place gets a 4+ rating. Worst place ever visited.

Great SPA. You can use the swimsuit. Sometimes a bit too crowded. Staff is super friendly.

This hotel was no value for money. It costs like a very expensive and luxurious hotel but it does not include a parking, even a complementary water and a bathrobe. It means everything is additional cost to pay.
Comparing to the extremly high cost, the hotel facilities are very outdated, old, bad smell in a toilet and no room temperature controller.
The Spa is not luxurious at all and almost same as a swimming pool. Totally does not make sense to pay the high cost for the swimming pool.
Also, too many people and it is not maintained well.
Very disappointed.
Even a star is too good for the hotel review.
